The Parkside house was perfect for our family vacation with our children, their spouses and our six grandchildren (age 6 month - 6 years). My husband and I took the fourth floor bedroom that gave us our own space away from the sometimes craziness. The lower level bunk room and play area was perfect for the grandkids to play and watch movies. The short walk to the beach was easy, the weather was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. Fun family memories were made.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family reunion! It is beautiful and spacious with an amazing kitchen stocked with everything you might need to cook gourmet meals. The home is immaculately clean and still seems brand new. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and cute downtown area. Would highly recommend this property!!

We just had the best week with our family! This house is so clean and beautiful! It is right across the street from the beach! Tons of extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and a pool table! We had 14 people and we never felt crowded! It was amazing and would highly recommend! We will be back!

Place worked out great. Had a large group for a golf weekend. Plenty of space to hangout. Right next to everything - Lake Michigan and South Haven bars and restaurants. House comfortably fit our group and everyone had a place to sleep. Highly recommend!

Great location across the street from the beach and short walk into town, comfortable beds, lots of areas to sit and play games, fairly well supplied kitchen (lots of big pots, could use some big pans).

The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the weather was perfect. Because if the four babies the only issue we had was all the local restaurants do not take reservations, and since it was high season the restaurants were crowded and seat you on a first come first served basis. Difficult to wait in line with four babies. But we did quite a bit of grilling and brought our own cornhole boards to play in the side yard. Overall we would highly recommend this rental.

The house is great but the traffic and noise on North Shore and Dyckman was terrible in the evenings and at night.

We had a great time staying for the weekend at Julia's property. The house was super clean and incredibly spacious. The yard area is a bit small, but we still made it work without issue and you are just a couple minute walk to the beach. Would definitely book here again or another of Julia's properties!

We rented this home last minute and loved the location (close to the beach, park/playground and short walk downtown). The home was beautiful and perfect for our 3-family group. We were upgraded to the lake facing one (thanks to Julia) and our stay was absolutely amazing. It’s a nice new, modern house with high quality furniture, linen and gadgets. Julia was very friendly, extremely responsive and accommodating.. overall it was a very nice experience. Definitely recommend this house for a getaway.

Well-equipped, newer home just across the street from Lake Michigan. Excellent location makes for a really enjoyable vacation! The homeowner went out of her way to make sure we were informed and she was very easy to work with. Truly made us feel like her home was ours for the week. Plenty of beach chairs and all the things you need to be able to just show-up, unpack and start making memories! I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a spacious home that is convenient to everything South Haven has to offer, you’ll want to stay here.

My wife and I came in for a brief stay, the house is in a perfect location for a summer vacation with family and friends, I highly recommend the property to anybody that wants to enjoy what South Haven has to offer.

We absolutely loved our stay at your home!!! The house is absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location! We walked everywhere. We loved the set up of the house and how the rooms were spaced out on the different floors. It made each small family unit feel like they had their own space, and even better, the noise did not carry much from floor to floor. The kitchen was phenomenal and we loved how spacious the sitting areas were. We had a large group and none of us ever felt cramped. There were so many different areas in the house to go to get the space or alone time you needed. We truly loved everything about and could not think of a single complaint. We are trying to figure out if we will be doing another big family vacation next year, and if we do, we will be in touch !

This was a wonderful place to host our annual staff retreat! We would do it again in a heartbeat! Clean, new, close to the beach, quaint town, and large space were all fantastic benefits of this spot!

Beautifully decorated and perfectly located duplex. It’s very large and has all the upgrades! Important to note that if people in your family have mobility issues, the amount of stairs may be difficult for them. When you enter there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the garage. Upstairs on the second floor is the kitchen/living/dining area which was HUGE and where we enjoyed most of our stay. The couch was very large and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the chaise lounge by the window. The level above the kitchen and dining had a bedroom, bathroom, and another living area with a TV. It was nice to have the separation of the kitchen and dining level, giving whoever stays on the top level quiet and privacy. There was also a basement level that had good privacy as well but we did not use it because we did not have that many guests with us. LOVED that there was a quaint coffee shop within walking distance, open Friday-Monday. We went there every morning during our stay. The location was perfect, just around the corner from all the shopping and restaurants. Book this place, you’ll love it!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well appointed home, just minutes away from the beach and downtown. We enjoyed walking to dinner and the beach. The home was clean, spacious and wonderfully decorated for comfort and with style. We would definitely come back.

We actually rented both the parkside and lakeside homes for a mini family reunion. There is plenty of room we were able to easily sleep 25 in the two homes and would have still had plenty of room for 32. The home is very new with really nice appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. There are tv’s on every floor with cable connection. Plenty of linens and towels to use as well. Really was a full service home with all the amenities that you would need for your stay. We loved south haven. Can easily walk into downtown in 10-15 minutes. Short walk to north beach and the north pier. Julia the owner was very easy to communicate with. They were available by phone and text throughout our entire stay and responded very quickly. Don’t think anyone can go wrong by choosing to rent this home!
