La tranquilidad de el lugar .

Se escuchan muchos gallos que despiertan muy temprano.

Me encanto el lugar, te sientes en un rinconcito dentro de la naturaleza, el ambiente es muy tranquilo, música relajante y nade te molesta. Es el perfecto lugar para relajarte. La alberca climatizada te permite usarla todo el día. La comida es rica y la atención del personal estupenda. Matías , el perro del lugar es lo mejor .

Las camas podrían ser un poco más cómodas y el menú del restaurante más variado.

A tranquil oasis outside of the Tepoztlan fray! Great pool, good size, heated, clean, well-maintained and chlorine free. Beautiful,Impeccably maintained grounds. Staff is very professional, kind and conscientious. Good breakfast included. Perfect place for workshops, retreats or weddings.

Some sound transference depending upon behavior of other guests and neighbors at next door property. Alrhough it was first presented as 10 minute walk to town that is not really the case. More llike 20 minutes up a sometimes steep cobblestone incline. But in the end it was good to be a bit out of town.

Las instalaciones son hermosas, llenas de vegetación que transmite mucha paz y tranquilidad, la alberca riquísima y el jacuzzi una delicia con agua calientita, los alimentos muy ricos y el desayuno muy rico, Matias su mascota muy tranquilo y amigable, el temazcal a cargo de Elizabeth maravilloso, sin duda regresaré pronto!

Un poco enredado para llegar y lejos del centro si quieren salir caminando, el Bungalo no tenía forma de cerrarse por la noche y aunque estábamos seguros, el hecho de no poder cerrar al dormir nos dejó un poco intranquilos

Pool area was beautiful. room was kind of sparsely decorated but bed was one of the best we had in 10 days. Breakfast was made to order and good.

I think we were the only people there and the hospitality factor was just odd - there was one young man who didn’t really speak English who just handed us a single key when we got there, it just felt strange.

Exceptional service. Staff always ready to assist in any way. Manners impeccable.

One day I asked 3 questions about the temazcal: Was the temazcal functional? Was the source of heat electric or other? Could we use the temazcal at 8pm that night? The answers were yes, gas, and yes. We had a wonderful experience. Problem was we had no idea we would be charged the equivalent of $100 USD (2,100 pesos +/-). At 8pm we were surprised to be met by a lovely young lady who chanted and helped us have a special experience. Two staff assisted with the "event" during the hour and with drinks of tea thereafter. It was indeed a great experience. Only suggestion is: if hotel is going to provide an event or service, please inform guests in advance of details such as chanting lady, tea, etc, and charge of xyz pesos. [When I "reserved" the temazcal I had expected that staff world simply turn on and turn off the heat, give us instruction, and permit us a 30 minute experience alone. I would not have been surprised by a small charge when checking out.]

Beautiful view. Small and well kept. Really good breakfast, which was included (not like other places that have “breakfast” and it’s only juice). Very accommodating. Even the dog was excellent!

The lack of ubers. Sice it is tucked away ubers did not go

Very nice place, amazing views, excellent service, great food, Francisco (staff) is awesome, he really takes care of you.

As awesome as Francisco is, he needs help, more people wouldn't hurt.
