House was very nice. The curtain rod in the second bedroom from the right upstairs comes apart. Toilet paper holder in the basement needs to be fixed. Otherwise the house was great perfect for our needs.

Everything including our host was absolutely perfect. I would happily stay again!

We have stayed with Emily and Kit on several occasions. Each time it’s been a very pleasant experience. The house was clean and had all the necessary items to make our stay pleasant. Emily and Kit are wonderful hosts. I strongly recommend this property or any other property that they represent.

Our experience was in line with the other reviews - excellent! The house was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Check in/out was very easy, and the hosts were lovely! The only discrepancy was the number of cars allowed to be there. The listing notes “on-site parking (driveway) for 4-6 cars + free street parking”, but there is only a max of 5 cars allowed at any time (city ordinance). This was noted in the welcome message after booking (which I overlooked - my fault!) but still directly contradicts what is in the listing. We recommend updating the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. Also to note, the hosts were very nice about letting us know, so this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Everything else was fantastic!

We had 8 people in our group (4 moms/4 daughters) and we had the best time! Our girls repeatedly said that it was so much better than a hotel. There is tons of seating, so we were all able to hang out together. The bedrooms were all good size and very quiet. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. We felt very safe!!

Perfect place for 3 families to gather!

Clean and beautiful with all the amenities and plenty of space to spread out, I especially loved the whirlpool tub in the master bath. Would definitely stay there again!

Had 3 different couples in town for a family event. Worked well.

My kitchen was being remodeled and we needed a place for all of my family 3 adults, a teenager, and a 3 yearoild could be comfortable. Well by the 2nd day my grandaughter referred to it as "the better house". We all had our own space plus plenty of parking room for 3 cars and a Barbie car!

The house was Beautiful and Spotless. It was so comfy and cozy with lots of living area space. The bedrooms were nice and big and the amount of bathrooms in the house was perfect for our big extended family staying with us. Will definitely stay again.

Extremely well equipped property in a lovely location. Super clean upon arrival. Nothing too much for our fantastic hosts (Kit and Emily) who were amazing. We stayed here for about 2 months (December/January). Lovely warm house with pretty much everything you need. A few things we found very useful were the steriliser, the scanner/printer, gas fireplace, kitchen equipment, electric garage, even the laundry room. Oh, and Kit’s driveway snow clearance (quickly after it snowed Kit would clear the driveway). Spacious, plenty of rooms which were all well furnished. We would highly recommend this property and would return in the future. I accidentally left something at the property and Kit promptly mailed it back to me. Finally, another mention of the hosts: welcoming, friendly, responsive: 10 out of 10!

We loved our time at this spacious and beautifully styled home. It had a ton of space inside and nice yard in the back for kids to run and play while adults relaxed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had plenty of “the basics” available that many other owners skimp on. (I.e. paper towels, TP, towels, coffee pods, laundry detergent, I could go on) The owners did some cute personalized welcomes and even had a box of yummy truffles! The check-in was easy and quick responses to questions. I couldn’t recommend them more!! Thanks for the great stay!

The property was great for our stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels, very spacious, nicely stocked kitchen for cookware. The owners were very responsive to any questions. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed this home! Nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of retail nearby. We had a big age range from 22 months to 66 years. Hosts were very responsive to questions.

We were in mpls for a funeral with a family group. The space worked great!

We needed a local rental asap due to some remodeling and got lucky with this home, which provided enough wifi for my four distance learning kids and for each to have a room of their own. There are so many living spaces, too, we were really able to spread out.

We found the house to have plenty of space and gathering areas for our combined families to gather for a family Christmas. Everything was clean and meet our needs for our various activities and meals. Thanks for having us!

This was an amazing property to rent. Everything we needed from a crib to high chair, spices , soaps, etc.. were provided. This was great because we flew in for a funeral and didn t want to purchase all those staples. It was a comfortable place to stay, plenty of rooms for visiting and relaxing with family.. Even though it was for a funeral it made our stay pleasant. Thank you for your generous hospitality. And the many extra blessing you provided. Like the sweet not of condolence for our family.
