Charlotte was extremely accommodating and communicative. We had a great experience and would highly recommend renting from Charlotte.

It is very easy to manage check-in since the manager has very detailed directions that are sent upon booking. The location is killer. The only downside is a dated building and unit. A step down from a luxury resort but decent and clean.

The property was clean and big enough for 3 very active toddlers and 4 adults. We wish the property management had run an inventory check on the unit before we moved in, it would have relieve some of the stress we faced. That said, upon contacting them and informing them of the issues in the unit, they were very responsive and got things sorted in timely manner. We will be back!!!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Amazing location in the resort. Just steps from everything. We loved this place and will be back!

Awesome location to sit in the sun and people watch. Close to good restaurants and activities. Accommodations were well furnished and very comfortable and clean.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located right at the base of the ski runs, and within walking distance to restaurants. The unit was clean and well equipped. I am very sensitive to heat when I sleep and was very grateful for the portable AC units because when we arrived the room was very stuffy and I immediately got worried. By bedtime though, the room had cooled down enough and by morning I was pretty cold. Though it's in a very large complex, we never heard anyone around us. Would stay here again and recommend it!

This condo was very neat and clean and perfect for my father, son, grandsons trip! It’s is not fancy, but it is very nice and the location cannot be beat! It has incredibly easy access to ski rentals, ski lockers and lifts. The only recommendation I would make is to add better lighting. We would definitely return.

Comfortable condo situated at the closest spot to the bottom of the slopes and also several shops incl Starbucks, ski rental, and several clothing shops and restaurants. You could ski for 3 days and shop and eat and not walk more than a 5 min walk the entire 3 days, it is that close. TV's are a bit hard to work, but there is a firestick which allows for Netflix etc. And the only couch in front of the TV is full of stains, but we just covered with a sheet. And the parking lot is surprisingly hard to use, but: Overall is a fantastic place.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Spent a few days riding mountain bikes at Trestle and going on hikes. Perfect location, right at the base of the gondola. Full kitchen for meals but also walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Photos are accurate…not high end, but more than let our needs. We loved it and would definitely book again.

Great location in Village at base of mountain....walk out to ski slopes. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Well equipped, well stocked, and accurate to description.

Absolutely beautiful! Very spacious unit with a gorgeous view.

Great location, easy access to skiing and all that Winter Park village has to offer. Condo was clean and more then enough room for two. We’ve stayed multiple times at Zephyr and haven’t been disappointed yet. First time in #2222 and will definitely say here again next time if available. Thanks for a great stay.

The location is PERFECT! Parking garage below the location so quick and easy to the car if needed. But everything you need is there at the Resort so there's no need to leave! I will be back next year for sure. Everyone was so nice, staff and all shops. Below with covid some restaurants are short staffed so some close early or will not seat large quantities.

Nice condo super convenient to have exit door right onto slopes. I should have put in a request for more door key cards and towels though but we survived. Parking was 18$ a day. Parked two cars in the underground parking with plenty of room for more but we were there on weekdays.

The Zephyr lodge is the closest you can get to the slopes in Winder Park which is important when you have kids. Getting to the mountain often takes half their energy. This unit has all the kids beds in the big master bedroom and the king bed in the smaller bedroom. We actually liked this because there was a ton of places for the kids to sleep comfortably. The management firm was ultra responsive, which was important because we ran into a few issues during the stay. I only have two minor complaints about the property. One, the unit is in need of a smidgeon more TLC. Nothing serious, but a headboard bed knobs was falling off, the vent cover above the microwave kept falling off, shower handle is cracked, the bed fitted sheets for the king bed didn't stay on as they were too small. All of this didn't bother us and I am sure it will improve over time. The other minor complain is that the check out process asks that you strip the beds, start the laundry, and take out the trash which is in the basement. This seems a little too much given that we are paying a hefty cleaning fee. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Have stayed at Zypher many times, this was a great unit. Appreciated the furnishings, kitchen utensils, and pillows!

Great location

Overall high marks for the property. Location was perfect as you are steps from the gondola. Very comfortable beds. Ski locker in the lobby was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Two considerations: There is very little closet space. None in the master due to the owners closet. Very small closet in the second bedroom that was mostly filled with boxes. Essentially no where to hang clothes/ski clothes. You are also right above Starbucks so the condo smells slightly like coffee most of the time. Didn't bother us but may bother some.

Easy check in, very detailed instructions provided for checking in and out. Everything we needed was provided, just like a home away from home! Quick access to parking, shops, and lifts. However, the best thing was drinking my coffee on the deck watching the sunrise!

We had a great stay at this rental. The location was very convenient with quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to get to neighboring cities. The entire area was very kid friendly and even had amenities in the room for kids (playstation, blu-ray player, and roku). We would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location is excellent and the view of the village is nice. Since we stayed here in the summer, the 2 portable air conditioning units were very much appreciated and worked fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was nice and cozy. Everything in this unit is in good working order, including the old Playstation 3 that my son found very entertaining. Easy access to the parking garage from this unit was a bonus, as we ventured out often with our rental car. If we ever come back in the winter to ski, I would not hesitate to rent this same property.
