The condo was beautiful and bright! We enjoyed it immensely. We spent most of our time there, enjoying the scenery ans boats. Would love to stay there again next year.

Booking, entry and stay were all well done. Very clean and quiet, loved our view from the deck in the evening!

Myself and my two children stayed here for a short trip to visit family and enjoy the water. While the condo does provide an amazing view, that is all it has to offer.
List of issues/poor management of the property:
-Night 2, I woke up to use the restroom and discovered a bat in the condo. When I communicated this with the management he asked if I left a door open that it came in. No apology or offer to provide any pest services or question to ensure myself and my children were ok.
-Washer/dryer had no push button to start them. It was broken off.
-Dryer door had no handle.
-Pull out couch was about 3inches thick and just springs to lay on, horrible sleeping arrangment.
-No extra bedding for pull out couch even though it is advertised to be used.
-No large pan for cooking.
-Screen door was broken off the hinges.
-Carpet on the patio was dirty and wet the whole time.
0/10- would not stay again.

I am a rep for a gift company working in the area. This rental gave me a great place to work from with a beautiful view. I usually stay in a hotel but not anymore I’ve found my place to stay when in the area. Highly recommend this beautiful rental. Makes you feel like your home.

We loved this 1-bedroom condo. It was perfect for a couple's getaway. The view from the living area and deck was magnificent, especially at night. We enjoyed the pool overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. The location was ideal, close to everything. Dave was friendly and helpful via email. We will definitely be back to enjoy this little gem.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was clean, nicely appointed, and perfectly located on the lake near to Dirty Ducks boat rental. And property owner Dave was attentive. We would highly recommend this property to everybody! Thank you, Dave!

Nothing better than listening to the waves crash in while enjoying a cup of coffee looking out at the lake. Great condo, my girls requested we stay there again next time. They loved the location to the water and the very friendly deer they saw daily.

Great location and great view from balcony. Washer and dryer in unit, it was nice to do some laundry. Just note that the TV in the unit is literally IN the wall so don't plan on plugging in your laptop or game console to play your own media. TV picture is also extremely low quality despite it saying HD on it. Overall good value.

My best friend and I love to get away for a few days to relax from daily stress. This place exceeded our expectations! Adorable, comfortable, and a great view! We loved how at home we felt! Everything from a blender to a pizza cutter was at our fingertips. The owner was also more than willing to answer any questions quickly via email! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for some good R & R! We will definitely be back!

Location was in a great spot. We really enjoyed this condo! The view was incredible. The sunset was awesome! Condo was perfect size! Close to town. Had a washer and dryer, so relaxing anytime of the day. :) good fishing on the dock. Didn't have coffee filters so we bought some to keep in the condo. For future people who stay. The railings were safe but with little children you have to watch them. Overall the place was great! Recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing, quiet weekend. We stayed 4 days and it was wonderful!

Excellent cove location with view of the lake and boat traffic from the deck and living/kitchen. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect to all Osage has to offer. Added bonus, includes a washer/dryer! The condo grounds and pool were kept very clean & neat. Met many nice people within the complex. All around great stay and we will defiantly be back.

Came down to the lake for some relaxation and got just what we wanted. This condo is clean and well appointed. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and my husband loved sitting on the deck watching the boaters. It is so quite there it took a while to get used to it! Will definitely recommend this to our family and friends. Thanks Dave for having such a nice place.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was super clean and very comfortable. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location is perfect for being on the water, shopping and dining out. It's located just minutes from "things to do" but you feel secluded when you are in the condo. We have and will continue to recommend this condo to our family and friends.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet getaway and found the perfect place with this condo! It looks exactly like the pictures! Great view of the lake - just a couple a minutes away from restaurants and shopping in Osage Beach! Dave was super easy to work with. We had a great week and will be sure to book again!

In Osage Beach for a long weekend of relaxation. The location of the condo was excellent, close to interstate and also all the action, but secluded enough for some quiet. Interior was nicely updated, larger than expected, clean and comfortable with great views. Extremely convenient with keybox at door, no hassling with anyone at check-in. It's worth stopping the owner, Dave's shop, which is nearby, its fun, interesting and had some good buys.

This condo is in a great location and very easy to find. The unit was great for the two of us looking for a short get away. The view from the deck was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool which has a great view of the lake. The owner was great to work with, and our reservation was made in a matter of minutes.The unit was clean, quiet, and very cozy. I would definately stay there again. We were not disappointed, and you won't be either.

Quiet complex with great view. Can see state park from deck. Condo has been recently updated and has plenty of storage. Convenient location - close to Osage Beach. Nice pool. Very clean condo and complex.
