Property manger was great, very responsive and quick. Inside of house was clean and 100% as advertised. The only real issue we had was the pool. It was not very clean when we got there and it got worse the second day. Was unable to swim for a couple of days. Pool people came out and shocked the pool but it still was not the cleanest. We did what we could to keep it clean so we could swim. All in all we were happy with the property, manager was very responsive, just wish pool would have been clean.

We stayed here during our week long softball tournament. 15-20 minutes from Space. coast complex. 5 minutes from the beach. Pool was great after a hot day at the ballpark. The host was very accommodating. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would stay here again for sure!

Great stay

Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out when you need a breather. There is a tv in every room. The pool is surrounded by a large deck and plenty of chairs and tables for your whole family. The only issue that we had was with the front door lock but the property manager assured us that we were the only renters that had ever had that issue so it's probably user error. We highly recommend this VRBO if you want to stay near the beach.

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect size for us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The fridge and pantry were spacious and they had every kitchen utensil you could think of. We thoroughly enjoyed the amount of seating and having a table in the back right by the grill so we could all hang out while grilling. The kids loved having their own room with a TV in the second living room. The atmosphere was gorgeous, so inviting and cozy. We were just a quick drive to the beach and close by to stores like Publix and 321 Pizza. The whole space coast vibe in the area is amazing and made it really fun to start our stay off with a rocket launch just 10 miles up the coast. We only have one kind of down thing to say we wish the beds were a bit more comfy and there wasn't a lot of light by the pool to enjoy the pool in the evening. The beds were firm but not terrible. I am glad we brought a few of our own pillows, came in handy to make the bed more comfy. The owner was very helpful and was very responsive when we had questions. We will stay here again in the future. We loved this house and will be recommending it to all our family and friends.

We arrived in Florida for AAG softball tournament when the time came in to check in we were notified by the host that the cleaning crew were still inside and it would be some additional time but if we wanted to go drop off our belongings we could. I didn’t feel comfortable with our belongings to be left with strangers so we opted to wait. Upon entry that night it seemed hot but the ac was set to 74. The next day we went to games and came back to a hot home. We notified the host he said he would correct it that it was a smart system. Next day we had the same issue. He stated he would call a technician. On our second to last day of the stay it was resolved. The home seemed to be heavily monitored and smart which kind of gave a creepy vibe that was made worse with certain doors in the home and the pool house locked without access. When we arrived the bed in the master had hair and the sheets seemed dirty so we purchased our own bedding and washed the sheets since that’s left on the instruction manual left with the house chores. Our master bed was also the most uncomfortable in the home. The tv in the master was fuzzy and outdated. Over all it was a home away from home and we won gold. The neighborhood was shocking. A lot of yards including ours were overgrown with junk. We also had dishes left in our dishwasher when we arrived that we picked up to be kind. We left it better than we found it and for the price of the rental in my opinion it did not match the home.

This property was fully renovated and very nicely decorated. It had a large pool which our family used a lot. Public beach access was nearby. There was a grocery store and several restaurants close by as well.
