Everything we expected and more. 11 starz

The weather was amazing this Labor Day so it was the perfect time to be at the lake. We rented a boat from the resort so it was super convenient. The pool was a hit with the kids. The owner was amazing to work with throughout the whole process (very quick to respond to any questions we had). We will look at renting in the future!

We enjoyed the beautiful view. Fishing was slow but kids enjoyed tubing. Golfed everyday using a week long family passs.

We expected a nice stay and view on this property but we were pleased beyond expectation with everything as a whole. We will certainly stay here again if it's available in our window of travel.

Spent the whole week on the water but it was nice to come in on the evenings to a clean house with everything you need. Boat ramp right next to the condo. The perfect stay.

It was a very nice place just for the ladies to getaway for the weekend. Very spacious.

Our family had a great time playing outside and ice fishing. It has everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable too! Nice to be able to bring kids to go swimming.

We were here a year ago & liked it. It's hard to find 4 bedrooms & plenty of space. It has a great view of the lake!

We stayed four nights over Labor Day. The unit is dated and the inside was not very clean. The outside patios were filthy. There was a bag of dog poop left in the corner of the patio. We had to sweep the floor as well as cob webs off of the upper deck. There was charcoal all around the patio in the grass. Someone must have dumped them there after using the grill.

The location great, size great, well stocked great. This unit is worn out and in need of deep cleaning, updating and repairs. Appreciated the new appliances.

I had read the reviews and understood it was not going to be the greatest rental. I was amazed how bad it was. There were cobwebs on the vaulted ceiling. The furniture was the most uncomfortable we have ever sat on. How bad was it? We rented for two nights but stayed only one. I have used VRBO for years and have never seen a place that the owners do not keep clean and updated.

It just didn't seem very clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it seemed cleaner then.

This property was really disappointing. Needs a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs in every corner of the ceiling. The kitchen floor was so sticky we didn’t dare take off our shoes. Bathroom floors were dirty with hair in the corners and edges. Kitchen cupboards were visibly dirty and sticky to the touch with grease. Some we couldn’t get open they were stuck shut!! Light fixtures were missing bulbs throughout with dead bugs in the lights. Ceiling fan was so dust covered with huge cobwebs we couldn’t turn it on. Kitchen stool broken. The carpet needs replacing, it was torn and they just put rugs over the edges to try and hide it. That was a tripping hazard! Couches were very low/sinking and were very dirty. . Broken blinds on the windows. Totally disappointed for the price we paid and the list of premier host! I would hope the property owners would take more pride in their home.

This was an enjoyable time. The property is beautiful and it had everything we needed. We'd stay here again. Not very happy waiting 2 weeks or more to get my deposit back.

Retired golf girls took advantage of fall golf at Izatys. Unit was clean, spacious and well appointed. Owner was very quick to communicate answers to questions. Would stay there again.

Property was lake side - nice views-set up worked well for large family

We always enjoy our weekend in this townhome. The time went by too fast was our only complaint. Thank you!!

We had a great 9 day stay. We had lots of guests coming and going and the space suited our needs very well. The kitchen is very well appointed, great water pressure and plenty of hot water for dish washing and showers. We had a small problem (burned out light bulb in the laundry) that was promptly fixed and a bigger problem (the AC quit after a few days during a very hot week) that the owner was very responsive about trouble shooting. With the notable exception of the bunk room, the beds are comfortable. The living room couches will swallow you up. We loved being right on the water watching the sunset every evening and it was very dog friendly.

Super cool spot literally right on the water. Really nice and spacious interior and everything was super easy including check in. Big spacious back yard on the water. The restaurant was literally a 5 minute walk around the marina which was super convenient and great food and drinks. We planned on renting a pontoon too (which would have literally been a 2 minute walk) but it was too windy so they weren't letting boats out unfortunately. All in all, great spot and would absolutely recommend.

Overall, nice. Plenty of room, well-equipped. Nice view of the lake. Couches need replacing. My wife stepped on a carpet tack. A loose tile in MBath. Wi-fi was poor; Netflix available but couldn't watch it because kept buffering every 10 seconds. Cable box in bunk bed room didn't work. Most TVs need instructions, especially in the MBR. Beds were comfortable, except the double bed in the bunk bed room. Lock box on front door was hard to manipulate. If hot weather, upstairs gets too warm; no fans. Unless you don't mind drinking soft water, bring your own water. Patio furniture was dirty. No light-blocking curtains in MBR. No access to garage.

This is a beautiful location, unbelievable sunrises and sunsets. The golf course is decent, challenging , lots of ponds and deer.If you are into smallmouth fishing this is the lake for trophy fish!

The carpets had a lot of little particles on them and the floor under the master bed had debris. We really liked the space although we were told there were 2 twin beds and the bunk in the one room but found a mattress in the closet. I know you had no power over the flies but they were pesty!! Thank you for a great weekend - it was our granddaughter's graduation.
