Senior couple and senior widow enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vistas. The unit was comfortably furnished, clean, and very accomodating. Property mgr. Chad was promptly responsive and informative regarding check in and out procedures. Will definitely consider this unit in the future.

Very good

We all loved the condo, including the closeness of the pool, beach and bar. Ally is an exceptional bartender! We explored several nearby towns and enjoyed each of them. The local restaurants are great. Treasure Island was the perfect location.

312S was a perfect location, but defintely not very clean. Musty smell at first, very dusty, ceiling fans, baseboards, louver doors, and around shower were all super dusty. Towels were damp and not real clean. We had to wash before using them. Sheets could be replaced, too many stains. A good deep clean once in a while would make this a perfect spot!

If you'll be out and about, that's not a bad place. The condo is spacious enough but the furniture was very outdated and looked like a mix and match of garage sale items. Not updated at all. However, the location was nice, the pool was good and it was nice to have a little bar downstairs. The cafe for coffee and such was a nice surprise as well. I'd go back. My only recommendation would be to update the furniture and decor.

We have continued to book for the last 6 years and everything is always perfect. The view is amazing, the condo is a perfect size and always very clean and comfortable. Lisa has a few condos in this complex and we have stayed in all but 1. It is consistent every time. check in and out is very easy, booking is never an issue and Lisa the owner, and Chad the property manager are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this or any of Lisa’s condos for family or couple vacations. You won’t be disappointed.

So many positives! Location! Cleanliness! Fun...kiddie pool and normal pool! Fun bar by the pool! Ease of check in! Keypad on door so no keys to lose in the ocean/sand! Convenience store across the street! Robot vacuum! We ran it every time we left and it was beautifully clean when we returned! In unit washer and dryer! Beautiful courtyard! Amazing balcony with views of the ocean and kiddie pool! I could go on and on!

Condo was well equipped with everything needed. Would visit again.

Fun place to spend a week with family and friends. Great location with a great view. Condo fit our foursome of 2 adults and 2 teens perfectly. Has all the amenities you need. We arrived early and Chad was able to get us into the unit a little early. Having the keyless entry was very convenient and easy. We rented kayaks, went parasailing with Parasailing on the Pass. Free Beach Rides drove us to St. Petersburg for a walkable brewery tour. Very happy with choosing Sunset Vistas.

We enjoyed everything about Sunset Vista. Great room and easy beach access. The customer service was top notch! Drinks at the bar and meals from the cafe were always good. We would definitely come back again.

My daughter and I went down for 4 nights with her 3 young boys and had a wonderful time. The condo was not fancy but perfect for our stay with the boys. All the staff was friendly. They made smoothies for the boys at the outdoor bar. The cafe staff also went out of their way to be extra friendly to the boys. We met the owner of our condo and she let us in early and property manager let us stay an hour later checkout day. First day we arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t working. They had a company out to fix it in a few hours. We had a great stay.

Awesome place to stay, especially if traveling with a family/group! The property is spacious and conveniently right by the beach. It was nice to have a kitchen and a full-size fridge so we could make some meals on our own. We also had a wonderful view of the beach, and various locations for entertainment and food were at a walkable distance. I would highly recommend this property!

Right off the beach, close to Johns Pass and other places. Newly renovated, excellent host.

Lisa was great to deal with - very accommodating - helped us find multiple units for a get-together with friends. The suite was just as described, recently updated, spotless with a very large kitchen. Views of the beach were gorgeous.

TV a big disappointment, very few channels

We loved the location and amenities. The unit we rented was Very dated and in need of new furniture. Was very disappointing.

The condo was perfect. It was really clean and communication with the owner was great. I highly recommend this condo!

This trip was for 2 couples and this property fit the bill perfectly. Our flight was delayed so our friends arrived first. The got in fine but found the place in a weird state. Obvious areas were cleaned. Things like floors and countertops were up to par but things got pretty gross pretty quickly in the details. Corners, inside drawers, places where a TV was sitting. That stuff hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Towels weren’t hanging in the bathrooms but were folded and left under the sinks and smelled lightly of mildew as a result. And then there were the bed linens. Those were just disgusting. Stuff splattered across pillow cases and stains on everything… Our friends let us know so we could communicate with our hosts but I chose to wait until we got there so I could see for myself. The next day our friends went to the beach but when they returned they couldn’t get in. The lock just blinked red. For this we contacted the hosts. Our friends are in their 70s so we were concerned. Well it took 3.5 hours to get it resolved. They sat outside the door on the concrete floor waiting. Turns out the manager has a day job and the hosts themselves aren’t local. Their car keys, medications, cloths were all inside. It was eventually resolved (the code changed without anyone knowing) and the manager came out to completely replace the lock (so chances are you don’t have this problem). We spoke to the manager and he was able to resolve most of our other issues as well. We cleaned the entire place ourselves cuz we had to, and the rest of our trip went off without a hitch. After our trip was over our host reached out with a small credit. I’ll let you decide if that was appropriate or not. As a host i’ll say this: There are a lot of things we can’t control about the quality and content of our guests' vacations. The neighbors, weather, natural disasters… There are two things we can and MUST control. Access to the space itself and cleanliness. When these two things go wrong it is 100% on us. It means we’ve failed at our promise to you. Guests don’t want to hear about the issues you’re having with your cleaning crew or manager. We don’t want to be thinking about how hard it is to do what you do. We need what we paid for and all the consideration that deserves. Nothing more and absolutely nothing less. I don't believe we got that.

Prior to our arrival, communication was excellent. Once we arrived there was a little bit of miscommunication/misunderstanding. Putting that aside, Once we got to our unit, it was just as described! Very clean with all the amenities showed. Definitely alot of pillows and the beds were all very comfy, the pull out couch/bed was a little rough but the kids managed. The view was beautiful. The unit in itself was as described and we loved it. Just like being home. The resort in itself was amazing. 2 pools, plenty of access to elevators and the tiki hut bar was alot of fun. Access to a beautiful beach was by far the best thing. Our older kids enjoyed access to the gym too. Alot of opportunities for everyone to have fun doing something they like At the end of our stay I was able to reach out (despite being a little perturbed) and management came through and provided the best thing ever making our last day so much more enjoyable, relaxing and a breeze. We are definitely coming back!! This will definitely be our favorite return vacation place!
