Awesome experience 802 is a very nice home. We recommend going the reef for future travelers. Eat some pie! Everything was exactly as it was advertised.

Excellent condo. Really liked the 2 king beds, well equipped kitchen and beautiful grounds. Clean, great property, and good location. Rent a boat from Penekamp State Park. We found this our 4th day into vacation and wished we had known from start. We also rented a Pontoon boat from Sandollar- Key Largo Boat Rental and they were great as well. Everyone was friendly over phone before trip and during check in. Very helpful with check in/check out and with a million questions!

Nice condo with great location. The pool was the best feature of the property. Many amazing restaurants close by. Condo was very comfortable & clean. The crowd seemed like mostly retirees for the time that we had booked. Going to look for a long term rental in this location for next winter.

My extended family rented four units next to and across from each other for my nephew's wedding. It was absolutely wonderful being so close together. We had many spontaneous visits which we would not have had if we had been spread further apart. I cannot think of a single way that VRBO could have improved our experience other than key lime pie deliveries. :) My husband really appreciated how quiet the complex was as his favorite vacation activity is reading. Top notch.

Great back porch with screen and fan. Well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Suggesting: Snorkeling Parasailing Charter fishing Sharkey’s (Beach Bar) Key Largo Fisheries Quick and friendly. Super eaay

Stay was very good. One improvement is having ice machine working and it’s extremely convenient when when you have boat at the property. The gym is very functional and clean. Tennis and pickle ball courts are very nice. All team members were polite, programs attentive to our needs.

Mariner's offers a resort setting while feeling at home. Very Clean, up to date furniture and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking pans, oven sheets, cooking knives, mixing bowls... felt like my home. Our front door handle broke and was quickly fixed. The maintenance team called back within 15 minutes and arrived 15 minutes after. We had a great time in the pool and with our boat in the Marina. always kind, patient and professional

Very nice complex, we all enjoyed!

Place was great and very cozy. Unfortunatly I cant give it a 10 due to the A/C constantly releasing as large amount of water. MGR RESPONSE: We apologize for the inconvenience of the AC malfunction. Not sure what happened but after rerouting the drain lines, all seems to be operating as it should be now. Great team and always concerned about our stay.

Weather was not ideal so we had limited pool/outdoor time to appreciate it. My son took advantage of the work out facility. Only regretted not having access to other pool and spa. Friendly and accommodating

Totally enjoyed our stay at Mariners Resort and would stay again especially at condo 802. It was perfect for our needs and beautifully decorated. We were very pleased with our rental. It appeared to have had some recent upgrades that hadn't appeared in the photos. ( New flooring and gorgeous master bathroom) We felt the condo was very clean and had everything we needed, with the exception of a hair blow dryer. MGR RESPONSE: We are happy you found the townhouse even better than the photos! Everyone was friendly and aimed to please. The communication with the rental company was excellent.

Had a great time during our stay. Will likely be back. Very nice amenities, only negative is no direct water view or access from unit. Appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness.

The townhouse is immaculate and has everything you need for a great stay! The best feature are the two large heated pools and hot tubs we enjoyed every day after returning from exploring the area.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the property. Great for 2 couples. The unit we rented was very clean and spacious. They were all great to work with.

I didn’t realize, I was going to need a late check in... but the woman called in time to give me clear directions how to do that.

Nicely decorated and firnished

This rental was beautiful. Recent upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen were great. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary tools. We also loved the large spaces and king beds in both rooms. The complex is also amazing as a whole. We would absolutely stay again. Jim and Kerri have done a wonderful job. However, upon closer inspection we felt the place needed a deep clean. One of us stopped one piece of glass and got cut on the foot. We also found a pill under a bed, thankfully our crawling little guys didn't find it. And finally, we felt that it was possible the air filter needed to be replaced. Out of the 6 of us, 5 came home with colds, or sinus infection. We weren't really able to enjoy our last day there because we all wound up sick. We hope the air filter can be replaced and the place is cleaned slightly better for future guests. Otherwise we had an amazing time the the rental was terrific.

Great time

The only issue is that the cabinets are extremely high therefore a step stool should be provided. I am short, but not that short, 5 feet 2 inches, but even my husband who is 5 feet 10 inches struggled with top cabinets. Boating and the pool was superb

Nothing but great things to say about this place and the management team. We had a few after hours issues (ie someone parked in our reserved boat slip in the marina, getting locked out… long story) and got a quick response from management. I’m already looking to see when there is availability again to rent. Definitely recommend.

All in all it was a pleasant stay

The beach towels were a great touch! The condo was perfect in everyway. Everything we needed, perfect location to the pools. It was so clean and fresh and much bigger than we thought it would be! The staff was so friendly. Suggestions: We did the ReefRoamer sunset snorkel and loved it (two teen boys too), we did a fishing charter and kids caught mahi, tuna and they reeled in a bull shark! We loved Marker 88 for lunch, Snooks for dinner twice (once they cooked the fresh caught mahi/tuna for us!), we explored down islamorada. We loved our experience with Barefoot Rentals. Easy, responsive, attentive, and communicative. Anne in the office was amazing to work with when we arrived to MIA and were delayed... she waited and was so helpful and cheery. Also, the dispatch I spoke to that day could not have been nicer and assured me it would be ok that we were running later and sure enough, it was! THANK YOU!

We are just home from our trip and couldn’t have had a better experience! The condo was perfect - great size, beautifully appointed, comfortable, beach towels, and everything we needed. We were a family of four - parents and two teen boys. Boys shared a room and they loved the reclining chairs in the main room! The condo location to the Oasis pool was so close and an easy walk to the other pool, the marina, and the point! The Oasis pool was our favorite w/piped in steel drum music, plenty of lounge chairs, clean bathrooms, resident lizards, and the staff were all so very friendly. We brought pickle ball and rackets based on other reviews and that was fun too! It was so relaxing and all we needed. Thank you!!

A wonderful community with great amenities including security, pool, and friendly neighbors. The unit was clean and well stocked for family use. John Pennekamp State Park was a great visit. We went in the glass bottom boat but they also offer snorkeling on the reef. We enjoyed a number of restaurants including Sundowners, Skippers Dockside, and Enrico’s Pizza. Barefeet Rentals provided regular property updates and informative emails throughout the process. When we meet them to check into the property then we’re helpful and friendly. Sheila was helpful with phone reminders and additional local information.
