It was a nice house!

Property management LLC should tell Hot tub and Sauna room not working before check in I would like to get credit back for that

The house was dirty. The kitchen sink was dirty, coffee pot was dirty, outside of kitchen garbage can was filthy. There was a pan in the cupboard that still had food stuck to it. No kitchen towels, had to use bathroom towels which left us short in bathrooms. The whole place was dusty and just not clean. Someone needs to check up on the cleaning crew cause it was not good.

Closed to town but needs more cleaning

The house was spacious which is what we wanted. There was plenty of living area for entertainment. However, the pictures were much nicer than the actual property. We were fooled. The house was not well taken care of. It is outdated and old. The beds need replacing and were uncomfortable. The towels were badly stained and were nasty. If you stay here, bring your own sheets and towels.

Very nice location and great size for our family trip of ten people. Accessible to a lot of things to do - beach, hikes, shops, etc. Games and pool table to keep everyone engaged. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils.

The property is beautiful and very spacious! No issues during our stay.

Sent an email to property mgmt request cleaning deposit refund and lusted all the things that need attention.

Honestly, the pictures do not do this place justice, it's an exceptional property. The outside deck patios were large enough to accommodate all of us and that is hard to find for outdoor seating areas. This place would easily accommodate a multi-generational family vacation. We never felt crowded, and everyone slept well with plenty of bathroom and shower options. The hot tub is way bigger than we expected, and though it was not fully functioning, the property manager made sure to get maintenance out quickly and we ended up with heat but no bubbles. We were okay with that and still enjoyed the indoor hot tub with the window and sliding glass doors open. The property management accommodated our early check in and were super responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend and will book again.

The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The beds also had sensor hearing pads on them which was very nice. I’ve never been so warm in the snow. The house maintained a very comfortable temperature through your stay despite non of the fireplaces functioning. We stayed in February and the huge windows were absolutely stunning to watch the snowfall. Also the house is 2 steps from a small national forest that provided the best place to sled and play in the snow. It was so convenient to walk outside and play, especially with kids. That would be my main highlight! So much fun. The hot tub was fully functional and got nice and hot. The sauna as well. The lights on the hot tub were not functioning one hundred percent of the time. They were very outdated. The house itself was big, offered plenty of entertainment. We never had to leave. The children all had something to do at all times.You might want to bring your own spray to clean the counters throughout the stay, we did as children get messy sometimes. There were sleds in the garage which was nice although we brought our own.I already messaged the owner but the upstairs dishwasher or double ovens didn’t work throughout the entire stay which was very inconvenient moving things out of the oven upstairs for cooking and having to wash many dishes instead of utilizing the dishwasher. You can tell this house is highly used and lakes some integrity but other than that I wouldn’t mind staying again. Add to your winter wishlist for large groups.

Beautiful house. Very spacious. None of the tvs worked. Which would have been okay, except for fact house is on a hill and you can’t go up/down safely if there is snow on ground. We were there in heavy snow and were trapped. Glad we had brought extra food cause we weren’t going anywhere!

The house has a lot of space. Had a great weekend with family. Had a bear visit us and hangout in the backyard.

The home is absolutely spacious. You get the best of both, a cabin vibe with the exposed beems and rock walls. Then you have the modern touches as well. Space for everyone and everything. From the indoor jacuzzi (which is fully functional) to the pool table and open layout Floorplan to entertain in the kitchen. Speaking of, the kitchen is fully stocked with every dish and appliance and plenty of them (ex: over 20 of each silverware) and yes, both kitchens are fully stocked. Each room also extra blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Check-in was easy with a code and even when I did contact them, response was immediate. Overall a 5 out of 5 for us! We will rent this home again next year for Thanksgiving!

