The house had 3 very comfy queen size beds n bedrooms. And also 2 folding beds. Our group were 6 and we had a lot of space to lounge. They had everything for us to cook with including bbq n fire pit in the back. We were also only 10-15mins away from activities at lake George. We all agreed we would definitely go back.😄

The house, amenities, activity equipment and owner interactions were all outstanding! We had a great family weekend.

Lovely, clean, comfortable and peaceful home. Was just what I was expecting based on the pictures provided in the listing. Everything we needed for fun both inside and outdoors was available for use, including life jackets and water shoes in all sizes, fishing poles and kayaks, and plenty of fun board games. Gorgeous views of the river from the home’s large windows and yard. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Two of the beds did have a slight dip in the middle of them but we got used to it after one night. Everything else was excellent - including the AC. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for sharing your home!

The house was very clean and very spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. Laurie was a great host. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Vacationed with family(ages 7-91). We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home provided everything we needed for our summer vacation. All on the property- We went swimming, kayaking, fishing had campfireS, toasted marshmallows, bbq’d. Had dinners outside as well as inside. Had game night at dining room table -extremely Comfortable seating. AC worked great too!! We also went mini-golf, Lake George village for arcade and shopping , Bolton Landing for shopping, opening day at Saratoga race track as well as the casino. All close by!! Home was well equipped and comfortable. Laurie-Thank you for sharing your home with my family!!

This place is absolutely perfect. We had a great host! Upon our arrival we were given a bottle of wine and a s’mores kit! Laurie was great at getting back to us if we had any questions. The house was very clean and the decor is absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with essentials. Just bring your food and beverages and you are all set. Oh and bring fire wood or you can buy it at a local place off the main road not even 2 miles up the road. There is and the rail trail, tubing, convenient stores, pizza shop, hardware and liquor store in walking distance. Laurie neighbors were great and offered to help us blow up our tubes. Overall, we would love to come back. We just fell in love with this place! Thank you Laurie for being a great host!

Luckily the owner had a ton of flashlights and candles available for us to use. The owner was quick to answer my messages when the power went out and contacted con Ed for us. After we got our electricity back on it was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and I plan on booking again in the future.

We did a girls' getaway here and found it to be a great place to socialize together. The large kitchen with many workspaces was great for our cooking and baking activities and the big table in the window alcove that overlooked the river was the perfect spot for games and crafts. Since the weather didn't cooperate for some of our plans, it was especially nice to have comfortable and inviting indoor spaces!

The river house was a beautiful location on the water. It had everything you could need for a great visit including extra water toys, yard games, and alot of outdoor seating. We enjoyed use of the kayaks as well. There were also lots of great outdoor and indoor activities close by for any weather!
