This was the perfect spot for my family to stay for a nearby wedding. Lots of space and we really enjoyed the back deck and dock.

We had a great time staying in your house. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Everything was provided. Thank you for all of your thoughtfulness to have little things like coffee creamer and body wash! We hopefully will definitely be back again next year!

We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful condo and neighborhood. We especially liked relaxing on the porch and watching the birds and squirrels with the lake view in the background. Unfortunately the kayaks were not available for use, but we rented a pontoon at the marina instead and had so much fun cruising the lake. Easy access to Anderson, Clemson, and Greenville.

This is a wonderful condo with a few issues. It is fully stocked, clean, comfortable and has an amazing view of the lake! I absolutely love the porch! My concerns - after reading instructions for the outside fire pit and grill - my friend, mom and I couldn’t get them lit. A toilet had been leaking since our previous stay in July. More importantly the hot water heater couldn’t fill a bath tub, numerous times during my February trip. On my last full day, I boiled at least 2 tea kettles to heat my bath and still was not nearly warm enough. My concerns didn’t seem to phase the owner. She may have been able to talk us through the fire pit and gas grill, but she said perhaps filling a tub with hot water was something her condo couldn’t do. That was not an acceptable answer. I didn’t ask for any reimbursement or future discount, but I think that should’ve been offered. I hope the issues have been resolved for future renters. And in all honesty, if the hot water heater is fixed, I would rent this condo again.

We enjoyed our time at this property while 3 generations (grandparents, parent, and adult daughter) were in town to celebrate a family member’s graduation from Anderson University. We enjoyed walking to the water’s edge and taking in the beauty of the lake. My daughter and I went for nightly walks and saw many deer. Beds were comfortable!

The best part of this condo was the back porch. We unfortunately arrived during a storm, but woke up the next morning to the sun shining through the trees, sparkling lake, and a little lizard sunning himself on the railing. We spent the rest of time out there. Plenty of room inside as well for family dinners (which is why we were there to visit with our Clemson student and feed him home cooked meals).

I have stayed at Leslie’s property a few times before. Great location and convenient to Clemson football. Leslie is a pleasure to work with.

The owners of this property thought of everything! The communication before arriving was top notch and the amenities didn’t disappoint. Great lake view and an amazing deck to hang out, play games on and enjoy the view. The condo was very clean and comfortable to spread out and relax. We’ll definitely return when we come back down to take in a Clemson football game.

Perfect condo for weekend stay. We had everything we needed and Leslie was great, always responded quickly. The drive to Clemson was not bad, much better than fighting traffic to get back to Greenville. We’ve already booked our next stay.

The condo was clean, had all the amenities needed and the owner was easy to work with. Being right on the lake was great for the adults and the children. State park right next door added the opportunity to walk on the trails and see deer. This place is a winner!

We were extremely satisfied with the place. The host provided everything we needed. The view off the porch was fantastic and the neighbor that we met was very friendly. It was a very quiet community. The only thing that surprised me was the steep steps, which weren't a problem for us, but would be a concern for those with limited mobility.

We had the most amazing and peaceful time. Enjoyed our first trip away from home for Christmas!!! Will definitely book again during the summer!!!

Owners exceptionally responsive. View from porch was so beautiful and calming. It was so relaxing! Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Used their kayaks And had a wonderful time on lake. We were in Anderson for a family wedding and this was so much better than a hotel. Would love to stay again next time we are in town.

Condo was perfect. It was close to the lake and perfect for our purposes. Rooms were clean, well stocked and comfy. Kitchen has everything necessary. We had a great time.
