We loved our stay at Cress Point! Perfect setting- walkable to everywhere. Great views and we used the fire pit every night! As a bonus, the guests in the other condos were super friendly!

Great location! Nice features but it needs some maintenance. Bathroom needs some cleaning of grout. Double oven but only one works, ice maker made ice after I cleared it out but didn’t dispense. Great to have washer/dryer. Love the fire pit and view. Will be returning!

Wonderful time

Everything was incredible from Check-In to Check-Out cannot find a single fault. The communication was great, had no issues. Location is awesome! Stayed here a few years ago and will continue to stay here anytime we come to Laguna.

This is our third consecutive year staying at this property and my review never changes. The kids look forward to it. We are sad to leave. We go with no agenda and decide what to do each day. The location allows us the flexibility to go shopping downtown, hit the beach and eat at the best restaurants in Laguna or just chill on the patio or inside to the relaxing views! We are creating lifelong family memories. I suggest you book but please avoid my 10 days in early July! Thanks in advance.

This condo was in a perfect location-in town, near friends, and overlooking the beach. While the bed linens and towels were fresh and white, the place could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom needs a refresher and the street-side near the garage is starting to crumble. The pictures make it look bigger, for sure. It was fine for a four night stay, though.

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend with our kids. The location was great - we loved the easy access to the beach. Everything was comfortable and easy - we would definitely return!

This property was AMAZING! It was my 7yo first trip to the ocean and this rental did not disappoint. The first night we walked in and there were dolphins visable right from the livingroom wondow! Great location, views and home. We enjoyed cress beach just a few steps away and spent nights near the fire in the patio overlooking the ocean (BBQ and ocean spray!).. ending the night by falling asleep to the waves. House had great amenities including dishwasher, laundry machines, HUGE tub, AC, outside shower (great for sand was off) and TVs in all rooms (nice for our 5-member family). Laguna itself was also a beautiful location and the house was centered in a cute part of town near shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Management was a pleasure to work with, house was clean and overall just AMAZING. Cant say enough about this place - you wont want to come home. Im hoping to plan a return trip for a much longer stay!!!! Thank you for the great memories and experiences!

Great experience

As many other reviewers, would definitely stay here again. Very clean and had everything me and my husband needed. Views were absolutely spectacular and we walked everywhere. Did not need to drive to any restaurant, beach or gallery we went to and the shopping on Forrest Street was just down the street. Denise was a wonderful host. Can't say enough about how great our stay was.

I was in need of some quiet time and this place was the best medicine. The views were beautiful. The house had everything that I could possibly need. The only problem was the bathroom drainage. It’s in need of a snake for the pipes. I’m hoping that this will be my future sanctuary. Thank You!!

Perfect describes this property. From the middle of the night check in to the location, to the communications, everything was perfect. This is a higher end rental with quality sheets/bedding. This is a 2nd row house, but at the end of the street, giving a corner first row view and access to the beach. The small beach is not accessible at high tide, but having stairs and public park benches right outside your door makes it ideal for enjoying the waves. If we wanted all day beach access, we’d go down the alley one block to the wider beach. There is a 2 car garage under the property, with this house having one of the 2 spots. Our midsize suv fit fine, as would a minivan. A large truck would be a tight squeeze or not fit. There are 3 separate properties within this small gated community. We enjoyed meeting and talking to the other property guests. The fire pit and eat up bar overlooking the ocean was our favorite hang out spot. Yes, it’s next to the public access, but the bushes provide some privacy and we were never bothered by pedestrians. The location really is ideal. Easy walking to many shops, restaurants, bars, the Laguna beach boardwalk. The manager was very easy to deal with, accommodated our 2am check in and fixed a broken chair we mentioned, just for fyi, not expecting it to be fixed within a few hours. Thank you for a great Laguana Beach weekend.

We did this same trip, same dates, exactly one year later with the same friends. Loved it again! Great location and loved watching a pod of dolphins from the living room! And walking to everything.

Perfect location in the heart of Laguna Beach. Our stay was in late January with warm-ish days and cool evenings. The only departure from 5-stars we experienced, was the ease of operation of the wall-mounted climate controls in each room. The units seemed to have minds of their own separate from the remotes. Even using the remotes to turn the units completely off (or reset the timing feature) did not seem to effect their operation. Bottom line is that we would book again in a heartbeat… and will.

Management was very professional and easy to contact. The location was quiet and beautiful. Perfect for a small family.

We did not realize there was another home in front of this property on the ocean front, though a beautiful yet limited view of the ocean is still available from this property. The check in process was great and the manager was attentive and helpful, as was the lovely housekeeper who tended to our needs. The fire pit was great with an outdoor counter, seating and large grill (not used) on the more private patio area. The beds are very comfortable, though the bedrooms are tight. Bathroom has been updated, kitchen was adequate. Two high-use energy appliances run simultaneously (hair dryer and space heater) will kick off the electric circuits, and there are instructions to reactivate the circuits with some persistence required. The home is adequate and has its charm but could use some updating (worn sofa/loveseat and soft foldout sofa bed, survey of current kitchen utensils with fill-ins and some newer knives would be helpful). We were here for the Christmas holiday to visit with our local family, and wanted to be able to view the ocean, so we achieved those goals. Great restaurants within walking distance, good location within walking distance (or ride share) to town center. Booked in July. As long as intention is focused on other factors, it’s great; if you’re spending a lot of time inside the home, uhhh, another place might be more indoor-friendly, but the outside is great. Oh! There’s the bonus of a compact indoor garage to share too! Our thanks to the manager and housekeeper who did all they could.

The property and location were beautiful and communication with the host was perfect from check in through check out.

This property was just what I was hoping for with close proximity to the beach. The beach is really nice for swimming and is not busy like the main beach. We enjoyed using the fire at night. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants was so convenient and we used the trolley too. Parking included was great. The home was very comfortable for our week long stay.
