4 couples on the island for GSGA Mens golf tournament. House was great. Clean and fully renovated. East Beach is a beautiful area and view of the marsh was really nice. Fire pit and outdoor shower were great extras. Will definitely come back next year.

We had a minor hiccup that the place hadn't been cleaned when we got there. The host was fantastic in correcting the issue. Her cleaners read the schedule wrong and didn't have the place ready. She was very apologetic and got the cleaning people there that night. She was fantastic in solving the issue. It is a beautiful place, wish we could've stayed longer!

The location of this vacation rental is amazing! St Simons Island is gorgeous, very fun place to relax, excellent restaurants & shopping! The negative and sad to say, this house is in dire need of a deep cleaning. Otherwise a perfect stay.

This home was very beautiful and accommodated my group of 7. The owner responds in a timely matter. It was only minutes away from the beach and the owner provided 2 bicycles for your use.

Great location and view. The bedroom set up was awkward with children, that is having to walk thru room to get to second masters. Wonderful house. Truly enjoyed it.

We rented with my in-laws and family. Everyone was very satisfied with the stay! The bed were very comfortable to!

Tidy, convenient property close to beach. The yard is lovely and the marsh views are fantastic. The only thing we missed while having such beautiful weather was an outdoor dining area. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We loved our time at Heaven on Eighth. Our favorite parts of the property were the incredible location (walkable to the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood), amazing views of the marsh, firepit in the yard, and the well stocked kitchen. The owners were also very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was a cinch. All in all, the property was perfect for our small family retreat. We'd recommend a stay here to anybody!

This property is just a gorgeous house and location. We did a sunrise walk to the beach right up the road and it was stunning!

Our family has been coming to St. Simons for years and we had a great vacation. The property is a very short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets over the marsh. We’ll be back!

This rental home is very nice. Spacious, lots of beds and rooms with a main kitchen and small kitchen downstairs, and 2 bathrooms. The living room and dining room are nice size with lots of seating. The outside fire pit has plenty of seating and partial view of the marsh over plume grass. The beach is a 10-minute stroll 2 blocks away and through the dunes, while the marsh walk is across the road. Restaurants are a few minutes away to the south. The only negative things to note were the disgusting grill (too nasty to even mess with), no hand soap anywhere in the house, some grime in many locations in floor corners and shower, the lower bathroom sink faucets are loose, some basic kitchen supplies were sparse, it has no deck to enjoy the awesome marsh view (might be something worth adding by the owners), and the lawn care service decided to show up while we were there instead of working on a day when paying visitors aren't there, like a mid-week day. Overall though, a nice place to stay.

Property is perfectly located with great sunset. Outdoor shower was very spacious and a big hit. Located in perfect setting with easy access to beach. Very nicely decorated and had all amenities to cook and serve for larger family. Constructive feedback - All Beds need new pillows and would prefer that pillow liners were used under pillow cases. Limited number of shower and facecloth towels, did laundry to refresh.

Loved this place! It is exactly as advertised with a brief 4-5 minute walk to the beach. We loved being able to stay on the bottom floor with the kids and allowing the grandparents to have their own space on the top floor. The separate HVACs also allowed us to accommodate our different thermostat preferences. The kitchen is on the small side, but we just loved it.

On 1st day of vacation we find our my husband had pancreatic cancer. We made most of vacation with children and grandchildren resting outside - two great areas to rest with a gentle breeze blowing. Also, enjoyed trips to quiet beach nearby with grandkids. Very relaxing, welcoming place to stay!

Location was perfect for Each Beach with marsh view. Main kitchen could've been cleaner. Previous guests left half a bag of trash there and trash cans in driveway were already half full when we arrived Saturday. Owner informed us about broken oven 24 hours before we arrived and offered to cancel reservation for free or give us a small discount so we opted for discount. Overall, nice place with excellent layout for families and dog-friendly!

The property was everything described with beautiful Marsh Views and sunsets from our second story living area. Three mile walk just a few blocks from a private beach with public access.I must say that this location was very pet friendly and the beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back! My family loved this house! Clean, spacious, great layout. My favorite thing was the lovely walk through the maritime forest to get to the beach...absolutely divine!

This property is so beautiful. The views were amazing and it was a short walk to the beach. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. Our trip was amazing. For sure will stay here again.

The house was so clean and beautiful. It had everything you could possibly want. The only drawback was the distance from the house to the beach. It was quite a long and difficult walk especially if you had kids, dogs and a lot of things to carry. We never took the dog to the beach because of that. So we rented a golf cart for the week

Amazing beach trip! Our family could not have found a better fit for us than this property. Super clean, furnishings were just as described on the site. Loved this beach house!

We had a wonderful visit and wished we didn’t have to leave. We took 6 teenagers To the beach. The set up of the house was perfect. They were all downstairs and could not hear them at all. My husband and I enjoyed watching the sunset over the marsh from the front yard. This property is definitely on our list to rent again.

We loved staying at Heaven on Eighth in St Simons, East Bch! Perfect for our family gathering, loved the view of the marsh, enjoyed short walk to sunny beach, and had 1st annual family competition in the beautiful, breezy front yard! 😃

The rental home was amazing. Only problem was it smelled of wood varnish VERY heavy fumes. Uncertain why.

We arrived an hour after check-in time to find the cleaning people still at the house. We had to leave for an hour and a half, for them to finish, before we could get into the house. Then had a problem with the heating unit in the downstairs king bedroom which finally caused the person staying in that room to have to move in with another person in the twin bedroom. All that being the case, Jennifer was quick to try to fix all the issues and responded in a timely manner. The house is in a beautiful spot and the marsh at sunset was so pretty.

The gold standard for a rental or restaurant . . . Would you return? . . . Yes!

It was truly heaven. This house is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. we will go there again.
