I rented this home for family to stay in during a wedding weekend in Camden and to host a small bridal luncheon. The house was amazing. The hosts were amazing. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 with plenty of space for all. The kitchen was great and well appointed for lots of cooking which we did. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had. It was extremely clean and most of all comfortable and felt like home for the 4 days we were there. The hosts were also very accommodating when on our departure day one of ours cars would not start and they were very understanding and helpful with the situation. Great location for all the fun things in Camden. We will definitely rent this home again!

First Camden is a lovely town, and the house is conveniently located, which allowed us to walk into town. We rented the main living area as well as the apartment. I want to say that Ana was responsive to our requests about the Direct TV service and propane for the BBQ. Some things could not be remedied during our stay without disrupting our time at the house. The weather during our stay was, rainy, hot, and humid. These conditions require air conditioning. The listing clearly states that the property was airconditioned. Unfortunately, the units supplied worked but were not adequate to cool the house. The wall mounted unit in the kitchen was supposed to cool the kitchen and the entire open concept living spaces. Three bedrooms had free standing units, vented to the outside and were not effective to cool the individual rooms. Air conditioning in the Master suite consisted of a floor box fan, nothing else. With the space not temperature controlled the entry door scraped the wood floor and was difficult to open. The apartment had one free standing air conditioner unit for the entire apartment. The unit was not vented to the outside and pumped the exhaust heat back into the room. The apartment smelled of mildew. This is an older home with some updates. Truthfully it looks neglected, worn, and needs a good deep cleaning with attention to many details. The property has a lot of potential. We made the best of the time we spent in Camden. The value for our money,

Camden is so pretty .. this house is walking distance to town and you can take a nice walk around area. Very safe. Beds were very comfy and kitchen has everything you need. Big table in kitchen and beautiful windows.

Spacious house with beautiful living areas full of light. Large living room and dining area. Practical well equipped kitchen. House is perfectly situated within walking distance to restaurants and the cute center of Camden.

Great location, easy to walk into town. Great space to spend time with family. Some beds were old and caved in, was not comfortable. Some sheets were not washed prior to our arrival and the carpet on the stairs was not vacuumed. Overall, the stay was good.

Rental was exactly as described in listing. Very complete, everything you need for a great vacation. Owner was terrific with lots of good suggestions for the area. Looking at at Camden Harbor was a joy

Our family stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The location is great. You can walk to the harbor, and the view from the deck is outstanding. The house came with everything we needed. The large lobster pot was perfect for our lobster dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented the upstairs only, not the downstairs apartment, which I believe is represented as a “cottage” on the listing. The listing is somewhat misleading- not inaccurate but by combining the two units amenities- read it carefully. Upstairs where we stayed is 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms- one of which is accessed from the master. The upstairs has two bedrooms with no bathrooms- a real inconvenience. The house was dirty when we arrived- sticky counters, dirty windows- dirty kitchen wares. The garage was filled with junk so we could not park there and overall parking was inadequate. The harbor view advertised was of a warehouse and the back of a falling down house. The climate control was preset and although it was something we could change, it would revert to non-use settings and we’d wake up to 55 degrees. The owners were nice enough snd I guess for the price it was what we should have expected (I really don’t know) but I would not recommend this property.

Everything was just as shown. It was a beautiful place to stay. There were 10 of us women that Have known each other for at least 40 years we all had a fabulous vacation.We also had plenty of space we only rented the house part but there was more than enough room for us. And the host was great although we did not need her very much it was very easy to arrive and depart. The walk downtown was amazing and extremely beautiful and we were so close to other little towns around. I would totally rebook this property if I ever end up back in Camden and I think everybody else in the party would agree.

What an amazing home! We fell in love with the gorgeous windows with great views. Plenty of rooms & mirrors for 10 ladies to truly relaxing and enjoy some time in Camden. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience! Thank you so much Ana!

The front steps were falling apart, the garage was literally piled with garbage, it looked like a dump, the walls and stairs were covered in black marks and filth, the kitchen counters were covered in sticky mess, the stove had grease splatter, the windows were so filthy you could barely see through them, the freezer was covered in food remnants, crumbs etc, the living room rug was filthy, the couches had balled up old dirty blankets on them and it looked as though someone had just woken up from sleeping on them and rolled off. The picture window looked out onto an old construction building and a huge parking lot, the neighborhood was fine until you reached the end of the road which is where this house is which was completely run down surrounded by other run down houses. We stayed for 5 minutes and left to drive 21/2 hours back home.

This is our second time staying at Harbor Breeze over Christmas week. Ana is always quick to respond to questions. The beds are comfy and the view is great.

The house had plenty of space for 8 people and the location was great. It's within walking distance of downtown Camden. It didn't quite live up to the pictures though. There was a lot more wear and tear than we thought there would be. My mom hurt her ankle when she sat on a chair that clearly had already been broken and it collapsed. Also, the beds were very soft and not very comfortable. There was kind of a musty smell in some rooms also.

We had a great stay! The property was clean and exactly as described. Great location. The owners were very responsive .

Very well appointed kitchen. Easy space for family meals. Quiet bedrooms. Easy walk to town.

The property delightful the only surprise is both of the bathrooms are on the main floor so the two bedrooms upstairs have to come down during the night.

We had a group of 10 women staying for 5 days. We all loved the house and location. There was plenty of room for us. We had a dinner with 11 people and we didn't feel crowded. The hosts were very easy to work with. I'd stay there again and would recommend.

We walked to bookstores, coffee shops and restaurants, while also enjoying the house for a lobster boil one evening and a Fourth of July cookout (with great views of the fireworks in the harbor). We had never been to Maine before our visit to Camden and it did not disappoint. The house was awesome. The pictures don’t do it justice, in my opinion. There are steps to go into the house so be aware if that’s a problem for you. But once inside, the view was magnificent and the house was clean and well appointed. We booked the apartment too and that was just as nice and right next door. We loved the downtown shopping and took a sunset cruise on the Schooner Olad which I also recommend. They have a downtown store to book your cruise and they offer cruises all day from morning until sunset. I highly recommend this property and this town. Ana was great to work with also!
