We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Communication was wonderful. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out due to our flight schedules. The tram was a massive asset since we had older family members. It was wonderful sitting outside on the deck overlooking the gorgeous view. We had everything we could need and loved our stay!

First, the location is stunningly beautiful, of which the home takes full advantage with its massive windows facing out high above the lake. Once we opened the door, we knew our vacation would be a great one- but it kept getting better. We rented the home to accommodate our family of six and our brother’s family of five while visiting parents who love to see all the grandkids but can no longer host. All the “kids” ranging from 5 to 23 slept on the lower floor which is a kid paradise for all ages complete with pool table, foosball table, dartboard, ping pong table, movie theater room, and every family game you can think of. Upstairs the parents had our own king size bedrooms at opposite sides of the great room with stone fireplace, kitchen and dining area- all with sliding glass doors to the massive deck (with clear glass enclosure ensuring unobstructed views). The deck is appointed with a full couch and two chars with ottomans and large coffee table for appetizers and drinks, along with two large tables with eight chairs each (which we combined to make a table for 13). On one side of the deck there is a huge Weber Genesis II hooked up to gas that easily grilled two flank steaks, eight chicken breasts and 4 skewers of jumbo shrimp. Seriously, the house is incredible. Most of us, however, spent our days on the water, in the water or on the dock enjoying the many water toys and floaties or just soaking up the sun while reading one of the many “beach reads” that can be found at the house. What truly makes the experience effortless is the tram that transports you from house to dock and back. You can bring everything you want with ease, and if you forget your book or cocktail- no problem! Take a ride back to the house with a seat with a view that never disappoints. For our final day we rented a pontoon boat to explore the lake and take the kids tubing which was a blast for all. Our families made a pact to return every year as our end of summer exclamation point, except for one small change- we will stay longer! A big thank you to the owners who thought of everything, including the two bottles of welcome wine!

This property had everything a family would need for their vacation-from activities and equipment to a kitchen stocked with every kind of small appliance one would find use for. Kudos to the owners for offering such a wonderfully thoughtful experience …

We had a great week! Three families with teenagers and adult kids. Lots to do for the older kids and our 2 year old grand daughter loved the toy room. Very kid safe home. House was well equipped with everything we needed!

Overall the property allowed us a very pleasant escape from the oppressive heat of summer in Louisiana. Our family took advantage of all the amenities offered by the house and especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake.

We had our family vacation at Hayden Lake this summer! Eagles Landing was just as it promised. The house was fully stocked. There were several kitchen appliances that were a bonus. Rice cooker, slow cooker, and vitamix were super helpful. Plenty of dishes and silverware and blankets and beds and life jackets. Even a few wet suits. The Weather was cool the first few days, but as we approached 80-90, the Lake felt perfect l! The only thing that was a little smaller than we anticipated was the theater room. We brought our own garbage bags thankfully because there were none. I definitely recommend the location, but only in the summer with dry roads. The road to the property has a very steep switchback. Don’t drive a trailer down. It is about 30 minutes from a grocery store. I did not anticipate the property being so far away from town, so we bought lots of food and didn’t leave for 3-4 days. We had 2 outings, Hiawatha trail ride and Silverwood. We rented boats and jet skis and paddle boards. The tandem kayak was not in good shape, took on water and missing back rests. The kids loved the little kayaks and the paddleboat.

The house is beautiful, extremely well stocked, especially the kitchen. The Host was very easy to communicate with. Wish the weather was better but we had a wonderful time

We stayed here last week with our adult children and grandchildren. The layout of the home worked perfectly for all the family units and there were plenty of gathering areas for everyone. The view is amazing. We spent a lot of time down at the lake, the tram made bringing gear and little people a breeze. Would come again!!

This home at Eagles Landing on Hayden Lake has everything you need for a family vacation—space, beautiful lake views, boat dock with all the water fun toys, plenty of indoor entertainment options and wonderful eagle viewing! Our extended family of 14 enjoyed a delightful week here both inside and out.

This home was perfect for all ages and all 12 of us, with a very well stocked kitchen and all the amenities. We made good use of the tram down to the dock and we kids, both big and small, enjoyed the sheltered area between the beach and dock. There are kayaks and a paddle boat, too. Great spot on the lake!

The house was everything we hoped it would be. We had plenty of room for all the family upstairs and down. The view of the lake was truly amazing!

We had an amazing experience with Brian and his property. This was the cleanest rental house I have stayed at. Very private feel along the lake, great dock system, great fishing, easy to rent boats from nearby marina, and the nesting eagles above the place were fun to watch. Would definitely stay again.

The serenity from the back porch really helped us to unplug and enjoy our family vacation. The road is windy, so if you're wanting to easily access activities in Coeur d'Alene, be prepared for a bit of a drive. Our goal was to spend time together and in the outdoors, so it was perfect.

We were all so pleased with Eagle’s Landing as it had everything necessary to make our family vacation fantastic. Nice dock with plenty of water toys and safe place to swim for the kids. Our 21’ boat fit nicely in the slip. (Water can get bumpy when lots of boats on lake so bring plenty of fenders and lines to tie up securely) The tram to the dock was a bonus and the grandkids loved it. For our three couples and three kids the house was spacious and we especially appreciated the 3 bedrooms with king beds. We utilized the large deck for meals served up with beautiful lake views. Well stocked kitchen with sharp knives, plenty of linens, auxiliary ice maker, ping pong & foosball, room for everyone to spread out...we will be back!

Our week stay at Eagle Landing could not have been better.

Our family of four adult children, spouses and 9-mo old first grandchild spent a delightful August week here. The accommodations were lovelyand there was plenty of space to socialize, spread out and enjoy. Very safe for the crawling babe. Wonderful kitchen for the gourmand’s in our group. The tram worked great and the water was very comfortable for swimming, floating and enjoying. No shore, so beach time is on the dock. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a pandemic vacation.
