The room was very large, 500 square feet, and clean. The breakfast was amazingly tasty for hotel breakfast food. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The rear door to the hotel, which was supposed to be locked and controlled by a room key, was broken and allowed anyone access to the hotel. We did report the issue to hotel staff.

Staff was helpful and property was very clean. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Silverwood!

Really high quality and value for the money. Room was large well laid out with lots of storage.

The ONLY thing that fell was the microfiber sheets which are not my choice for comfort.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had! Delicious biscuits! Special shout out for Terry the dining room hostess... she was helpful in every way, wiping tables, refilling coffee... all with a smile! The pool and hot tub was great. The kids enjoyed. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The curtains didn't close tightly, we had to use a hair clip to keep out the light from the adjacent sign.

Great location. The continental breakfast is delicious. Room felt spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Has a large pool.

Room seemed newer or recently renovated, clean and up to standards.

The walking noise coming from room above ours. It seems the floors are thin. I can clearly hear a person/people walking across their room. It kept me up most of the night.

It was easy to check in, very clean, spacious, quiet except for the ice machine outside in the hall, but not disruptive at all. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The bed was a tad soft for me, but not unrestful. It was a lovely stay. Would recommend to all.

The bed was a tad soft for my liking, but it was clean and restful! The sheets were quality and overall, I can't find much I didn't like. One thing of note was a towel rack that was loose. Appeared to have not been anchored correctly and just into the drywall.

It didn’t have the facilities available that were verified at the time of reservation. The pool, hot tub and fitness center were not open or available during our stay. I had personally called the hotel directly before I made the reservation to verify the pool, hot tub and fitness center were open during our stay. The wifi was not stable - we kept getting kicked off during our stay. I spoke to the front desk about the situation and was given a phone number to call THEIR customer service line. Also the television in the room was very old and the picture quality was very fuzzy. We did not have the ability to stream any services on the tv either. Not all the local channels were available to watch either. The front desk had no answers for these situations but sorry it is out of our hands.
