Everything I could have asked for. The small condo development is adjacent to a 2 mile undeveloped beach. The condo's amenities were B+. It was a pleasure watching the local families use the adjacent county park.

This is one of the nicest condos that we have rented in Hawaii. We really like to cook when we are in a condo and this one was very well appointed. Had everything we needed and everything was in good condition. The view was beautiful the property was very well-maintained and the beach was lovely. We will definitely be back. The only two downsides were the fact that the stairs to the master bedroom are fairly narrow and steep so could present an issue if anybody has mobility issues. The other was the laundry room. Very old machines requiring an app for payments that did not work very well. Otherwise an awesome location!

We loved it!! Everything was great. One thing needs to be fixed...the freezer door will not close completely no matter what you do. It needs a new seal or you need a new refrigerator.

Everything was great. The listing is exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the swimmable beach, ease of parking and checking in. It was a beautiful property and felt clean.

Our stay was lovely and the unit is well-appointed, though not necessarily island themed. The stairs might require a little caution if mobility is an issue. Everything was clean and the kitchen is very well equipped.

Check-in process was super easy with a code box. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. All electronics in the unit worked and easy to use. We loved the decoration and style of the place as well as how the location was ideal with ocean views and literally steps from the sand on a great beach and a great neighborhood. We also enjoyed using the pool with ocean views. I would stay here again any time.

Although this is not the prettiest part of Maui, the direct beach access came as a nice surprise and the pool was kept very clean. Because of how the condo is situated, people will want to keep the curtains shut to keep out the sun. The upstairs gets quite warm and it is necessary to have four fans runing, including the AC uint while you sleep.

My husband and I stayed with two friends at this place and enjoyed our time here! Was nice to walk to a beach right nearby. We did have to drive 15-20 minutes to go to the major beaches/nice restaurants that we wanted to go to, but we had a rental car so it wasn't a big deal. Overall we had a positive experience!

4 adults stayed, we had a great time! This location is perfect for all ages. The water is calm in this area, very quiet. There’s a park next door with light activity, usually locals fishing. The unit was well equipped with everything you need. Boogie boards, beach towels, kitchen supplies and pantry under the stairs. There is so much sea life right outside, we saw many humpback whales, and snorkeled right out front with turtles.The communication with the host was very easy. We recommend staying and would return.

We had a great experience at this property. Very centrally located and our boys loved using the boogie boards every day. Check in check out was a breeze and anytime I had a question it was immediately responded to. Thank you!

Loved staying here, but would have appreciated a better description of the upstairs area. Stairs are steep and very narrow, with several changes in elevation to get to bathroom, closet and windows. As someone who has a mild disability, stairs are not usually a big deal, but the uneven floor levels and the narrowness of the stairs presented a problem every time I used them. Otherwise would recommend this for other friends.

Panoramic views. Condo was user friendly and had everything we needed. We visited during whale season and were able to see them everyday, even through our gorgeous full height bedroom window. Central to all locations. We had a portable air conditioner in the upstairs master and could have used one in the downstairs bedroom. We would most definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We had a lovely stay here. The condo looks out onto the garden and beach which is a stroll through the tropical garden and pool area to access the beach.

The condo was great! The location was nice for going to Kihei and Lahaina. Would’ve been nice to have more seasoning and such for preparing food. Kids loved the boogie boards!

First time our family came to vacation in Maui. Condo B8 in Makani A Kia was very good. Nice beach side access and central location to all of Maui.

We enjoyed the condo, it is nice and well equipped. I would stay there again without hesitation. I don't care for direct sunlight so I would prefer the lanai didn't face East, once the sun moves by mid-day its great. I am sure others would find this to be a great asset.

The location is perfectly on the beach, which is not overly crowded. The condo is beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities. Owners were very accommodating and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and sites. Due to location being more secluded and not busy with resorts and crowded beaches, recommend renting a car, as ride sharing apps were less available. Location is still perfect because the farthest commute we needed was only 15-20 minutes.

My trip changed last minute from a Girls trip to a trip with my 12 and 20 year olds. There was plenty of room and the house is well stocked. I liked that the condo is located so close to a swimmable beach as well as had a pool to swim in. Had the trip been a couples trip, I think the upstairs bedroom not having an actual door (the floor plan is unique for sure!) may have been a little weird, but as a family it posed no issues. The upstairs shower has 2 heads which seemed fun, but one heads’ support was stripped so it would not stay in place during the shower. My 20 year old daughter used the bath downstairs and said it did not get enough hot water to take a “good” soak, and the jets stopped working shortly after that. The hot water might have been due to timing-we got home late. But she was bummed the jets didn’t work properly for a jacuzzi tub. Other than that, the upstairs bathroom electrical will short if you use the hairdryer. No big deal really but good to note. All in all the house was a great place to stay. If I were to take the kids back to Maui I think we’d see if this house is available. It really is pretty and the location is awesome. Very close to the aquarium too.

Beautiful condo! Centrally located area, and right on the waterfront overlooking a public beach park, which was always busy. Got to swim with turtles !!

Property is well kept and lush with palms, flowering trees and shrubs. Beach front is beautiful Hawaiian blue water looking out at Haliakala mountain. Everything you need was available, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and towels etc. Would love to come back.

The only problem was upstairs electrical breaker would kickoff when using hair dryer

Loved the view, closeness to the beach.
