We loved this VRBO. Super clean, plenty of space, comfy bed. Checkin instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Once inside the unit, the included instructions for our stay were extremely helpful. We had a minor issue at the beginning but we reached out to the host and he quickly responded and helped us resolve the problem. Having access to a garage was so much easier than needing to find parking. Highly recommended - we plan to stay here again next time we are in the area! Thank you!

Clean, quiet 3 bedroom townhouse close to everything in the Surprise/Sun City West, Arizona area.

We didn’t have a perfect stay but it wasn’t Larry the property owner’s fault. We were there to play baseball, and it was 120 degrees most of our stay. Yuck! But that’s Phoenix in July. The property is very nice, Larry is a super responsive host, and he bent over backward to get us in the pool when our key fob wouldn’t work. Everything is as advertised. He is a great host.

ONLY complaint would be pool is a few blocks away, its a townhome community. But nice pool and hot tub. Family neighborhood with parks near by. Owner was quick to reply to my 1 or 2 questions. nice time!

Larry’s property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the community pool almost every day. Larry as a host went above and beyond from the time I booked the rental until the time we arrived and throughout the visit. He was prompt to respond to my questions.

This location is minutes from the Royals training center and close (20 minutes) to Dodgers/White Sox and Padres/Mariners training facilities. Larry was accommodating and easy to communicate with (prompt responses as well). The home was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay.

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay while traveling for a baseball tournament. The house was clean and well furnished, and had everything we needed, including many extras. It's in a very nice neighborhood and great location to the spring training fields we traveled to each day for games.

Well appointed, comfortable and convenient. We will be back.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Each child had their own room and the master bedroom is big with a large walk-in closet. The house was well stocked and we really appreciated the extra goodies in the closet including the pool toys, lawn chairs, coolers, frisbee golf. Having a garage was a nice bonus as well. With family in the area, we don't have to look any further the next time we're in town because we'll be staying here again!

The property manager was very communicative. The house was beautiful and clean and my son loved the pool in the neighborhood!

Prompt reply. When the property was rented, the owner contacted me right away to offer assistance. The interior of the The home was clean. It gives a homely feeling—a great place to stay.

Great location very near the Surprise Stadium area. Wonderful furnishings with all the comforts of home.

We did enjoy our stay but This rental is not for seniors or those who want things within walking distance. The stairs are steep to the bedrooms. Low toilet. No grab bars in shower. Very small condo. Nothing to look at except the other condos across a patch of grass in the front.No backyard at all just an alleyway. Garage alleyway hard to maneuver in and neighbors parked their cars in alley way So there were times we couldn’t get out. Pool is not in walking distance!! Many blocks away. Appliances old. Have to walk around 1/2 block to get into condo. Temp control was not good, living room couches very low to ground, bedrooms need ceiling fans, lighting on stairs did not work, no way to lock door to house/garage from outside. only one remote for garage. We were disappointed with this property.

The biggest problem was that all the bedrooms were up 19 steps,and the pool was about 6 blocks away

We needed a last-minute house because our mother got COVID and wasn't doing well. The booking process was amazingly fast and easy. The house was immaculate and all instructions very clear. Thank you for making a devastating trip a little easier.

Was there to compete in the USTA Nationals. OUTSTANDING location, OUTSTANDING communication from the owner. Highly recommend for a quiet place with good size bedrooms and ultra comfy beds.
