Plenty of room, close enough to the beach that we didnt worry about the children. The kitchen and dining table were great, easy to accommodate the 14 of us. This was our second stay. Love it there!

The house and property were beautiful and well stocked for a weekend to stay in and enjoy friends and family. The location, scenery, and house were amazing. The only offset was strength of the internet was weak which was only an issue with 12 people trying to use it at the same time, but you can only only expect so much.

We’ve been heading to Neskowin for years and have to say this is one of the best beach houses we have ever stayed at. We especially loved the rustic aesthetic, but the kitchen was easy to work in and the house is overall well appointed. Looking forward to a trip back in the near future.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had 10 people in our group, all adults. The proximity to the beach was great. The house itself was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. We will definitely return!!

The first time out on this stunning deserted beach we spotted a whale! What a great way to start our stay at this roomy, comfortable and charming beach house. We all loved the dutch doors and wonderful wraparound porch. Dog and kid friendly with plenty of toys, games and books. Smiling people walking their dogs along narrow lanes, 15 mph speed limits, little traffic, quaint beach cottages. I want to go back already!

We were delighted to find this house to accommodate our family. A room for everyone, dogs allowed, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but we managed fine. Wouldn’t be good for anyone with accessibility issues. We hope to return.

There are so many positives about this property: the location; the layout; the livability; the thoughtful touches; and the communication from the owners, are just the beginning of the list. There are two bedrooms set up for children, four bedrooms that are just right for adults/couples. The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully equipped. The large dining table made it easy for everyone to gather. The living room (and whole house) is tastefully decorated and appointed which made staying there feel very much like home. The house has a fantastic wrap around porch for gathering and enjoying the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean. The direct access to the beach was fantastic. The setback from the beach enhanced the privacy and keeps the house out of the direct wind, but the house still has great views of the water, particularly from the upstairs bedrooms. The owners have all of the house rules and systems information in a binder that is very handy. The documentation was also provided, including explicit directions on how to find the house, prior to arrival, making it easy for everyone staying.

We had a great time. The little town of Neskowin is so charming. The beach was perfect with a great tide pool for the kids. The furnishings in the house were comfortable and so lovely. We will be back for sure!

We had 9 children from 2-17, my two sons and their wives and grandma, me!! Plenty of beds for everyone, fully stocked kitchen and games. Just a few minutes walk to the beach with lots of beach toys for the littles. I thought two bathrooms wouldn’t be enough, but it was. Also parking for four cars. Such a comfortable home.

Sandcroft House was just as advertised and expected. The house has a lot of character, and was just right for our gathering.

Our first time at this Property but annual visit to Neskowin. Loved it. Would come back.

Wonderful stay!

A perfect summer beach house just like I remembered as a kid. Cozy, comfortable, lots of room but not fancy. It was perfect. A nice walk through the dunes to a quiet beach where you can walk forever. Great well stocked kitchen for cooking together with old friends. Lots of reading, quiet conversations on a big deck with views to the water. Neskowin is a lovely town full of the nicest people so welcoming. A little golf course, restaurant and little store. I only used my car once to go to Pacific City to pick up some fish. Most relaxing holiday. I didn’t want to leave.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sandcroft. Very easy booking process and communication was great, had no problems whatsoever. Will definitely book again!

We took a few days to relax on the OR beach after our weeklong cruise to Alaska out of Seattle. We rented a car and d rove the 3.5 hours to the most spectacular beach I have ever seen. Just a 2 minute walk over the sand dune and we were there. The house was very cozy and large enough for us to spread out with our family from age 2- 66. 14 of us in all and plenty of room. Loved sitting on the porch and listening to the ocean. The long table was great for playing games and open up the windows and doors to let the breeze come through the home. I have been coming to Neskowin for over 70 years (my grandparents had a cabin in the old section of town) and adore the little town. I wanted to introduce my family to this wonderful beach town and needed a large enough house to accommodate 11 people. We range in age from 7 to 77. This house could not have been more perfect! It is large enough to spread out and everyone had a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely updated. The location was great, just a 20 minute walk to Proposal Rock. We timed our two visits to the Rock so that the tide was low enough to walk around and see the tide pools and three of the four grandchildren (intrepid adventurers that they are), climbed up to the top and felt quite proud of themselves. The deck was perfect for lounging in the afternoon sun, and there were games and puzzles aplenty to keep everyone entertained. It's the kind of place that makes you feel immediately at home. Everyone in the family is wanting a return trip and I hope to make that happen. I have no complaints on any aspect of our stay. It was an enchanting house in a perfect location!

