This place had it all. Great beds and soft sheets. Each room had a balcony and its own bathroom. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys for the little one. The ice machine was an added plus to take a cooler to the beach every day. Had a couple of minor issues but contacted the host and was taken care of. Great place to stay! Would definitely rent again!

Great corner unit in a fantastic spot on Orange Beach. Perfect space for our family of 6 - beautiful views, easy access to uncrowded beach and pool, wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use this condo on a return trip.

Loved this condo. Had amazing views from every room in the condo along with a very spacious balcony facing the beach and one outside the other two bedrooms. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group and so helpful to have bathrooms in each room plus another 1/2 bath. The condo was in a great location - very quiet and family oriented. Ice maker a definite plus! The owner was very easy to contact and was quick to take care of an issue we had with washing machine. Loved everything about this condo! Would definitely rent this condo again!!!

My wife and I searched the Gulf Coast for a beach condo to host our two grown daughters and their husbands for a relaxing week. After narrowing our potential list to five which we then reviewed with the girls. Regency Isle 912 was the consensus choice and we were in no way disappointed! The condo was everything we expected and more! A great location, beautiful section of the beach, and fantastic accommodations set us up for a perfect week. Add the fact that the owner is more responsive than any I’ve ever worked with and we are already planning a return trip!!

This was the perfect condo for our family. Private bathrooms in each bedroom was incredibly valuable. Views were never ending with two balconies. Very well stocked unit for lots of meal prep and cooking. Each adult complimented the comfortable beds. The communication and concern from the owner was incredible and appreciated. Stacey wants her guests to have a great experience at this property. Certainly recommend this property and condo for families. A very memorable week.

Beautiful unit #912. Enjoyed the lesser crowd of orange beach as gulf shores was very populated due to a festival taking place. Condo was far enough from the big crowd in the main strip of gulf shores but definitely close enough to enjoy at out leisure. Great celebratory trip for my daughter's 5th gr. graduation!

The condo was great with super views of the beach from the back balcony and of the intercoastal out the front balcony! The amenities in the condo were definitely adequate and the outdoor facilities were super. Everyone in our party were complimentary of the selection and very happy with our stay!

This is our second year staying in Stacy's condo. It was like staying in a second home. The building is wonderful, no long waits for elevators, easy access to indoor/outdoor pools and the beach. My parents were quite comfortable in their room, my 3 kids ages 9, 8 and 6 were comfortable in their room. They don't like to share beds, so we brought a small air mattress. I loved that everyone had their own bathroom and the master suite is beautiful and the bed comfy. We had everything we needed to cook almost every night. So many little extras that make this a fabulous find (ice maker, water dispenser, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards). To me, the best part is the big balcony to enjoy meals and morning/ evening beach sights and sounds. We were there the second week of October and the water was the warmest is has ever been, the weather was perfect! We saw stingrays, dolphins, and lots of birds and crabs. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

We had ZERO negative thoughts or feedback about the location, communication with the property manager, other guests, or nearby activities. It was a priceless family experience. I’ve recommended this place numerous times already.

This place was so perfect! We have been coming to Gulf Shores for about 8 years and this area was definitely our favorite! The condo was beautiful! It was spacious and all the beds and couches were so comfortable. The condo was much closer to the beach than one’s in the past. It was just a great experience! Thank you Stacy!

Overall a comfortable place to stay. Very good beds. Lack of kitchen storage is problematic.

We enjoyed our stay June 14-18 at Orange Beach! The Condo exceeded our expectations, was very large and plenty of room for my family of 8. Only issue we had was the moisture alarm went off due to the kids leaving the sliding doors open. There are note posted that the unit will kick off but it did not, an alarm went off. Maintenance man came and was super rude to us. He left the air cover and screws laying in the hall and said “you shouldn’t have left the door open and I’ll call the owner because this is on you” He was very hateful to my son in law as well, treated us like we were ignorant, because we had never experienced a “moisture issue”. Property owner was very nice and quick to respond. Otherwise, we had no issues and loved our vacation!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children under 12 were very comfortable here. Stacy's condo has everything you need, this corner unit boasts a large patio with a gorgeous view of the beach, the Washer and Dryer is a big perk, the location of the condo is convenient to everything you can imagine, Outdoor pool was nice, workout facility on the 3rd floor was also great, elevators are fairly fast, parking is very convenient and secure, very family oriented, Ike's beach chair service was another great perk of you don't want to haul chairs and umbrellas, Stacy was quick to respond to the few questions we had. our family had a wonderful time at Stacy's condo - Thank you Stacy!!!

Stacy's condo is very large, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed all of the amenities the Regency Isle has to offer - great pool and hot tub, indoor pool and hot tup, steam room, sauna, and grills and right on the beach! It was great being in Orange Beach close to everything. Stacy was very responsive and helpful!

We loved the property and this is our second year at Regency Isle. We love that it is low density, minimal wait times for elevators, family friendly with nice indoor/ outdoor pool and hot tub options and that the beach is not crowded. Stacy was incredible with communication and promptly got back with an answer to each question. There are so many extras with this rental that elevated our stay. I appreciated cold, filtered water from the fridge, a separate ice maker, keurig and drip coffee makers, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs (very nice and comfy ones!), comfortable beds, soft towels and plenty of room to spread out. The balcony was amazing and we enjoyed most meals outside as the weather was great. The only thing I didn't expect was the traffic noise on the balcony when the waves were calm. The extra breeze from being on the end and spectacular sunsets made up for that. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen well stocked. Books, board games a a a few movies helped us take breaks from the sun. My family of 5 and parents had a wonderful time and hope to come again next year. Thank you for helping us make memories to last a lifetime!

Great experience! Property was a great size...not too crowded. Condo, pool and beach were just as advertised!

We have been searching for a place we can make as our annual family vacation spot and we have finally found it!!

Stacy was very easy and open to communicate with and the my group was very pleased with the property—would definitely rent from her again!!

With the Corona Virus outbreak, I stayed in contact with the owner and she guaranteed me a refund if things didn’t work out. Thankfully, we were able to keep our reservation - we even added two days to our stay! Our unit was clean and had all of the comforts of home! We will be back 🏖�

The condo was everything we were hoping for! Comfortable beds, a large deck with a table for everyone to enjoy sitting outside, and spacious enough to wear we didn't feel too on top of each other. Our kids enjoyed the beach and the pool everyday.

Three stars for cleanliness because one of the showers had not been cleaned and had sand build up in the shower. Also one of the ice makers did not work so we had to buy ice, but not a huge inconvenience. Great condo with 3BR and 3 baths, and great location, we would love to stay again!

The Perdido Key is a great section of Orange Beach. Quieter and less crowded than Orange Beach with Phoenix 1 through 18 or 19? They had chairs for rent in front of the condo but we used the chairs in the condo. The view was great with a cool breeze. The kitchen was big and roomy which allowed us to fix breakfast lunch and a few dinners. The unit was clean and comfortable. Super easy check-in and check-out. No waiting at a realty agent office. The separate ice maker was a surprise and served us well packing coolers for the beach and drinks in the evening. I have been coming to Orange Beach since 1995. This is a great unit.
