Was a nice and cozy condo with a beautiful view of the lake. The property manager was very responsive when we did not receive the first email sent about check in process.

The whole experience was seamless! The condo is “rustic”, but reminded me of my childhood family place. It truly saved our vacation after the rental we had booked 4 months in advance arbitrarily cancelled! Thanks Jamie!

This property needs a massive investment. There is a need for a serious cleaning. Don't even look at the filters you have been warned and yes you will be breathing all that dust. Many dishes are chopped and must be thrown away/replaced. Eating from these chopped and cracked dishes is a serious health hazard. The master BR king size bed is a complete nuisance as it leaves about a foot between the bed and the wall. Your knees will bump into one or another, especially at night and yes, they'll be crying BIG time... The master BR mattress is very old and as such had some very soft spots and uneven lines. Terrible for your low back which will be crying every morning... A real shock was the fact that the property has no beach items, nothing, not even beach chairs...

Wonderful location on the Lake. It's hard to find budget-friendly condos on the lake but this older development fits the bill. Walking distance to Tahoe City eateries and galleries. Easy walk up rentals for SUP or kayaks at the public beach next door. Tennis, small pool were loads of fun too. The condo is tidy. Best for one family or two couples, with it's 2/2 format. Kitchen had what we needed. It's not deluxe but it was comfortable and clean. Some street noise from back bedroom that faces the main road through town but the development gets quiet by 10am on the lawn/lake facing side. We hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented a buoy for our boat at the property and it worked out well. Jamie (the owner) is super responsive which was a huge plus. The location is wonderful and there's a nice farmers market right next door on Thursdays. Restaurants around tahoe are struggling for staff right now so make reservations well in advance or hit the grocery store and cook in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location (15 min to Squaw and Alpine Meadows, walk to Tahoe City restaurants/stores/grocery store), amazing lake views, well-appointed, clean, covered parking. All in, worked out great for our week-long stay!

We really enjoyed this home! We are not snow savvy, but this place made it easy to take our kids on a great snow adventure. Driving there was super easy, it had a covered parking space and all the comforts of home. There was a snow covered park right next door that our kids spent most of their time playing at, and a winter snow sport center (sledding, ice skating, cross country skiing) right across the street. What more could you ask for! We will definitely return!

The property was a great base for skiing - a VERY short walk to Tahoe City and a very short drive to Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows. It was perfect for two couples - good space and facilities. Booking and checking in was fast and easy. The only areas i’d suggest for improvement would be to the lighting in the second bedroom and also somewhere to put skis/boards (eg a tray inside the front door as we didn’t want to make any marks/wet areas). Overall a great stay - would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

The condo itself just needs brighter lights and the mattresses were very hard/firm and an egg crate or pillow top would have made it more bareable. Besides the lighting and firm beds, it was great for us and we would highly consider staying at this location again. The owners communicated well with us and the management company was also nice and helpful.

The home is on 2nd and 3rd floor and although it shares walls with other units, you do not hear a thing so they must be well insulated. The living and dining area is perfect with great views of the lake and plenty of seating for dinners in and comfy sofas for relaxing after a day on the water. The bedrooms/bathrooms are nice sized and I slept like a baby. Fans are provided if you like white noise but the area is very peaceful and quiet. Commons Beach is a very short walk away and it has great summer time bands on the beach on Sundays and movies on Wednesdays. There is a beautiful walking trail that follows the lake from Commons to the Marina where there is the Boatworks Mall and Jakes as well as gift shops. The Arno's communicated throughout to make sure we had everything we needed even going so far to tell me that the River had opened up for rafting while we were here. I have stayed at other properties from Zephyr Cove to Olympic Village and even have a timeshare and THIS IS MY FAVORITE! Thanks Jamie and family for sharing your beautiful home!

My family and I just returned home after a week at The Arno's Tahoe home. This was a return visit after we'd spent a week there last Friday. In a season of epic snow the skiing didn't disappoint and never did the house. Fantastic location for everything in Tahoe City. Perfect size for a family of 4 (or in our case 3); wonderful views of the lake from the living area when it wasn't blocked by snow clouds. Very comfortable beds and excellent furniture through out. The property managers successfully cleared stairways and driveways in challenging conditions. We hope to be back!
