This place is right on the beach, you can walk easily to various restaurants and shops, highly recommended

Unit was not ready at 4:00 check in. Happy with the location and the cleanliness. Good size unit. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again for the view. But there is a lot of foot traffic going by right in front of the unit, if that bothers you.

We loved the location, right on the boardwalk and within walking distances to great food and coffee in PB. Parking included is a plus, but the spot is small and tight (like all parking in PB and Mission Beach.) Hot water was hard to come by in the showers and the beds were a little sandy upon checkin. It’s the beach, so we get it. Otherwise, comfortable spot with everything you need for a long weekend in San Diego. Recommend for sure.

This property is located in the heart of one of the best areas in San Diego. The stunning ocean view from the living room and kitchen is worth the visit alone. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the property has all you'll need for a beach stay. You can walk anywhere along the boardwalk or conveniently park and drive. We had some crazy surf during our stay and got to meet our host who was there ready to ensure our comfort and safety. Mauricio was wonderful and we had great communication before, during and after our stay. We will be returning for sure. Thank you for sharing your place with us, we had a fantastic visit.

We had a wonderful weekend! The location on this beautiful beach is perfect. Staying in the unit was perfect, as well. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious for our group of 6 adults. We used the grill outside which worked great. The only minor complaint was some items in the kitchen were missing or very old, such as no casserole dish, 1 small skillet, and no hand mixer. We improvised and didn't let it slow us down, though! The unit is well-stocked otherwise and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week on Mission Beach. Very relaxing. When we walked in to the Beach House we realized there was no Air Conditioning. We did not need it. With the windows open it was cool and breezy. I would stay here again. It is steps to the beach. My kids loved every minute of it.

This property exceeded all expectations. It was very spacious for the four of us and our small dog. Having two bathrooms was incredible and it was in the perfect location and being able to stare out the window while we had to get work done on our computers and watch surfers and volleyball matches was awesome. We would definitely stay here again. My one suggestion would be to have a broom for your occupants to sweep up the sand, we went and bought one. That was the only thing I could even say somewhat negative about the property and it's not even a big deal. I even had to make a change to our reservation prior to our stay and was communicated with immediately. 5 STARS!! THANK YOU!!!

There were 6 adults, then just 4 of us. It was beautiful, clean and everything worked. I met some of the staff, very friendly, accommodating, and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

This beach house was very roomy and in the perfect loaction. Everything you need is in walking distance. The view is remarkable. The beds were extremely comfortable. My only suggestion is to sleep with the windows open as it is mentioned there is no AC and it can get warm. Besides who doesnt want to hear the waves crashing as you sleep 🥰. All of the amenities were a huge plus. We can not wait to return.

We had a great time and you couldn't beat the views! Once you walked out the front door it was 3 steps to the beach! Our group had the best time and will be coming back! Cleanliness, hospitality and the perfect vacation for 10!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful beach house. The location was perfect, close to everything. Parking is a little bit challenging if you have more than one car.

This property is in a great location - walking distance to many things and right on the beach. It was a great spot for a quick get away. The check in and out process was super easy and the owner very helpful. Overall the place was clean and as shown in the pictures. There is some wear and tear, but probably what you’d expect for a rental property. The post claims the kitchen is stocked well enough to “cook Thanksgiving dinner”, which is probably a stretch, especially if you’re and avid cook, but we had everything we needed for a few days and simple meals. The view is perfect for watching the sunset and sipping coffee as the day starts - truly amazing. However, this unit is on the ground floor, so there is quite a bit of foot traffic walking by the window. If that bothers you, opt for a unit that is not ground floor. Also, the patio is shared by all the units - it is not specific to this unit. Overall a great find. Would stay again or Recommend to others.

Great location, nice and clean condo. Beds are not comfortable. The owners put a thin cushion on top of bed but it didn’t help. Need to invest in better beds for me to stay there again.

Watching the waves crash while sipping coffee, mimosas, wine...nothing better. The place was great and can’t beat the location. Walked everywhere. Check in easy and manger very responsive and hospitable!

This property was super clean and plenty of room for all 5 of our kids. The views are amazing!

This condo is the perfect location. Watch the sunrise just a couple blocks away on Mission Bay and watch the sunset out your window on the beach! Condo was clean and had all you need for cooking. We would totally stay here again!

We stayed in this property for my bachelorette party. It was a beautiful home. Everything we needed from coooking to towels and linens. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone looking to enjoy the beach!

Took my family of 5 to San Diego for vacation. Place had a great view! Loved working with SD Beach King.

This location was amazing and the house was perfect for our stay. The beach was grated every day; you could walk out with no shoes and have no problems. It was awesome just to sit on the beach and watch the waves/surfers. The property was clean and kempt. Maurice, the property manager, was accessible and very easy to work with. We got in a little early but the house was ready to go. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and a washer/dryer was included. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had 9 girls in the house and we all slept great! Everything (grocery/liquor/gifts/restaurants/surf shops/pier/bay) was within walking distance. The Lyft ride was under 15 min from the airport and was around $12.00. We got there fast, to the grocery and back fast, and were relaxing fast! I recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect beach house in the perfect location! Thanks again too Maurice and his staff!

Right on the beach, whats not to love.

The location was great. Close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and bars right on the beach and boardwalk. You don't need a vehicle since Uber is really on top of this area. Plus the parking is the worst so if you don't really have to, don't rent a car. If you are going to need connectivity bring your own hotspot as the wifi was spotty at best as we could only connect in the back bedroom at late night or early morning. The unit was very clean with all the amenities you will need for a great stay. Very comfortable. The view is great. Right on the beach level. Perfect for people watching and casual conversations with other beach goers. The area keeps the beach very clean as the trash department empties the trash containers on the beach every morning around 630am and the beach graders clean and smooth the sand every other day about the same time. All in all. A very good vacation

We had a great week staying at the beach. The location is great. Beach in front and a quick walk to the bay. The beach area right in front is for surfers only so you have to walk a little ways in either direction if you plan to be in the water. The photos make the property seem newer and larger than real life. It's still an ok place. Could use some deep cleaning and minor repairs.

Great location. Beautiful views. So convenient for the family to enjoy the beach. Home had everything a family needed. Quick response to any questions. Amazing stay! Would like to return!
