We had a wonderful stay with eight ladies ages ranging from 52yrs to 8yrs old. This is our third year doing this trip and this one has been the best by far. The condo was exceptional and plenty of room for all of us. We will be coming back next summer!

This is one of the few 3 bedroom options, which is why we chose it this time. The upstairs master is especially spacious and has a beautiful view. We also liked that this property had three balconies. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. It's proximity to the stairs and parking space were also really nice.

Our family of 7 adults loved our beach getaway! Kitchen met all our needs, upstairs master suite huge and comfy, plenty of things to do in area. Brought folding chairs to add to dining table inside, as it only has 4 chairs - worked great. Will stay in this unit again!

Great place to stay, excellent host, clean, renovated, amazing views, bit of a long walk to the beach but that was only an issue carrying surf boards and all of the rest of the property made up for that! Excellent property highly recommend renting it, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Oceanside over the week between Christmas and New Years. The apartment is well located providing quick access to the Strand, the beach and the Pier as well as easy walking distance to a number of great restaurants. The apartment was clean, management was attentive but not bothersome.The only negative was that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but the elevator was not working and had apparently been out of use for quite a while. We were all able to manage the steps without difficulty but felt it could have been noted prior to check in.Management kindly let us know we could extend our stay and we wish we could have done so. Unfortunately Other commitments meant we checked out as planned. We were kindly given a late check out which was hugely helpful.I would definitely recommend this unit and apartment complex!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo with family. We’re almost locals but stayed to attend a wedding nearby. The property is older but well maintained and the pool and hot tub are fabulous! The grounds are filled with palms, flowering plants, a koi pond, a meandering stream with waterfalls and immediate access to the beach. It’s a short walk to the Oceanside Pier as well. We really enjoyed the two fireplaces, the well-stocked kitchen and having two balconies with ocean views! We’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I loaded up our 3 kiddos, 1 infant, and Grandma to enjoy some beach time. Knowing fall weather would be cooler, I set out for a place with beach access AND at least a pool. This place checked all those boxes. Beautiful pool and hot tub, gorgeous grounds too walk, and super quick walk to the beach. What I didn't expect was to have our own little oasis upstairs! With a stunning view and rooftop-like dinners, I can't imagine staying anywhere else next time! With fantastic response times, offers to extend our stay, and same-day maintenance for a tiny issue; the management company was top notch.

We’ve stayed at north coast village before and love the location. The check in process is easy, the pool and hot tub are great, the beach access is amazing. The cleanliness of our unit was the only reason I dropped a star. Several of the blankets for the pull out couch had stains on them that looked like they hadn’t been washed. Just folded up and put away. The shower had squirts of soap or shampoo on the wall that could have easily been wiped up, but weren’t, making me question the overall cleanliness of everything. Crumbs in drawers and on dishes. The pull out cabinet where the garbage can is was disgusting. They had 4 beach chairs provided (which was awesome) but they had garbage left in them. We also found clothes left from a previous party in one of the drawers. Overall it just felt like whoever cleaned did a quick wipe down of counters and vacuumed. I would definitely still want to stay at the complex, but overall the level of cleanliness in this particular unit could use some attention.

But if location is important its a winner with good beach access and easy walks to restaurants, downtown Oceanside. Another bonus is a very large pool & hot tub to enjoy. We had a wonderful week in Oceanside. This is our fourth time at NCV. This is a beautiful unit with ocean views. All 8 of us fit comfortably into the unit. I always come to rentals with a full complement of my own paper/bathroom/kitchen supplies. This is the first time that I haven't had to use what I brought. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishwashing supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Also stocked with plenty of towels (we didn't need to use the ones we brought) as well as five beach chairs. That was very nice. If you plan to spend long on the beach I'd suggest still bringing your own shade structure and boogie/surf boards. The double reserved parking spots are a plus as well. All in all we had a wonderful week with no complaints.

Tbis condo is absolutely beautiful! It is perfect for a family and has all the things you would need for a fun trip to the beach. The bedrooms are all a good size and there is storage for so many things. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, but one thing that surprised us was that there was no crockpot. Most of the units at this location that we have stayed at have one and we planned a lot of neals for our big family using one so it was kind of a bummer not having one. Other than that one minor thing, we enjoyed our stay in this unit very much.

This place was amazing. Having 3 bedrooms was a game changer. This place had plenty of space for our family and the master bedroom was the best! Very spacious, and the view from the bedroom was absolutely gorgeous! We all got to spend our mornings on the balcony just watching the ocean waves and getting that fresh ocean breeze.
Location is perfect, walking distance to beach, stores, restaurants and the harbor.
We are all very pleased with our stay here. Check in was a breeze, place was very clean and had everything we needed. The pack and play for our 9 month old grandson was an added bonus.
We hope to stay here again on a future family vacation!!

We have a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. This place was perfect for us. Pool and hot tub was great and the landscaping of the property was surprisingly nice. Kids loved the koi pond and the adults did too. Rooms were clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. We frequently walked to the pier and the restaurants in that area. We had a car as well but walking was easy and fun along the beach. The whole area is gated. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the few 3-bedroom condos at North Coast Village. It is extremely well equipped and was perfect for our month-long stay while hosting our grandkids to come from the frigid Northwest and stay with us for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. This property was great! It was pretty confusing getting to the pool from the room and back etc. The complex was kind of a maze! So a bit annoying having to lug lots of pool equipment down to the pool etc. But the decks were really nice to relax on and it was walking distance to the ocean, tho a bit far with small kids. Overall, the condo was a bit dated but clean and good spaces for our family!! Wish it had toys or puzzles for the kids, but was glad it had a pack n play available!

The location is amazing. The place is dated, which we expected. It’s also not well supplied; maybe I have been spoiled in the past but most Vrbo have shampoo/conditioner…. The kitchen lacked things like oven mitts or foil/baggies and the towels were scratchy and some stained. . All that is fine, but my bigger issue came when we had to open up fold out and also move couch to find an earring…. It was disgusting under there. Old food and wrappers. We also had ants all over kitchen which they came and sprayed for with all of us in apartment…. Maybe do that before check in.
All that said, the location is unbeatable.

The two-level condo was beautiful. Second story main bedroom was huge and well designed. Even though we were set a bit back from the beach, there were great views of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare nice meals. Location is terrific. We love this neighborhood and this was our favorite condo so far! My only “complaint” is with the mattress in the master suite. I’m 5’7” 130lbs and I sank so deep into the mattesss it was miserable. We spun it around and it made it doable but it definitely needs replaced. Aside from that, it’s a beautiful and well equipped property!
