What I like about this place is the location, friendly check in, the guards at the front, and to feel of being secure all the time. Shopping around this area is convenient and centrally located to everything.

The room was a little tight compared to what I have gotten in the fast few times I've stayed here. I asked for the couches to be covered in sheets and not of it was done, and also the room wasn't even cool enough as I entered and has a musty smell. Looks like someone just left the room and barely cleaned it and the carpet was not vacuumed. The sink under the kitchen was really smelly and should be looked at, because it's not healthy for anyone who stays in the room. Need more thorough cleaning of the disposable perhaps.

Pool was a lovely oasis from the busy city! Staff were lovely.

Very close to everything and even public transpo is easier to track location pick up and drop off.

We were assigned on the 20th floor and on our second night the room next to us was very noisy between 12 to 3:30am. I contacted the front desk and they were concerned and did something about it. But the noise still continued for 2 to 3 hours. The Duty Manager could only offer us free breakfast, massage and late check out. When I requested for an extra night, her response was that my request cannot be accommodated due to the booking made here in booking.com.

Now nothing they have stolen my money!!!

They take a deposit on arrival (card only and not mentioned on booking.com) then on check out when I handed my card for the refund. They said the charge will be reversed and you'll have the money back in a couple of days. When I did not receive my money back after a week I ask why. I got a message days later saying it can take up to 14 business days (it's 2024 all banking is instantiations). Then when I complained after 14 business days they time me to contact my back as it's not their responsibility... It's been over 3 weeks now and they have not given me my money back and now have stopped responding to my messages.