It was close enough to walk to the beach yet far enough away for privacy. First time of family getting together for some time and we appreciate being able to have such a beautiful property to stay in. Thank you for the opportunity and may the Lord bless you!

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 10, with room to spare. Great location that felt private and was a short walk to the beach. Ocean is visible from the deck and we could fall asleep to the sound of the surf. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. The house was very dog-friendly. Our new favorite place to stay on the coast!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sandcroft Beach House! We had 4 generations of family get together for an extended weekend, and could easily have stayed much longer. The sound of the ocean and the frogs lulled the little ones (and the adults) to sleep each night. We played on the beach (easy enough access for most of us) - and my parents (94 & 95 years old) appreciated the platform with benches just up from the beach, for watching the play. The beds were comfortable, as were the chairs in the living room. We had 12 people (including one 4 y.o.) around the dining table - cozy but do-able. The kitchen had plenty of space and tools for what we needed. The house felt very family (and dog) friendly. It had the feel of a cabin, but with plenty of space. We stocked up on groceries in Tillamook on the way there, and only had to make one trip to Lincoln City for a few forgotten items. We didn't think to explore the basement (which is through the locked door under the front porch) until the last day - so didn't take advantage of the bikes or the beach toys.. next time I guess. This is definitely a place where we would love to return! Highly recommend it!

If there is a better, more classic beach house I don't know of it! Just love this wonderful spot.

The women in my family met up here for a long beach weekend together and everyone agreed that this house was PERFECT. Sometimes when you book vacation rentals online the house is not what you expect but Sandcroft was even better than our already high hopes. It is homey but not cluttered. The home is older and felt cozy and pretty. The large living room and dining room table allowed us to all relax in the same room. There were extra touches that made the house good for small children, including books and high chairs. The house is set back from the beach which gave it a secluded feeling, and the walk to the beach through the natural dune grass was possible, even for the oldest members of our group. The fireplace was well stocked with wood. It's just a GREAT place and I am so grateful for the time we spent there.

The house was beautiful inside and out and ready for guests! Everything we needed. Amazing views of the beach, peaceful short walk to the beach. Check-in was a breeze and management was communicative. Would go back.

Wonderful open plan downstairs with lots of room to spread out and enjoy time together or separately. This was probably the best stocked vacation rental that I ever visited. It had absolutely everything that you would need for a fantastic stay. Fun rustic touches and 2 minute walk to the beach. We had 4 kiddos under 7 and they loved it. Lots of room to play and short saunter to the beach. We will be back!

Our second time staying in this amazing Coast property. Perfectly unpretentious, private, great for groups, well stocked kitchen and firewood / axe onsite. Simply our favorite place to stay in the sun inter and watch the storms roll in 10/10 will be renting again!

We had a great time being together. there was plenty of space for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the beach which was near. We would have spent more if the weather was warmer.. Every family cooked and we had all the tools we needed and more! We had fires most nights and puzzled lots of time. Thank youi!

This house is the perfect getaway for our family of 14. There is plenty of space. The beds are comfy. The sitting area in front of the fire has so much space to relax. The house is well stocked. It’s everything we wanted for this vacation. The owners are quick to respond and help. Overall, the best place I’ve stayed.

The property is as advertised. It's an old house, but we found it to be authentic and met the needs of our group. We had concerns about only 2 bathrooms, but it wasn't an issue. This house easily held 8 adults and 5 children so it seemed bigger than 2300 sq ft. The house has an enormous wood burning fireplace with wood provided by the owner. There was a path to the beach right from the back of the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the house and in the town of Neskowin and would love to come back.
