Location and near to Market and Medical Center

Rental was at Parksuites Tower 1 and not at the Mall as advertise. So be careful with this renter. It doesn’t have any amenities for cooking as it is either old or burnt and not safe. The couch Bed advertise broke on the 2nd day as the Anchors were bad shape and the Screws were extremely bent. what they had for sleeping and Linens are something you find in a very cheap store. I would not recommend this place.. We only rent this place cause we thought it was on top of Uptown Mall and had better amenities. If I had more time i would have chosen another place.

The host is number is not working. I called 15 times but it was unattended. The email notification asking for requirements was delayed. But then asked for pre payment and now I don't know how to get it back. Told us we didn't provide the requirements and didn't show up. Sucks 😞

Location is amazing

The apartment was not clean there was dust everywhere, the bedding smelt like not washed with conditioner. No TV remote and the lighting was very bright. We moved to another hotel in manila. I think the owner does not care about the place anymore.

Very disappointing. No bath towel, light not working, exhaust fan not working, lights so dim one cannot do computer work and staff tells me it's like that because you are not a hotel! Then take your property down from Bookings.com!