While the house has a lot of potential and space, it was not a great stay. The property was not clean: dirty bed and sheets and very uncomfortable (we washed all the sheets) dirty bathrooms (hair and dirt everywhere) dirty kitchen (even found hair in the fridge, open and used capri suns around the house). The windows in the living room make the heat unbearable in the summers as the house as no AC. The main living room on the 2nd floor cannot be utilized due to the heat. The house has a lot of space and 2 balconies which is nice. There is a lot of potential if the house was just cleaned and comfortable. Also there is: No toilet paper, any type of soap, paper towels. Only lake view is from the middle of the street.

Hot tub was not functional - the listing said it would be.

Perfect location, kitchen was very well stocked for everything we needed, porches were wonderful but outdoor furniture and grill were very dirty and needed cleaning. The house had lots of extras to keep everyone busy with whatever they like to do. The beds and furniture needs to be updated. Otherwise we had a great time for the 9 days that we stayed there. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a large place to stay.

The property itself was very nice overall. The space was able to accommodate myself and 13 others when sharing beds. The extra amenities like the pool table, sauna, and black jack table were appreciated. However, the hot tub did not heat properly and felt more like warm bath water, even after following the instructions to the tee. The beds downstairs were also not well controlled temperature-wise which made them very cold. One of the upstairs bedrooms also had issues with an outside light which was not able to be turned off.

The house was a fantastic ski getaway for 12. Just like the review before ours, the jacuzzi did not get warm the 2nd night which was a real bummer after a long day of skiing. We contacted the property manager and they were unable to help. The living room/dining room/Bedroom floor to ceiling windows are beautiful. The sauna is large enough for 5 and gets very hot, kitchen was fantastic. Close to Cave Rock which provided a nice sunset view. Would definitely stay here again if they fix the jacuzzi issue!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin and definitely thinking about coming back in the summertime. They provided clean linens and towels, the kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you might need to cook or bake with, The sauna was amazing and hot tub was good but on our last night there it did not work and maintenance said it was after hours and could not come and fix it. other than that we really didn’t have much to complain about, also One thing I would recommend is do not bring light colored or white socks the floors will destroy them.

We recently stayed here for our trip to Heavenly and the house was in great shape and plenty of amenities. There was plenty of space to accommodate us as well as give each family privacy. Would stay here again!

We never saw this property because the air quality was so terrible (worst air quality in the WORLD the week we were supposed to be there). Why would we possibly want to bring a baby and our grown children to a disaster like this, just to hole up in a place with no air conditioner and no ability to be outside on the lake either? Even public beaches were closed due to the air!

My family with 9 adults and 5 kids stayed here. The bed situation was a little tight, but doable. The bedroom with twin beds is downstairs by the laundry room, off on its own. The others are upstairs. The double patio and double living areas made it very easy for everyone to find space to hang out. The downstairs kitchen and lounge space smelled like chlorine from the indoor jacuzzi which only bothered some of us. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked properly. The windows all have screens which was nice since we were there during a heat spell and needed to open up the windows at night. We enjoyed the lake views and the lovely garden/yard. The neighborhood is very quiet. We spent time in south Tahoe as well as sand harbor beach, so it was a good in-between location. It’s an older home but everything is clean and in good, working condition. Appliances are updated. Beds are soft and linens are nice. The only thing that feels less “nice” is that the area rugs are very rippled and the light-colored carpets are stained, and I understand it is difficult to get them cleaned frequently. Overall it feels homey and comfortable, and was very functional for our crew of 14.

Great house for large extended family gathering.

When we first arrived the upstairs was around 100 degrees if not more. The thermostat was stuck at over 90 degrees. When we simply called the property manager to ask if there was anything else we could do to cool off the house besides open up windows and use the fans he basically said we were lying and it was not that hot because his house was in the 83 He was short and rude and basically said it was our fault and hot weather outside. He took a pic of HIS thermostat and sent it to us so we showed him ours. After driving in over 10 hours this was not the welcome we wanted. I understand if you can't do anything but at lease say I am sorry there is nothing we can do, don't make us feel like we are bothering you. We were exhausted and had to leave the house to cool off!
