Perfect condo for a quick getaway. Quiet, clean and convenient location.

The condo is perfect for a getaway. A short drive to all the beaches and restaurants. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. It is equipped with all you would need.

Owner called us to touch base about places to see and do while at SSI. She answers all questions in a print manner. The pool is not heated but we used it to lay out and relax when weather permitted us to. Because if weather forecasts we didn’t rent bicycles but they would have been great for the week in good weather. Mallory St us very nice and close to the ocean.The condo unit was very clean and comfortable.If we come back to SSI we would come back to this place.

The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood. Only a short drive to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is AWESOME! It was clean and cool upon arrival, which was perfect after a day of adventures. The condo is close to everything! Shopping villages, multiple piers, multiple beaches, attractions. It is situated in a perfect spot. The condo is right along the main road to go EVERYWHERE, so that made travel super easy. If you get lost, don’t worry, it’s just a circle! :) Ms. Cathy called me prior to my arrival to see if it was anything that I needed to make my stay one to remember. She recommended great restaurants in the area. When I return, I will definitely stay here. It was like a home away from home!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this rental! Our 5 year old enjoyed the pool, my husband and I appreciated the ease of load-in and out as well as the cleanliness of this place! The owner was very knowledgeable and gave great restaurant recommendations. We loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

Condo is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Has everything you made need. Location is great being away from the crowds and only minutes to local restaurants and beaches. Would recommend adding more cable channels, other than that very pleased, Thanks Cathy.

The condo was very clean, and decorated nicely. It is easy to get from the condo to areas for sightseeing, and convenient to needed shopping such as grocery stores and pharmacies. There was some confusion with VRBO about the dates we booked, but the owner Cathy was very helpful and got things straightened out.

This unit was very clean, nicely updated, and very well equipped for our stay on St. Simons Island. There were many nice touches throughout and starter products that were very helpful. This unit has a nice new kitchen and a very private back deck. I have stayed in other units in this complex for our yearly school trip to the island and this one is, by far, the quietest as it is in the back of the complex. The owner was very thoughtful and easy to work with and I would highly recommend this unit to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse worked so much better than hotel room. Cathy was so sweet and was a pleasure working with. She called to welcome us and said to call her if we needed anything. I would recommend this place.

The townhouse was comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed being right on the bike trails. A nice, quiet get-away.

We were happy with the convenience of the property. There were several fans upstairs, I think 2-3 in each bedroom. The very first night we were miserably hot even with the fans on. The condo is left on 80 degrees when vacant, so when we got there at 5:30, we turned the thermostat down, and it never seemed to cool off enough upstairs. The downstairs temperature was fine though, of course heat rises. I think that this could have been prevented if housekeeping would have lowered the thermostat prior to our arrival. Also, make sure you take toilet paper. I understand that it is not the properties responsibility to provide lots of supplies, however there was only one roll per bathroom, which required us to go to the nearby CVS on the second day of the trip. The check and out process were very smooth and the owner is very nice and easy to work with. There was a neat , private outside shower which was a plus being that there is only one shower inside of the condo.

The condo was wonderful! Had everything we needed. It was in close proximity to everything and very easy to find. Cathy was awesome to work with and gave great suggestions on places to eat! We will definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our time in St. Simons and this place definitely contributed! It was very clean and well-stocked with towels, dishes, and other necessities. We also liked that it was a bit away from the main shopping and dining area (to avoid noise and traffic) but close enough to get there within 5 minutes. Thanks Cathy!

Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we were looking for. The outside shower didn't work but other than that it was perfect! The owner was very helpful and available to answer questions.

I wasnt expecting such a beautiful place when i first arrived. For the price, you cant beat it! It was very spacious and had everything we needed! I would definetely reccommend this home to others!!
