The house was large enough to hold all 20 of us very well. The oven didn't work on the first night but was repaired quickly! Lots of towel and washcloths. Needs to be deep cleaned. Seems to be surface cleaned only. Had to wash ants and spray from cabinets. If deep cleaned probably wouldn't need so much ant spray. Son in law witnessed a fight when walking in the neighborhood, otherwise good location for Disney.

This house was large enough for our family reunion. 5 families stayed here with more than enough room. The pool was amazing and the kids used it for hours each day.

We had a few families come and stay together. This house had plenty of room for everyone, lots of dishes, lots of towels -- AND it was just around the corner from a grocery store!

The home is very “homey” made to comfort a large family. Plenty of rooms for multiple families and overall space. We loved the privacy the home offered with the rooms on opposite sides. The kids rooms were beautiful and just like the pictures. The eye catching backyard is what had us most excited and was definitely put to use. Plenty of safety equipment (life jackets) and toys for children of all ages. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any large group or family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, everything needed was close. The pool & hot tub were awesome. The entire family enjoyed. It was great that life jackets were available for the kids. Plenty of room The hostess was very responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is nice and is close to Disneyland. Kids loved the outdoors and game room. The home itself is older and the bathrooms were not clean to my standards.

Simple and short drive to Disneyland. Store right around the corner. Fun pool for the kids. All good and would recommend

A great place. Even though we were a group of adults, we found the kids rooms fun, the pool warm, the hot tub warmer, and the house equipped to cook some solid group meals. Nicer than expected

We were a family group of 5 adult couples and 5 kids, 1-11. The house fit us well as there were enough bedrooms and baths and plenty of towels, etc. Well equipped to cook our Thanksgiving dinner and plenty of table space. The kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball game and we all loved the pool! It is awkward to have to contact the host whenever you want the pool heated, but they were very, immediately responsive and turned it (and the hot tub) on whenever we asked. This is an older, wearing house, not a mansion, but it was adequate for our needs and was in a great location for us, near attractions and walkable to very nice parks for the younger kids. All in all we really had no complaints.

Overall it was a great mini family vacation. The photos look just like the property. Our family really enjoyed the house and the stay.

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our 5 family vacation (10 adults, 5 kids)!! We have been taking annual Disneyland vacations since my kids were little - they are all now grown with families of their own and this house was perfect for all of us (baby, elementary kids, teen, young adults and us older adults as well)!! The pool was incredible, and the house is constructed in a way that once you shut your bedroom door you don't hear the busy activity of the other family members in the rest of the house. The house had nearly everything we needed (from towels, to paper products to even scotch tape) and there is a grocery store and a Walgreens within walking distance for our food or other needs/desires. The house is perfect. I had read some of the other comments before booking, and I can assure you that any of the items listed before as needing fixed have all been fixed. We never had a problem but were thrilled that when we did make contact with the owner a couple of times to ask questions, we received responses within minutes. This place is definitely on the top of our GOTTA RETURN list!

I’ll start by saying the pool & hot tub are spectacular! We spent tons of time swimming and loved every second. Also having the fence around the pool was fantastic to allow the little kids to play in the yard without having to physically keep them away from the water. In case you are wondering, like we were, there are lots of puddle jumpers and a few pool toys. The pool table and foosball table were also big hits. We parked 3 big vehicles easily in the driveway. It is clearly a very old house and attention was put into renovating to make lots of space! The layout allowed the 4 different families to spread out a bit. However, everything else was kind of a disaster. Some examples: -The ant problem is out of control. We had to spray pesticide constantly (we kept our trash and food under control). -Many of the beds smelled like the sheets hadn’t been used/washed in ages. At least one if the mattresses was so old that it was completely misshapen and very uncomfortable. -A couple of the mattresses didn’t have mattress protectors. -The TVs still had prior account logins intact and we were not able to log out. One TV even had some porn up from a prior tenant. -Dishes/cookware/utensils are all dingy and gross as if they haven’t been cleaned properly. We bought plastic/paper ware to use much of the time. -The microwave smelled disgusting. -There were dead bugs in most of the kitchen cupboard shelves. -Due to age of house, heating/cooling evenly is impossible. It’s a single zone for the entire house. -There was hair in some of the sheets and countertops, we’re assuming from the cleaners? It just led to it feeling dirty. -Again, due to age of house, power outlets are lacking and in terrible locations. -The couch is totally broken and practically sitting on the ground-so uncomfortable. -We had to use stools and boxes for nightstands in some rooms. -The bath towels are all old, ratty and gross. -Two of the shower doors are broken/won’t slide open. -No pool/beach towels. Not great pre-trip communication. We didn’t need to communicate during trip. What it boils down to is, they need to stop renting it out for a week or two and do some major repairs, replacing, updating, and some MAJOR cleaning. Unless that happens, we have no intentions of staying there again and would NOT recommend it to others! Which is unfortunate, as again, that pool was so great!

