We really loved the size and decor of the condo. The check-in was easy and we enjoyed the location/beach every day.

2 adults, 3 teenagers. Location was perfect, literally steps to the white sand. Would definitely rent again.

The property was nice and clean. It had enough kitchen supplies which is important if you don't want to go out for each meal. The bed was comfortable. We would defiantly go back!! Thank you, Chris and Katrina Chilton.

Great location and great hosts..

Condo was good. Listed as 2 baths. It was 1 1/2. Only 1 had a tub/shower. Had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap. We adjusted, and made due.

Excellent getaway to enjoy sunshine and beach. The condo had everything we needed to feel like home.

The walk from the condo to the boardwalk needs some stepping stones or sidewalk that would cutdown on getting sand in the condo.

Great location, a little out dated, we had construction going but owners let us know ahead of time and gave us discount, one of the cleaner places we have stayed at in Florida, would stay here again

We were given 1 day notice of constitution that was schedule to be completed mid April but was not. Our stay was booked for May 4th thru 11th. Owners did offer full refund or discount but 1 day left no time to find something else. We had no use or view of the patio doors to the beach, they were boarded up. Upon arrival the constitution of replacement balconies was NO way near being completed and in talking to others, (some owners) its obvious it will not be completed for another several months. The constitution team was rarely there working. I understand business is business but the owners should have shown a little more respect and courtesy by giving us more time. As a concrete and construction business owner, I am certain all parties involved knew months prior to our dates that constitution would not meet the April deadline. Simply notifying us on the April deadline would have gave us more time to find other accommodations but instead we were told on Wed May 3rd the day before our scheduled vacation. Very disappointing and I'm certain many OSHA guidelines not followed one being on trip and fall hazards.

This was our first time as a family to the Destin area. Loved the quietness of the area with the option to quickly be at all the Destin area shops. We had a great time at the beach! Property was great despite the construction. Can't wait to return!

My second time to the condo, first time in that particular unit and it was awesome! Everything is as described in the ad and so so much more! The hosts are very communicative and available to chat whenever you have a question. Hands down, the place is absolutely amazing The view, the beach the unit is so nice! You will not be disappointed one bit!

Very easy can’t wait to go back

Five of us had our annual girls trip last weekend and stayed at island sands 102. We loved this place so much! One of our favorite places so far. Will definitely plan on booking here again. 10/10

Property could use painting and updating. As far as the location, it can’t be beat. Had a great time and would stay here again.

We loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. While we do miss the “view” staying on the bottom floor—we love being able to leave beach chairs, floats and boogie boards on the back porch area so you can grab and go to the beach—no lugging things upstairs. Also being able to bbq is amazing. We will definitely return.

This condo was perfect for us! We had 4 people, 2 slept on the bed in the bedroom and the other 2 slept on the pull out couches in the living room. The bed and pull out couches were comfy and clean! The access to the beach is so great and we really enjoyed our stay here!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. Beautifully decorated, direct beach access and owners were a joy to deal with. This place comes with my highest recommendation!

Has everything you need, very spacious for 1 bedroom. Sofa sleeper very comfortable! Communication with owner very good!! Loved it!!

My husband and I brought our 5 yr old twins for their first beach vacation, and this spot was perfect! A short walk to the beach was a must for us with small children, and this property was ideal. The king size bed is very comfortable, and the beach itself was not crowded at all. Super close to great restaurants and shops, nice clean pool, and the beach service was great! I would definitely stay here again. If this is the property you are considering, book it now!!!

2nd year we rented for spring break. Everything was great. Couldn’t ask for better location.

I loved everything about this condo, when they say it's steps from the beach, they are not lying! The pool was also nice and it's a very convenient drive to some pretty awesome attractions and restaurants! I took my 1yo to experience his first beach trip and we also visited the gulfarium, which he loved. The hosts were also very accommodating. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

Would definitely return to this property. The beach access was fabulous and everything was great. The washer is a little loud. So I would wash while you are at the beach. Other than that this was a fantastic place to stay. Close to all kinds of restaurants also and the grocery wasn’t very far either.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this property! My husband and I stayed for a long NYE weekend. The back door beach access was awesome. We mostly just stayed in the condo and only ventured out for dinner. The beach was perfect for all day access and just taking the short walk to the condo for whatever we needed. I loved how everything in the condo was labeled. There is no question of which light switch goes to what and where all the amenities are located and how to care for the place. We didn’t have any question while we were there bc they were all answered before we even thought to ask them! We are definitely planning to come back and stay a little longer next time!!

My family celebrated Christmas there this year. 2 Adults, 16 year-old & 3 year old. We felt like we were home from the first minute we walked in the condo. Very clean, very well furnished. Perfect for a getaway within steps of the beach. It's a very easy drive to get some delicious food or coffee. They made our stay special I feel because there were decorations out (*they didn't have to). There were beach toys available for our Grandaughter to play with (they didn't have to). We had brought a couple a small toys with us, but 'Wow!'. The appliances were great, smart TV was an awesome addition so we could watch Netflix without bringing anything. The whole place just leaves you enjoying yourself rather than running to the store because you forgot something. Also, we left something behind and were already out of state. The owners & fabulous cleaning staff worked with us & our family to get the items (family heirloom *yikes) back to us. I don't know what else to say. If you're looking for a great beach-side getaway then this is perfect home-base.

The property was pretty....but the slider door was so hard to open my husband pulled his shoulder. Kind of ruined his time there. Beside that is was great.

Small 27 unit complex, we had the beach and pool to ourselves the whole time, condo was clean, well equipped, new mattress, and the owners are easy to reach and very nice, we go back every year, we love island sands

Had a great 16 day stay, we enjoyed every moment. Best compliment we can give is “we rebooked for 2022 “
