יחס הצוות מצוין וידידותי מאוד, מיקום מעולה ליד הרכבת הקלה ומחנה יהודה, החדר והמיטה נוחים, ארוחת בקר מגוונת וטובה עם סלטים/ גבינות/ ביצים ועוד, מבנה יפה מבחוץ עם לובי נוח ונעים.

הניקיון בסדר אבל לא לקפדנים, למשל, בפינות לא נקי ובמסדרון לכלוך על השטיח. בארוחת בקר הסלט לא היה טרי (אמרנו לאחראית ומיד החליפה בסלט טרי). החלון קצת משוחרר והיה מעט רעש בבקר מהבניה באתר ליד המלון והכביש.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly smile of Saeed at the reception. Saeed not only made the check-in process a breeze but also took the time to show me around the beautiful hotel and provided me with all the information I needed to make my stay comfortable. Throughout my visit, he generously assisted me, making me feel like an absolute queen. The building itself is a masterpiece, boasting stunning architecture and a charming ambiance. The elegant and tasteful décor added to the overall sense of luxury and sophistication. It is evident that the management has put great effort into ensuring a well-lit and inviting atmosphere, which only enhanced my stay. The location of Lady Stern Hotel couldn't have been better for me. Its proximity to the central bus and train station made it incredibly convenient for my travels around the city. As for the breakfast: the wide variety of dishes catered to all tastes, and the food was of a good quality Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to Rama, the lovely receptionist I met during my stay. Her genuine warmth and helpfulness were truly appreciated. I promised her I would return, and I will definitely keep that promise.

The price, the location, the staff

The design, combining new and old, the staff: very polite, always helping with giving solutions. An outstanding hotel!

The location was excellent for our purposes - a tram stop right by the hotel that could take us everywhere we needed. The market and a grocery are close. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice. We also liked the interior design.

The doors in the sabbath elevator closed even though one of us stood between them and hit him - it seems there's no sensor preventing door closing if someone is entering the cabin.

The hotel had good breakfast and parking in city center available. It was close to the Market and city center which allowed us to walk all around without using transportation. We got a free room upgrade because of our anniversary together with complimentary breakfast which was fantastic!

The hotel is run down, I won’t say it’s renovated other than the lobby and restaurant. It’s not good value for money for sure. The rooms are dirty even though they say it’s clean. The iron provided outside of the room cannot be used as it’s dirty. The reception and welcoming staff is not welcome at all, not once did they greet us as we went in/out.

only slight improvement I would recommend especially now being summer, is to have beverages available to drink when coming into the hotel

Lady Stern Hotel is an excellent property. I was actually there 12 nights as I was part of the Lev Haolam tour for seven nights prior to this stay that I booked on Booking.com. They let me continue my stay in the same room even though my first room was an upgrade from the room I booked on my own. The breakfast and dinner were very good with great variety and an incredibly large, attentive staff. Housekeeping staff were always on the job, the hotel rooms and public spaces are immaculate. The personnel at the desk were always present and very professional. I particularly received so much assistance from Rama. She helped me with an issue I was having with a reservation I had made (nothing to do with the hotel). I had an incorrect phone number so she helped me contact them. The next day I was back because they answered me with an email in Hebrew so, Rama had to help me again. Such a lovely, patient young lady. This was my first visit to Jerusalem and I’m very pleased with my stay.

The only thing that concerned me was that there was little room for taxi pickup and drop off in front of the hotel. There was a sort of cutout but it was always taken by buses and vans.

The location is excellent. It is close to a light railway station that takes one directly to the Old City and is one stop away from the main train station. Check-in was very smooth. The young gentleman behind the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Saturday evening I had dinner at the hotel and the food was also very good with a lot of choices to cater to all tastes. The serving staff were very friendly. The restaurant and bar serve very good wines. The bathroom was very spacious.

The lobby and restaurant are nicely decorated. Some art on the walls of my room would also have been nice.

The staff are extremely helpful, very warm welcome, and even let us check in early 10.00 am for no extra charge, overall would definitely recommend to everyone

The hotel staff was helpful and very nice. The room was tidy. The location of the hotel was a walking distance of about 20 from the center.

1. Anyone interested in staying at the hotel between Friday and Saturday, and who does not observe Shabbat, should take into account that everything around the hotel is closed. It is necessary to travel by car or order a taxi. 2. Pay attention! The hotel bar does not have a menu at all and it is impossible to know what is in the bar and what is not, and in the end what the costs are. We told the hotel staff but note here as well.
