quiet location but very pleasant! staff were so friendly 😊

The staff at this location are wonderful! We arrived late at night with two sleeping young kids and everyone we interacted with with so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient.

The breakfast was very expensive and not great value for the money. I liked the convenience but wish there were more options or the food was better for what we paid.

I made the reservation through this website, I was OVER CHARGED for the rooms other then the price I was given on here. the lady checking us in only tried to give us one room TOTAL when I booked two.

I appreciate the sales manager Dominique she is really cool, calm and attentive to detail. What i do not like is the manager actually rented the hall for my party and also lodged in one of the rooms for the night the same day. I checked out and everything was OK until two days later I found out my Credit card was charged by the hotel for fees I didn't authorize. The manager literally billed my card of an extra charge without my permission because he thinks the hall was not as clean as expected, and charged more for cleaning after have already paid for cleaning in our agreement. Me being charged is not the problem but making a decision without my consent and going through my card because you have access to it is not good enough and I see it as a breech of trust.

Clean and close to airport.

The hotel was noisy at night with a high cost. Needed a soft drink, service at counter was very slow and costly. Had an early airline flight and breakfast wasn't early enough.

Love the one bedroom suite with televisions in both rooms and the darkening window shades for late sleepers!

Don't like the open shower with no door. Easy for staff to clean but it is cold in the shower and water splashes out.

I liked the convenience of location. There were nearby restaurants and places to shop.

the room was extra small for it to be a “King suite”. the sofa bed was too close to the bed which we had to hop over to get into our bed. the compact refrigerator was too small, only big enough for a couple of can sodas, and the microwave took a long time to warm up food. Had to purchase a cooler for drinks and cold foods.
