We stayed at Hope Lane in July 2024. The house itself was very clean and beautiful. Everything was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and even the beach stuff! Our family loved the spaciousness of the rooms, the outside deck and especially the bonus rooftop deck with an ocean view! Walking 5 minutes to the beach was a breeze! Our grandchildren still ask if they can go back to the beach house! Great place! Great owners!

We had a great experience. The host was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My family of 10 adults and 2 children and a 2 month old fit comfortable. We will definitely rent this house again. Thank you 😊

Great location - the whole family can walk to the beach in about five minutes. The basement is stocked with wagons, chairs, boogey boards, and other beach essentials. The house was clean enough for our three- and two-year-olds who spend their time on the floor, and accessible enough for my older parents. This house would have everything if it provided linens!

We booked this house for our yearly family vacation. House was plenty big enough for our brood. Walking distance to the beach. House had everything we needed. View from rooftop deck was beautiful especially at sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this house. The location was excellent, friendly neighbors. Easy walk to ocean and easy commute to stores if need anything. Spacious rooms and it was nice having two bathrooms. The A/C was a plus and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The deck was the perfect spot to have morning coffee and was watch sunrise. We would stay here again!

We stayed here with some extended family and our three kids (all under 4 years old) and were very pleased with the house and the neighborhood. There was ample space for everyone and the A/C kept the house comfortably cool even through 90 degree weather. We visited multiple beaches and found the outdoor shower very handy. The upper deck gives a beautiful of the ocean and we enjoyed sitting up there on a clear night and watching the stars. I would definitely recommend this home for a large family seeking a relaxing beach vacation.

My family rented the house for a week at the end of summer 2021 and it was the perfect spot to have a relaxing and fun week at the beach. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops, restaurants and other activities. The house is large and well maintained, great for a large group. The top deck is a great bonus space to have to hang out. Would definitely stay again.

My family really enjoyed staying here, there was plenty of room for us, it was comfortable & has a great layout for everyone coming together in the main living area! Location was ideal, and the view from the upper deck was fantastic!

We had a wonderful experience renting this beautiful spacious home. The rooftop deck was an ideal place to spend the evenings. The short walk to the beach during the day was perfect. The bedrooms were well appointed and can sleep quite a few family members. It was a great getaway. We were able to check out several local restaurants and spent some time in Newport as well. We would recommend to a friend!
