We had a great time enjoying car week along with playing golf at Pebble Beach! Everything you need in the house is right at your finger tips.

The house was perfect for our 3 generation family. Plenty of room indoors and out. The kitchen was very well stocked! The washer and dryer were very convenient in the garage. Plenty of off street parking. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed dinners outside in the sunshine around the huge table on the back deck. We walked to the beach from the house, sometimes we drove to the bottom of the hill if we were hauling a bunch of beach stuff...the hill was steep coming up. We could tell we were living in a home that was loved by the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

House was very nice! There was a broken dishwasher handle that was hanging by one screw. Weather was nice , neighborhood very peaceful.

The house was a great layout for our family of 4 and the outdoor spaces/decks were awesome. This was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in. They had lots of essentials (TP, paper towels, detergent, etc) that a lot of VRBO owners don’t provide so it was nice not having to go shopping for a bunch of stuff upon arriving. The owner/manager was very responsive to our questions ahead of the stay and always answered in under an hour. The location of the house only about 1/4 mile away from the beach access is phenomenal. Thank you for the amazing stay, we will be back!

This is our third stay, and it never disappoints. Hosts are very easy to communicate with, and responsive. House is very clean, with a very well set up kitchen for cooking, which we used extensively this year. House is stocked with good quality cooking utensils, bedding, towels, TV, and feels like the home I wish I had. Beautiful outside porch that we didn’t use this year, but between the inside and outside, big enough to host family gatherings. A nice, quiet neighborhood, close to a beach, and a quick drive to Santa Cruz. I would rather have this house than something closer to Santa Cruz, it’s quiet, peaceful, and nicely appointed. We loved this property. The house was perfect. There were plenty of towels, linen and bedding for everyone's comfort. The kitchen was a chef's dream. The hosts were super accommodating from the start. Short drive to toddler friendly Rio Del Mar beach. The back deck and play structure were perfect for family dinner and undwinding from the day. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home for the week. Thanks for the great stay!

The house provided a great experience in Rio del Mar. It was perfect for families, especially with smaller kids with the playground in the backyard. The house was cozy and had everything you need for a good stay.

We had family visiting from out of town for the holidays and this house was the perfect spot for our family. The beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach was short for the 70-year-old grandparents.

Lots of indoor space and lovely outdoor deck to enjoy the nice weather. Location is perfect for any golf enthusiast. Checkin and check out was easy breezy. There is some opportunity for cleanliness but overall good place to stay and we would stay here again.

Our family stayed a week at this property while visiting the area. The home is very comfortable and in a convenient location. We would definitely visit again.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. It was central to beach, and to Monterey and Santa Cruz. The hosts were super nice, answered all my questions, and made check-in easy. I hope to stay here again in the future.

After reading the reviews, we were very excited to stay there. The outside of the house was beautiful, the inside was a bit dated. We were expecting a fresh clean smell, but there was a stale odor and the couch could use a good shampooing. There was cleaning products in the house, so we were able to clean so we could be comfortable. The kitchen was the main selling point for choosing the house, my family loves cooking. We had brought our own kitchen items, but you definitely will not need it. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues. The main restroom doorknob did not work and I didn't discover that until trying to open the door and realizing I was locked in the restroom. I had to knock on the door to have someone open it for me. We all tried to remember not to let the door latch, but unfortunately a few of us still ended up locked in the restroom. The patio banister was not very secure, we made it a point not to lean on it. My family did not find the neighbors welcoming. It became pretty obvious that neighborhood was not accustomed to seeing African Americans in that area. That became more obvious after we checked out and I got an email from the owners making some outrageous accusations of my family smoking marijuana in the house. It was very offensive, but pretty funny as I'm a law enforcement officer plus my baby has asthma and has to be given an inhaler pump twice a day so there's absolutely no way I would have allowed any smoking. Between the unwelcoming neighbors and the owners stereotypical remarks, my family would never stay there again. Those are things you can't just repair or replace.

In summery, it’s a nice place to stay with family or friends if your staying in the Santa Cruz area, and I would stay in this house again if I was visiting the area again.

We loved the house, location, proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants, downtown SC, etc. The nearby stretch of beach is gorgeous, the golf course is next door, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The owners were SUPER responsive and hospitable. Can’t say enough good things.

My family and I stayed at this sweet house over Christmas for a change of scene. It was such a lovely break, a very cozy home that was perfect for our needs. My 8 year old daughter was kept busy exploring the yard Ann bed the play structure, and the rest of the family was happy to relax and enjoy our time together. A lovely stay!

My family, daughter and nieces stayed here which was very near to where my siblings and I stay at the beach. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and so homey. We hope to continue renting this home for years to come.

Two aunts joined us for dinner and we located many extra dishes and flatware in the sideboard/ cabinet to accommodate our large group and multiple food courses. The walk to the beach was a bit confusing at first until we asked some locals. The beach and water are spotless. We had lots of fun. Overall a great vacation. Thank you.

Very comfortable house just a short drive from the beach. The ocean is not visible from the house and the closest access is private property but good directions to public access can be gotten online searching California beaches. The house is on a busy street with a double yellow line down the middle and a fair amount of traffic, seems to go about 40 mph. There are not good sidewalks in the immediate block of the house but the curb lane is marked off for parking and can be walked in. My grandchildren enjoyed the swingset.
