It wasnt what was on the internet .No Swimming pool , No Beach asscess,construction the whole time. I feel THERE SHOULD BE A FOURTH OF MY REFUND be returned.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner needs to update his photos to reflect updates he has made to his condo. The kitchen & living room are much nicer than the photos shown. This condo is directly on the beach, but the property is under construction. No beach / pool access. You’ll have to walk down the street to get to the beach. Even though there is construction going on, the condo is quite. Overall, you can’t go wrong for the price of this condo.

My wife and me rented the beach condo for a week. We came down for a family wedding. What a great condo for a husband and wife to reconnect with each other. Very private. We loved sitting outside on the lanai at night. You got a great view towards the north. You can watch the waves crash ashore and/or can watch the main street out front. If there is a launch at Cape Canerval you can see it perfectly. We watched a Space X Falcon 9 launch. Gentleman your wife will love this unit. Its perfect for just relaxing and reconnecting. I dont think we ever turned on either of the two monster sized flat screen TVs ...maybe once to see the weather forecast? You have 4 beach access parks within 1 mile. One is a 5-10 min walk, the other three are a 3-5 min drive or less. Cocoa Beach is a 10 min drive north. Port Canaveral seafood restaurants along the southern waterfront of the port is a 15 min drive to the north. My word of advice...Leave the kids at home. Bring your wifes favorite bottle of wine. Turn off your phone and spend a week alone. Very clean. Also very good access for wheelchair guests.

We Loved our stay. The only issue was the remodeling noise and dust, but we knew about this beforehand. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. We had a good view of the beautiful ocean. Thank you again. Will be renting this again in the future.

Great place currently under construction to repair damage from last seasons hurricanes. I would love to go back when the repairs are completed!

You can see sunrise over the beach on one side of the patio and sunset on the other. We watched the dolphins swim by and If you are sitting outside, you can hear reveille from Patrick Airforce Base in the moring. We watched a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! We would go back and stay again. And a plus… the owner called us and let us in early!!

It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome! We certainly look to return again in the near future! Thank you.

The condo was clean and quaint. The building itself was very quiet and comfortable. It was my husband and I and 2 kids that stayed. The kids were able to sleep on the pull out couch while we took the master bedroom. Lots of extra linens and bedding. The kitchen is set up well for cooking even though we opted for quick fixes and take out. I will say the building is currently under construction so the parking lot was a little tight. There was no direct access to the beach from the condo because of this. However, you could access the beach by walking 1/4 of a mile down the sidewalk. You can also drive about 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Overall we had a great vacation and would come again!

Our first time in Florida & our stay in Sandpiper Towers was everything we expected. The condo was clean, comfortable. The ocean view is amazing. Launch sightings, Pelican fly overs & all other beach activities. Our landlord explained to us the detoured beach access & no pool including the ongoing construction. We were able to make the best out the of situation & had a memorable time. We plan to visit Satellite Beach next year.

Nice condo; very clean; well furnished; up-to-date; hands-on owner; excellent location for Kennedy Space Center, restaurants, and golf courses; limited parking due to construction equipment; some daytime noise due to outside repairs but liveable; nice beach but access only from the nearby park about a 3-minute walk and no pool yet due to hurricane damage; would return soon.

Just what we needed. The property was great for what we needed. We walked the ocean rode bicycles and observed nature. Very relaxing stay.

No pool access. No beach access. And no hot water in the building. On the other hand the property owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

I had a such a pleasant time at this stay. Went airboating and kayaking with my dad and got to come back to paradise. We will be back!

There was no hot water for the duration of our stay. We checked in Friday afternoon and everything was fine till we tried to shower about 9PM. There was no hot water. The owner observses a strict Jewish Sabbath so does not answer calls, texts or emails from 6:30pm Friday til 5:30 pm Saturday. Called the emergency number and they got back to us Saturday to tell us that the boiler in the whole building was being replaced. There will be no hot water in the building for approximately 2 1/2 weeks. The owner did not answer my text or email. Very dissappointed. Also, the pool is covered so not usable until the renovations on the outside of the building are complete. One resident who is on the HOA told us that may not be until January 2023.

Everything was perfect and easy to get to. Had the beach to ourselves. Building is being worked on but it really is no bother.

The pool is awesome. Being right on the beach saves so much precious vacation time.

Condo as advertised, kitchen has dishwasher and plenty of appliances, good shower, sea view from balcony. One small glitch was promptly addressed by the owner. Would stay here again.

The location was great the price was very affordable I really love the location. Did not like the parking arrangements as there is only one parking space no guess parking available needs to park across the street and was worried it may be towed but was not May need a little bit more cosmetic work in the unit as they are working on the building itself All in all it was a really nice stay quiet no issue just parking

We were so happy with our unit. From the decor to all the amenities. The unit was so clean and very comfortable. The owner of the unit went above and beyond when it came to communication with us. It provided everything anyone could ask for. The location was great and we did have a view from our balcony of the ocean. My family and I will definitely return to this condo and will recommend it to all our friends and family. It was a true hidden gem 💎

Everything was ideal for what we wanted. Size of Condo was perfect. Balcony with East and West view was perfect. Access to private beach was perfect. Food and entertainment within walking distance. Pool was nice. Got the rest and relaxation we were looking for. And host was extremely nice with the perfect amount of communication.

The Condo was perfect, absolutely no issues! It was like we had our own apartment. The pool are was a nice size & the private access to the beach was a plus. Mr. Newsome communicated well right up to the day we arrived and made sure we had the appropriate contact information should we have any issues (which we did not). We were only 7 miles from Cocoa Beach. If you are looking for a good BBQ place to eat, go to Slow and Low, it was delicious! The staff was kind & courteous and the atmosphere was awesome! All in all, we had a great time, and are already planning our trip again for next year!

I would definitely rent from him again. I've NEVER had a host be so informative! The condo was very clean, bed SUPER comfortable, and so comfortable we are thinking or purchasing the same mattress. The location is also incredible and the pool is a great perk! The only things I would suggest and it really isn't too significant is maybe an iron and maybe where we are suppose to put the trash. We felt so bad leaving it behind. But that is it! Very happy with our stay. We will rent again from him if he will have us!

Loved this place! Just steps away from the pool and beach. Balcony has beach and city view. Everything is available within a few miles cheesesteak place across the street was good and 24hr 7 eleven across the street. Beach stuff available great accommodations. Menashe was great and communicated all instructions needed. Building is being renovated hopefully the price doesn’t go up. Definitely would come back.

Although the building and grounds have a little age on them, my wife and I were very pleased with our stay. We truly enjoyed the slower pace and almost private beach. The accommodations were comfortable and it had all the possible amenities we could have needed whether in the unit or on the beach. The location was convenient as we enjoyed the Kennedy Soace Center and surrounding towns. Finally, Mr. Newhouse was extremely nice and helpful during the whole process.

It was a great property. The owner was very informative. Would stay again. The building is getting ready to be remodeled which it needs.
