This house can’t be beat! Large, affordable and walking distance to both floating location and night life in downtown New Braunfels! I’ll be back next year!

We loved this house!!! It was the perfect place for both families. The location of the place is walking distance to Texas Tubes and downtown New Braunfels.

This was a great location for floating the river. Part of our group stayed in the cabins behind us which was very convenient. We had enough space to have everyone for dinner one night. The only downside of the house is that one bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom and all bathrooms are accessed through a bedroom. It was a little inconvenient. Overall a great place to stay

Great house - very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location - less than a minute to walk to Texas Tubes to float the river. Easy walk to restaurants in town. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful house for family time!
We enjoyed the town of New Braunfels with our relatives there, and loved the game time and porch time at the house!

Veronica was amazing and super communicative! We loved the location - just minutes from Schlitterbaun, Gruene, and so many great family activities. The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. We will visit again!

Would highly recommend this Beautiful home! It’s super spacious, has all the essentials you would need and it’s in a perfect location. Best part is you literally have the entry to the Comal river/Texas Tubes in the backyard. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

We rented this house for the weekend as we had a wedding to attend in Gruene. It was 15 minutes from the venue and within walking distance of the river as well we were able to do some tubing before the wedding lol! The house was gorgeous and clean. We had no trouble reaching Veronica for any question we had. The sleep number mattress’s were a surprise and were fantastic. I highly recommend this house for your next stay in New Braunfels.

So many things were so great. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. The hosts are amazing! They thought of EVERYTHING from cornhole to citronella candles for outdoor sitting areas. I loved sitting on the front porch. Deer would often wander into the front yard during our morning coffee time.

We were very impressed with how close it was to two tube rental places (walking distance). We ended up floating the Comal twice because we were so close.

This is hand down the best place to stay on the Comal River. The house is great for a large group, the location is as good as it gets. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a group. We had five adults stay here and had plenty of space. As advertised, it is very conveniently located, and felt safe enough to walk to the festival that happened to be going on that weekend, and it is really just a stone’s throw from the river. The host is super conscientious about communicating and replied promptly to any questions.

This is my second time staying at one of Veronica’s properties in New Braunfels. The property is pristine, and you can tell she takes great pride in her houses, well maintained and super cute. The location can't be beat, we walked to nearby restaurants and bars. The house was absolutely perfect, 4 bedrooms to sleep all 10 adults and 3 full baths!!!! Plenty of paved parking which was a great thing since it poured down rain during the beginning of our stay. All my friends were impressed and happy with the house I booked, I'm sure they will be back on their own separate family get away.

We chose this location because we wanted to visit both Austin and San Antonio. It's 45 minutes to Austin and about 35 to San Antonio. Very easy to access off the highway. This property was very comfortable for our family of 6.

We would definitely rent this amazing house again! Perfect location near river and right around the corner from Wurstfest grounds. Mattresses were sleep number and very comfortable. Property Manager was quick to respond to inquiries. Thank you!!

This place was great! Three large beds, two smaller ones, three full bathrooms, a good couch, the best dining room table ever, clean, what more do you need? Also, location was PERFECT. 30second walk to texas tubes, 5min drive to Schlitterbahn, and walking distance to downtown. Host was very nice and accommodating and responded quickly with questions or concerns. All-in-all, it was a great weekend and would absolutely recommend and do it again.

We have stayed at this property before, and it is a great home. It is perfect for walking to restaurants in downtown or for walking to the River Float outfitters. Veronica is very responsive and provides everything needed to make the weekend great!

We were looking for a large house for our small teams corporate retreat and this one was perfect. Literally a stones throw away from the river you cannot get closer than this property. Our team felt extremely comfortable in the charming house with every amenity we could want. Thanks again for an amazing experience!

Perfect Location...Perfect place
Our first time on the river with the family and this place was PERFECT. Very quaint, full of amenities, private parking area, a hop and a skip to Texas Tubes located in the heart of the city. Everything was clean and convenient. Veronica was very helpful and easy to reach out and communicate with. We would highly recommend this place. It's a jewel ❤️

What a beautiful place to celebrate a friend's 60th! the house is perfect! Veronica is a wonderful host. The location is perfect and so close to the river! Will definitely stay here again!

Friends Float Trip
Our time in NBTX was awesome. We walked out the backdoor and were steps from Texas Tubes where we rented tubes and floated the Comal River twice. After float 1 we walked back to our house, ate lunch, refilled our drink containers (can ban) and headed back out. That night we walked to McAdoo's Seafood (10/10 would recommend). In between floating and eating we hung out on the front porch. We will stay in this house again.

Awesome Property
This is a great house right off the river! The décor is cute, the 4 bedrooms are perfect for sharing with another family, and the adjacent cabins and smaller home are wonderful if you are traveling in a large group. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for 8
The home is perfect! Location, size, parking and amenities all on point. We could walk to Prince Solms park and tube. Or walk to nearby businesses and rent. Plenty of space and all the necessities are provided. Highly recommend!

Nice getaway
The house was well stocked with cleaning supplies. The owner communicated efficiently and effectively so that check-in and check-out was easy. The house was great for a short stay by the river. Plenty of parking, great table to play games at and share meals. Beds were all Select Number so very cozy and comfortable. Loved that there were some basic supplies in each bathroom in case we forgot soap, shampoo or conditioner. Loved it!

Lots of space and close to everything
The rooms are much bigger than the pictures on line show. The decorations are beautiful and they have a fully stocked kitchen. Veronica was a very attentive host. We had some challenges with the cleanliness of the home when we first arrived but our overall experience was good. The house has a grill on the back porch with a small area to hang out while grilling. The front porch was where we stayed most of the time. It was spacious and the rocking chairs were a great touch. Thank you for having us Veronica!!

A dream of a place.
Visited again with extended family and had another wonderful time at a spectacular home. Rocking chairs on front porch are so relaxing. The location could not be better. So convenient to the river outfitters and restaurants.

The house was perfect, very clean, and well kept and the process was super easy. Parking was amazing!!! The house is in the perfect location for all the activities we wanted and loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying the rocking chairs. If you are planning some time in New Braunfels, highly recommend looking into this home and these wonderful hosts!
