We spent the month in this beautiful condo. Good location, spotless unit. Note that despite previous reviews, we waited no longer than 1 minute for an elevator - granted this was February and perhaps not the busiest of times. The rental agent was very responsive bringing us a new can opener when the one in the unit broke. Since this unit is not owned by an individual it lacked kitchen basics such as salt/pepper, and things like cooking oil, etc. that an individual owner often keeps stocked in their unit. I'm quite short (5'1") and found the couch rather uncomfortable but the unit was beautifully furnished. Would definitely return here.

Nice unit, lots of room. Plenty to do at the complex. Unfortunately we experience lousy weather so taking advantage of the beach was not possible. I would recommend the property.

Parking passes are double whats listed. Very tastefully decorated. Simple check in and check out. Very clean however the rusted shower curtain rods and outdated master shower heads made bathrooms feel not as clean. Really enjoyed that all bedrooms had a bathroom. Very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and appeared well maintained. Our unit was as advertised. We had not problems. You had a couple of questions that were promptly answered by Alabama Getaway. We would go back.

We’ve stayed at the Phoenix several times. Kids love the pools and lazy river. It was pretty windy and cool most of the trip but overall a very nice stay

Changed sheets in master an found fresh urine stains on matress pad. Washing machine broke took 5 days to replace it. On top of that, fresh paint in the garage bleed down onto the floors. We were told we would get compensated for issues but that has not happened!

The views were amazing. Sunsets were spectacular. The rental was so roomy. Loved that there was a bathroom in each room. It was clean and well furnished. Will definitely be back.

This condo was wonderful. We had a great week with our family. We enjoyed the comfortable patio furniture. Everything was as pictured. We hope to come back next October.

We really enjoyed this condo. The views can’t be beat. Everything was very clean and worked properly. The management staff communicated well and were accommodating to our needs. The amenities at the complex were exactly as advertised and expected and we were not disappointed. We will be returning to this property next year!

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. Great beach view. Beautiful room. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely book again next year. The only con was that on a busy weekend, elevators were hard to come by.

This property was a great fit for our group of 7. Nice kitchen, and enough furniture for everyone to have a comfy place to sit!
Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The balcony was wonderful and breezy!

We was amazed at how much room we had in the condo and bathrooms a family of girls u can ever have to many bathrooms. The view from the balcony was amazing! We will most definitely be back.

Gorgeous condominium
The stay here was wonderful! The view was spectacular! The check in process was a bit confusing as to where to park and what to do, but after the 1st day, we had it down. Be prepared to wait awhile for an elevator to your room. They fill up quickly.

I instead offered to call their boss - which I did....and received apology and great service the rest of the week....so, it seems these minor complaints can be attributed to it being the busy season. Otherwise, we had a wonderful trip!

We had a great time! I was so impressed with how easy check in/out was and responsive the property manager was! It was so easy to just text a question and get a response immediately! Great location and beautiful condo! We will definitely recommend and stay again!

This was our fourth winter visit to Orange Beach. We love the Phoenix West II property, specifically. Great amenities, safe parking, access to and view of the ocean.
The interior of condo was well appointed with lovely furnishings and decorations. The kitchen has all the essentials. The Master bedroom, bath and closet are generous and comfy.
We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely facility and ocean views
This was our fourth winter visit to Orange Beach. We love the Phoenix West II property, specifically. Great amenities, safe parking, access to and view of the ocean.
The interior of condo was well appointed with lovely furnishings and decorations. The kitchen has all the essentials. The Master bedroom, bath and closet are generous and comfy.
We would definitely stay here again.
