Beautiful and very clean home. Has everything you’ll need. We spent a couple days at the mall and it was in a perfect location in a very nice neighborhood. Away from the madness but only about a 20 minute drive to the mall. Thank you to the hosts.

The house was very spacious for our group of 10 people to stay. During our stay it snowed and Kit made sure that the driveway was always shoveled and salted. I would recommend staying at this property.

The house was perfect for our family trip. House is in great condition and hosts are very responsive to even the most basic questions. Love the location with paths along the reserve, perfect for walks/runs.

Loved the location and the owners were great and responded to us right away. The only downfall was the house has alot of stairs and we had a couple people that were older with bad knees. The house was clean and comfortable for 8 of us, I would stay there again.

This was one of the cleanest houses I have ever been in. The place was as represented in the photos. The appliances were new, clean, and worked great. The layout was great for a group with a large range of ages. Teens could disappear to the basement and the pool table while adults were upstairs. Very nice

We had stayed here one other time a couple of years ago. Check in was very easy and the owners responded very quickly to texts. The size of the home was great for my spouse and I, our grown children and their families. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to the Cities and Valleyfair. We thought there would be a grill to use for a cook out, but there wasn’t. The yard is not spacious and is near the road if you have young kids. But it is in a neighborhood with a nice trail system to walk or bike. Our entire family enjoyed our stay very much. Our grandchildren didn’t want our stay to end!

We rented this to house out of town guests for a wedding at the Arboretum. Great stay - roomy enough for everyone to have some privacy and quiet time, yet the gathering areas are large enough for all. Master is huge and would do fine for a whole family with a small child or two. The three other upstairs bedrooms share a bath and the lower level has one bedroom with bath. Nice kitchen. Lots of stairs and no main floor bedroom, so fine for those who manage stairs well. Clean, excellent hospitality. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Nice large house in residential neighborhood with a short walking trail with wildlife (and mosquitoes). Emily was a great host, left us chocolates, and was very responsive to our messages. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, and whirlpool tub (and crystal clear water). Primary bedroom is upstairs (a consideration for heavy luggage), with a foam mattress with a hump in the middle. Be careful not to close door and lock yourself out when on the top balcony. Primary shower was large & clean, but the granite edges and stairs in primary bath seemed a bit treacherous (almost fell down stairs at night). On our wish list, the home could use washcloths, sharper knives, a sofa with back support, a full length mirror, and new blinds. The lower floor had a nice pool table, but unfortunately had a musty odor even with the humidifier running. The neighbor's barking dog substituted for a morning alarm clock. We enjoyed our stay, and our visit to the Minneapolis area.

The whole process was amazing. The house was very clean and organized. They definitely cater to the customer.

We had lots of room for all our family members. Downstairs game room was great. Everything was clean and organized. Even had everything we needed for our littlest family member-high chair, pack and play, etc. Check in and out was simple and straightforward. We were even greeted with a personal note and truffles! Fabulous!!

This property was nothing short of amazing, the very best VRBO experience I've had. From the personalized entry and sweet note to my daughter (wedding weekend), to the spotless clean EVERYTHING, the well appointed and easy to navigate kitchen, to the beautiful deck and yard - oh AND the stunning master suite with jacuzzi and fireplace - this was a WOW all the way around. Super attentive owner with prompt information when needed. Thank you for being a truly wonderful haven for my daughter over wedding weekend! ❤️

We had a group of 8 people for a wedding on Lake Minnetonka and we had a perfect stay. The house was so large and spacious, plenty of room to accomodate that many. Only 1 had to sleep on a couch, but he had many to choose from. The number of bathrooms was great as well. Emily and Kit were so friendly and responded immediately when needed. You can tell that they truly want you to have the best possible stay. And the place was spotless, so they really take care in having the surfaces as clean as possible in these Covid times. We also liked how it was just minutes away from so many different stores. Given our group size, I would say the best feature of the house was the pool table which got a lot of use in our down time. Well organized and clean; all light switches, fans, cupboards and drawers clearly marked for ease in putting away and finding items. The owners were gracious and readily available for any questions or accommodations necessary; a pleasure to work with them and they went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The pool table was a big hit as well as watching a movie on the big comfortable L shaped couches. A great place to come back and relax after a day of enjoying the beauty of the area and all it has to offer from the Chanhassen Dinner theater, the landscape arboretum, the many lakes with boating and swimming, or hiking/walking the local trails. It is a central location for taking a day trip out to nearby Minneapolis/St.Paul or to the more rural areas as well. Thank you for sharing your house!
