The listing photos were accurate. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Showers not clean. Mold on walls. We learned that cleaners were not Ritz cleaning staff, but third party house keeping. Overall linens were old and needed to be replaced. Electrical outlet in master bath not working. Light bulbs in several places needed to be replaced. While manager did offer to come repair some of these things, at 7000 a week that should have been taken care of before my arrival. And some great vintage magazines from 2015. Overall not what I expected from a Ritz residence

We have stayed at this Ritz property many times and this was the most disappointing unit of all. This unit has issues in the Primary bath (toilet had issues with water running frequently and an outlet was completely dead), A/C in main unit doesn’t keep the guest bedroom cool and if you open the windows, you hear the I70 traffic, there were light bulbs throughout the unit out and the description needs to be updated stating the 3rd bedroom has sofas (not actual beds). The dryer had issues where the button to control temp was installed incorrectly, so the housekeeper literally put wet sheets on 2 beds when we checked in. Unfortunately, this wasn’t discovered until we went to bed. These are items that are easily corrected, so hopefully things will be repaired and the experience will be greater for future customers.

What a beautiful Ritz Residence!! We were graciously thrilled at this accommodation! This place is beautiful, spacious, newly remodeled, prime location and stocked with all of the necessary living essentials which was an amazing surprise!! Laundry detergent, softener, paper supplies for the kitchen and bath, shower supplies in all showers....heated floor in the master bathroom and steam shower..... it was amazing! We have stayed at many other VRBOs/Airbnb and this one was the top rentals for us! Pablo, the property manager was outstanding too! Very responsive and kind. We highly recommend this rental!!

Wonderful location

What a crazy time the last week has been. We travel to Vail from KC for our spring break every year. This year we arrived on March 14th and within an hour of arriving the mountain was closed! Pablo is the property manager. I contacted him, and told him the situation. Without hesitation he asked if he could schedule us for next year for the same property and it would be paid in full!! I thought this was incredible. We spent one night in this beautiful well appointed condo, loaded up the car, and drove back to KC. This property and manager have my utmost respect!!! You will get exactly what you book without any concerns. I hope life gets back to normal, and this property can be shared with future Vail travelers!

We knew the third bedroom wasn’t originally intended to be a bedroom. But we expected the beds to be beds; they were just day beds without real mattresses. My daughter tried sleeping there the first night but wound up in the other bedroom with my son. For the remainder of our stay she slept in his bedroom. The day beds were terribly uncomfortable, the buttons on the cushions poked through the sheets and made it impossible for her to get comfortable. It’s a clever use of the dining room; and if done right it would be fine. But, like much of the rest of the condo, the unit just isn’t up to anywhere close to the “Ritz” quality. That third bedroom also has a TV on the wall but there’s no way to watch anything because it isn’t connected to Xfinity like all the other TVs. Given that the plan was for my 16-year old daughter to use the room it would have been nice for her to be able to watch TV in the evenings. There were multiple other examples of how the unit didn’t live-up to what we’ve come to expect from that property: There was a random dirty shirt left in one of the beds. Something in the ceiling around the master bathroom/bedroom loudly vibrates on and off, especially in the evening and nighttime. The unit is not clean. The sheets were either dirty or stained. There’s mildew in the corners of the showers, there were dried boogers on the tile in the master shower, etc. One of the master sinks does not drain. The master bathtub drain handle has to be held up until almost all of the water drains. Two of the toilets don’t flush correctly or the handle gets stuck. Multiple lamps had lights that were burned out. The floor lamp in the master bedroom was broken; the light socket was hanging by only one wire. The door handle to the laundry closet fell off. I had to use a knife to pry open the door. The wood floors are soft/loose; the unit just doesn’t have a luxury feel. The property itself is great; friendly staff/great amenities. We normally wouldn’t even take the time to write this review but there’s just such a difference vs. all other units we’ve rented (we’ve stayed here at least 7 other times). If it had just been one or two things we would have let the management company know. But we were skiing every day. With the list of deficiencies nothing was going to be a quick fix and we didn’t want anyone in the unit while we were gone. We just enjoyed our time in Vail and we’ll only rent directly from the Ritz in the future.

Our family of five felt right at home. Great amenities including a steam shower in the MBR which was very useful for one of our sick kids. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The shuttle runs frequently so the no ski In/out amenity was not an issue. Will definitely return! Oh and Bar was lovely and service was excellent.

The property was perfect for a family ski vacation. It is as advertised and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Property and location were great. Best part was the service from the staff, specially the Valet staff was friendly, courteous and always willing to help take us to the right place in town. Will definitely be back!

The air conditioner did not work, two toilets were broken, the bedding on the two smaller beds in the "bedroom" was soaking wet. We did not have daily cleaning service and our family members who also stayed paid less money and had daily cleaning. When sleeping we had to open windows to cool the room off and It was extremely noisy, felt like we were sleeping in the middle of I-70. It was also unfortunate that we were there when the building had to go on lockdown due to criminal activity but the staff at the hotel was amazing and handled everything very well. I would never recommend this property to anyone, however I would go back and stay at The Ritz in a different unit.

There were 5 of us, and sometimes 6. The place was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable, and the staff the Ritz was focused on making a ski vacation easy and enjoyable. We appreciated the shuttle service, the well equipped and clean gym, the hot tub, the coffee in the morning and the bar. Would stay there again without a doubt.

Our family of 6 stayed for one week. We loved the unit, the pool, the lounge and the location. Would highly recommend this unit to any family with up to 4 children. Pablo was great to work with.

Nice decor, lots of room for family. The third bedroom is really a den with sliding doors, just FYI, but there are 3 full bathrooms. Great spot and great amenities. Free shuttle service, but easy enough to walk to and from the village.

Pablo was very helpful with our arrangements upfront and the staff at the Ritz took over from there. The condo is modern and clean; great cookware and had everything else that we needed. The shuttle service provided by the Ritz is a really nice perk, as is the discounted golf at Red Sky Ranch.

We came to Vail to celebrate a BIG birthday with family- The unit was lovely and the property provided excellent service for some fabulous days in the snow- The ski valet and local rental shop was efficient and available- The concierge responsive and helpful (even bringing us some olive oil for a salad!)

I dont write reviews often but this place was great. Everything was as pictured and Pablo was great

I have stayed in a couple of units at the ritz as we travel very often to vail and this one is by far the best. Very bright and spacious and the decoration is besutifull. service and amenities are greate!!

Beautiful location and throughly enjoyed our stay. The services are great and the renovation is done nicely. Hosts are very responsive. The only caveat is that it is a 2 1/2 bedroom as the third is a smaller add on to the living room but we found it to work adequately for us
