Really nice place

The condo was very nice and clean. You will not be disappointed, we will be visiting again.

This is our second year staying at one of the Brett-Robinson properties in Orange Beach for Hangout Festival. The views, cleanliness, and overall experience are worth every penny. It's very close to downtown and has private beach access with little cubbies to leave your shoes if you choose to walk on the sand. Definitely bang for your buck with a lot of space for having a big group.

We loved the balcony! The views were outstanding. The large open living area was perfect for our three-generation vacation. The master jetted tub was just what we needed to round out the experience. Beautiful beach, wonderful area, perfect location! Plenty of dishes for our group of eight. Perfect amount of bathrooms. Loved that we had access to many closets and a huge pantry! Don't forget your keurig pods and/or regular coffee. You have options. We all loved having plenty of ice! Plenty of SECURE parking. Never waited for an available elevator. Front desk friendly. Plenty of available carts to transport your belongings. I look forward to coming back to this condo again. If you love being able to see forever out over the ocean, you will not be disappointed!

We absolutely loved this condo. There should have been a run through by the cleaning team before we arrived, one of the bathrooms was not up to speed, but we handled it. There also were no coffee filters and we didn't realize that or we would have brought some instead of having to go out and buy some. Overall this view is incredible and the amenities were perfect for our crew.

We rented the condo as a celebration of my completion of chemo and radiation for breast cancer. It did not disappoint! Unit is amazing and just as advertised. Clean spacious beautiful. Property is also great. Clean. Beautiful. Clean beach. Great amenities whether traveling with family and kids or adults only. Highly recommend!

Our new vacation spot. Our condo was big and roomy space for everyone. Adults and k8ds all loved it. A little for everyone. Beautiful large deck to sit and enjoy the view. Only complaint is smoking areas are way off. So depending 8f you are a smoker or not if this is a plus or a minus. Also must pay for parking passes on top of condo rental. So plan for that. 35.00 a vehicle and only allowed two per a condo. We rented a large condo sleeping 14 could not put 14 in two vehicles so we had to rent a second smaller condo, public parking is quiet a ways away and 25.00 a day. But it is a beautiful place at the Phoenix West 2. We really did not want to leave.

We loved the location of this facility as it was not in the line of other condo buildings. The unit itself had breathtaking views and was well insulated. We did not hear others and we hope they did not hear us. We had four excited kids with us. We were there week of Aug 7th which appeared to be less congested. We did not have long lines for elevators as mentioned by others. The unit itself had a few small flaws. No dressers for clothes in three of the bedrooms which is really inconvenient when staying for a week. The washer and dryer were noisy and did not have a door to drown out the sounds. The skillets were not non stick and quite challenging to cook with. The unit could have been a little cleaner but overall good. We would return again if we get the opportunity. Did I mention the breathtaking views!!! And we did see dolphins two different times. Also if you haven’t been to the city of orange beach very impressed with the area. Ocean was good but there was seaweed. The amenities at the facility were all good just a bummer that they shut down the indoor swimming pool when storms were in the area. Overall we loved it!

Nice place, not NEARLY enough elevators. Pool area great when you can finally get to it. Condo had some cleanliness issues. Very dirty under and behind things. Condo needed some TLC (painting, hole filling)

Great property but disappointed there were no dressers in the 3 bedrooms that would be a much better than the tables. When you for a week you have clothes you would like to put somewhere

This property as exactly how it was listed and expected to be. Our condo was excellent and our stay was just as good.

Everything went very smooth. It was exactly what we expected.

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony. My only negative was parking, we had 3 vehicles and were told we could get a third pass, this changed only a few weeks before our arrival. Property was spectacular outside of that!

We loved staying here at this beautiful property, the views were incredible! The kids has so much fun at the pools and hot tubs on the property. Access to the beach was the best! Walk right out the back, which means minimal sand in your car! I would definitely stay there again
