Spacious house that is laid out well for a large family or several friends. House sits on a corner lot with a view of the ocean and has a great backyard with patio and pool.

This was a great place to stay. The concierge, David, was very helpful. A few things that we noticed that need work:
The slider from the kitchen to the pool came off 3 times. The retractable close line in the garage was broken. We were not correctly instructed when the pool and garden service personnel were going to be present. The master bathroom tub was not clean.

We were thrilled with our rental - stayed for 8 days with our adult children, their partners, and our 1 year old grandson. Everything was as promised - clean, well stocked, and very spacious. Just a few minutes drive into town and beaches, though we did spend several afternoons enjoying the pool as well. Mahalo!

What a great vacation home! The house worked brilliantly for us - lots of space to be together and also to have separate quiet time - inside and out. Beautifully landscaped providing private back yard living space. The home was very clean and well equipped. All of our generations loved it and highly recommend this home!

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful home on the Big Island. It is even better than the photos. The floor plan is perfect for a family/group stay, allowing for excellent gathering spaces and privacy when needed.
A lot of our time was spent in the pool and on the lanai which are beautifully maintained and comfortable. We felt comfortable and safe to allow teenage grandson to walk around the neighborhood.
There are umbrellas, coolers, and great pool and beach toys available in the garage.

I loved the spacious main bedroom suite--walk-in closet, roomy shower, double sinks and long counter.

This lovely ranch-style home was a perfect place to spend the Christmas holiday. All the rooms are on one level. We relaxed over coffee on the lanai, grilled steaks on Christmas Eve and enjoyed the sunset views every night. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Kona restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away. We also had access to beach chairs and an umbrella. Management services were convenient and well organized. We would definitely consider renting this home again.

The bedrooms are nicely spaced for quiet and privacy, enough bathrooms that nobody is rushed or waiting, and a great pool!

This property was amazing! Plenty of room for our group of 8. The covered patio in the back was great. It also had a clothes line in the garage that was awesome for drying all of our beach towels and gear. The property management company was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Perfect!
When our grandchildren were younger we could all stay in our condo. Now they are 18 and 14, and for the last few years, that no longer works. The house was perfect for the six of us. The lanai comfortable and the pool great for swimming. Pool toys, beach chairs and snorkel gear all available. It’s beginning to need a bit of TLC but otherwise—Perfect!

Great location and beautiful home. Like renting your own private resort. Backyard landscaping, pool and seating areas made it hard to leave for our other Island activities. It is actually better than the photos. Thanks for the new large dining table inside. Highly recommended.

The entire process was very smooth and the property was impeccable in a great location. My whole family stayed here and we enjoyed the house immensely. The management company and owners were accessible and responsive anytime we needed anything. The home is spacious with a lot of amenities and we would definitely stay here again!

Met Every Expectations and Beyond
Exceptionally clean, comfortable, layout wonderful for a mix of family and friends. The supportive items for meal prep were the best we have seen in prior experiences. There was nothing we needed that couldn't be found. The pool was delightful and enjoyed. Patio area delightful. Only snag: understanding how to get music to play. Arrived with music playing (nice welcoming touch) and then we never figured out how to get it back. TV/Movies available but we were not interested in those. Too beautiful outside to watch TV. Amazing place!
We loved our stay here. The house was amazing with everything we needed. Only complaint is that we pre-paid for the twin beds to be converted into a king prior to arrival and unfortunately it wasn’t done and we had to have somebody come out to do that.

Hawaii getaway!
This was the perfect spot for our group of 6. The outdoor space was fantastic for hanging out in the sun and patio was fully equipped for shade as well. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Close to the action in Kona but away from the super touristy areas. We will be back!

Big Island Sanctuary
Our family had a relaxing getaway to the Big Island and this property was part of what made the trip so amazing. We had plenty of space, the backyard with pool was incredible, and it was located in a great spot. Thank you for an incredible stay! Highly recommend.
