We have stayed here multiple times and every time it just gets better. This time we just stayed for a long weekend and the weather did not cooperate, but we still had the time of our lives. Had great communication with the property owner and he gave us suggestions on places to go. We will be back!

Excellent family reunion vacation. Limited parking. Great location, 1 yr. to 88. Great accommodations for our family 14 adults and 4 small fry. 1/2 block from the beach, great porch, outdoor shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location! Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house fit our extended family perfectly.

Put simply the hosts were the best I have ever experienced with VRBO. They responded quickly to questions and when I made a mistake on sheet ordering they made sure we were taken care of. I can't rate them highly enough.

Just steps away from the beach, the property was a great spot for us. We had older adults and young children in our group so needed something relatively close to the beach/shops/restaurants. The house was stocked with cooking supplies - pots, dishes, etc. However, there were only 3 wine glasses and limited water glasses. The house was overall very clean (bathroom, sinks, counters, etc) except for the floors - watch out if you go barefoot in the house! It was nice that they had a grill but the outdoor picnic table could have used a good power washing. The outdoor shower was fantastic so everyone could get the sand off before coming into the house. The patio furniture could definitely use an upgrade (paint was peeling off the wicker chairs). Porches were really nice hangout spots since the house was so close to the beach. We did have an issue with someone parking in the reserved spot but the owner was always readily available by phone.

5 groups including 3 different birthdays to celebrate. Property exceeded expectations. Location was fantastic. Would not hesitate to rent this property again

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops! Beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms and well furnished. We will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Our family stayed for a week in July to celebrate our father’s 70th birthday. Communications prior to arrival and upon arrival was great. Very helpful! The location could not be better. You can hear the waves from the beautiful and relaxing front porches. Be sure to have your coffee there in the mornings and enjoy the breeze and salt air. Not too much traffic on the street as it is a quiet side street. Parking was a breeze! We were worried about it with having 5 cars. You can easily find parking on the streets surrounding, just a 5 minute walk away. We had no issues unloading and loading our cars right in front of the house on arrival and leaving. (You wont really need a car while you’re there) The kitchen was our main hang out when at home in the morning and evenings. The kitchen and seating areas were perfect for our large group. The 2 refrigerators came in handy. We used one for just drinks! The entire house was plenty of space for our group of 5 couples, 2 children under 7, and a teenager. We were there when the temps were around 90. The large house stayed cool on all 3 floors the entire time. The proximity to the restaurants and shopping was perfect. And the beach being only a half a block away was so nice! Easy to take breaks back at the house during the day. If you are thinking about renting, go for it! You won’t regret it! We hope to return in the years to come.

Minor Refrigerator issue upon arrival, but Owner was great with communication. Big house, plenty of BR's & Bathrooms. Kitchen had all that was needed to cook for big family. Close to the Mall, shopping, food. Not there for a beach visit, but it is right there. Many upgrades and plenty of room for 14+ people.

Wonderful house! We had plenty of space, for sleeping and hanging out. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Beautiful bathrooms. Well heated so it was a comfortable stay even on a freezing weekend. Thank you!

Had a great time even while a little nor’easter blew through. We (6 friends) were snug in this lovely house. When the sun came out, we were in the perfect location to enjoy the beach, shopping and wine on the porch. Dave is a perfect host - quick responses to any little question.

I hosted a woman's retreat and the women absolutely loved everything about this home. Steps from the beach and two blocks from town, the location is wonderful. The home is large, yet cozy and the decorative touches add a warmth and charm. David was a fabulous and responsive host. Highly recommend this home!

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to everything, shopping, beach and restaurants. Homeowner is easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. Looking forward to next year.
