Our family had a great vacation thanks in large part to how comfortable this place was. The owners reached out mid-stay to make sure everything was fine, which was nice. We hope to be able to visit again.

This owner was amazing, communicated every last detail and was there for any questions. The unit was spotless and beautiful access to the beach. Parking was covered and super easy to unload and get in and out. Highly recommend.

Our stay in Sharon&Gary’s condo was marvelous. Communication with Sharon was perfect and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we were able to see the dolphins from it. The access to the beach is extremely convenient and we loved everything about the amenities provided in the condo. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay. Separate ice maker was perfect to fill the cooler each day to take to the beach. Three elevators kept us from waiting too long coming and going. Location was great and easy to get around.

First experience In Alabama on the gulf, excellent condo , great neighborhood , friendly guest , even left a outfit on the deck , was still there the next morning. Very clean , and we’ll maintained property!! Sharon was a great host would highly recommend !!

We loved the location and proximity to the beach. Listened to the ocean waves every night as we fell asleep. We liked that there wasn’t as much traffic or people on the beach as neighboring Gulf Shores.

The view is great! The place was clean and had great amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only negative for us was the pillows. They need to invest in some better pillows, and the elevator was not working well. There were long wait times. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Amazing!
Sharon and Gary host an absolutely beautiful property. We arrived and had a stress-free check in. Upon arrival, the condo was clean, stocked with the essentials, and very comfortable. Just steps from the beach, we were able to access the ocean easily. The beds were clean and comfortable, towels and all linens were fresh as well. There is a wonderful private balcony overlooking the water, we enjoyed the peaceful views. My kids loved having their own spacious room with a fully equipped bathroom. The location was perfect. We will most certainly be staying here again in the future!!

Spring Break 2022
This condo was exactly like the description and then some! It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean, which I’m a stickler about. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend our spring getaway. Absolutely beautiful view of the gulf and beach from the very spacious balcony and the living room and master bedroom. The owner was wonderful to work with and has made sure that you have everything you need. We loved it so much, we added an extra night! We look forward to staying here again in the not too distant future.

Amazing Family Trip
This place is perfect! I took my 3 children and my mother and we had such a great time! The check in process was simple and effortless. There were several carts waiting by the elevators when we arrived and we used our code to check in. The room was very clean with ample kitchen supplies, towels, and bed pillows! The balcony was large and the view was beautiful! With 3 children we knew it would be a task getting them down to the beach, but the walk was quick and convenient. We loved that the pool was fenced off so our children couldn’t even get to that area without assistance. The owner was great and very quick to respond when I asked a question during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spring break family vacation
We had the best time - this place was perfect for our family with 3 kids ages 7, 5, 3. Walking out the beach or pool each day and spending nights playing cards and board games listening to the ocean. Sharon was so accommodating and kind - seems the hosts have thought of it all ❤️

Loved Ice maker in room, great shower and bathroom, upgraded kitchen a plus. Clean, great owner, great view and beach. My one and only drawback is a very firm mattress. Will definitely stay there again

Great place to stay. Accommodations were comfortable. Balcony was awesome. Beach is fantastic. Never needed to contact host as everything was perfect. Only negative was there was no on-site recycling. We had to haul our recycles back to MN

Excellent in all respects. Couple of minor suggestions - mattresses were extremely hard. Could use some higher grade mattresses. Also, not a fan of the high top furniture on the deck. Minor suggestions. Overall a really good experience and our first VRBO experience.

This was our second year to stay at Regency Isle. Great location! This unit was perfect for our needs...great layout, great furnishings and well maintained. The most impressive part of this experience was the owner. Sharon was super responsive to a couple of questions prior to booking and that was a key factor in our property selection. It is obvious that they go above and beyond to provide a great experience for their guests. We can't wait for our next visit

This truly was a 5 star stay! Everything was perfect: booking, communication, condo amenities , property amenities, location. You name it, it was great! I rent condos everywhere we vacation. This was by far one of the best. It is so fully stocked. We cooked every meal and this condo has everything you could possibly need! The pictures accurately represent the unit, but it is so much better in person! The large balcony is wonderful. You know how you ho on vacation but at the end you can’t wait to get back to your comfy bed and pillows? Well, that was not the case here! I even asked the owner what mattress and pillows are used because they are SO COMFORTABLE!! I am somewhat of a pillow snob, so having a comfortable pillow was a WOW factor!
You cannot go wrong with this unit. Don’t hesitate- book now!!

Perfect Place to Stay
We brought our one year old to the beach for the first time and this was the perfect place for our family to stay! The view was gorgeous! The condo was very clean and I felt safe letting my baby toddle around. The window in the guest bedroom faces the hallway which made her room nice and dark for napping! The finishings were very nice and the owners supplied everything we needed, including straws under the wet bar that I was so thrilled to see when I needed a straw but hadn’t packed any. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