This property had a great backyard. The not so great part of this house is that it was dirty and the furniture and beds are old and broken down. Inside all the kitchen cupboards were filthy and the patio furniture was really dirty. It just needs a really good cleaning and some renovations. The property manager was great.

Not bad, much more expensive compared to other places we've stayed outside of California, (Arizona, Nevada, Utah - extensive family unit), but this year was the California families turn to host. We picked a location with sufficient bedrooms for all adult family members, while the cousins enjoyed the themed bunk-bed rooms. Dining room too small for all of us, but nice weather let us overflow out onto the pool deck. Game room was popular as a movie theater with the fold out cushions which served as theater chairs for the kids in the evening. Pool was a very nice amenity to come back to in the afternoon after our morning activities. Grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the water slide. Barbecue was not as advertised. Attempt by owners to hook up natural gas line didn't work, very strong odor as soon as it was turned on and continued when lit, so we shut it off and didn't fool with it. As mentioned in earlier reviews, neighborhood a little sketchy, but centrally located for both entertainment and supplies, and the property felt secure in the evening.

This house was perfect for our family reunion! It was super close to Disneyland and had everything we needed. The house was large and spacious and had room for the 24 of us. The kids and adults had so much fun playing pool and the foosball and swimming in the pool with the slide. The jacuzzi was a hit too! There’s an outdoor picnic table to go along with the barbecue which we used as well. The owner is very busy just about everything with me to date stay. If we needed anything, the owners answered us right away. My bed was so amazingly comfortable. The closets had extra pillows and fans. We had everything for a great stay!

This property was pretty amazing for the number of people we had! The rooms are great, the pool and hot tub were SO lovely, and the owners are very good about getting back to us with questions. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend, even if you don’t have kids (we were all adults and had a peachy keen time!!)

We recently stayed here with 3 adults and 11 kids for a school trip. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. The actual street the home is on seems fine but the surrounding area is questionable (there is even a "gentlemens club" on the other side of the back fence). The house is very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. Weather wasn't the best while we were there so the kids were delighted to have a pool to swim in and chose it over the beach on the coldest day. The house is generally in need of TLC. There are random items all over the house that make it seem uncared for and not well cleaned. The instructions for use of the pool and hot tub were not clear and resulted in us not being able to use the hot tub one of the days we were there. Also, upon arrival two of the beds were full of sand. I understand that happens sometimes in the wash when sand is involved. We contacted the owner and the resolution was to drop off 2 sets of unopened new sheets for us to deal with. Here is the bottom line: PROS: Very spacious - lots of room for everyone Pool and hot tub Foosball Table Pool Table Owner responded quickly when we had questions/concerns CONS: Some closets seem to be storage for random unnecessary items: a piece of broken mdf board, a fallen down poster, random amazon boxes, a bowling shirt?? 4 out of 7 rooms do not have a dresser 2 nightstands were missing drawer knobs so you couldn't open the drawer 1 bedroom had a TV but no controller and the lamp on the nightstand had a broken off knob so you couldn't turn it on Out of the 4 bathrooms 2 had a shower door that was broken and wouldn't slide, one had a broken towel bar and one had a knob for the shower that was about to fall off Signage in the bathroom stating what not to flush included things like condoms and needles which felt very inappropriate for a house which obviously includes childrens rooms?! Kitchen sink sprayer does not work Items left behind by previous guests and housekeeping including: open containers of chocolate, 2 Easter bags with open candy, open container of pretzels and much more. Most of the kitchen items (cutting boards, pots and pans, cooking utensils) needed to be washed before use as they were not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Video cameras in the back yard were not listed in the house listing. Overall, this house was spacious and had fun amenities for the kids however the general feel is cluttered, dirty and not well cared for.

Best ever, my daughter was able to heat Jacuzzi and pool for the family to enjoy, the house is very spacious and washer and dryer was a plus everyone enjoyed the house and the location was perfect to accommodate all of our activities, shopping and traveling time to various places. This is a must for large families . Thank you so much for the quick response to our concerns and questions we really enjoyed living our best life and creating memories.

So easy to communicate with. Easy to find. Exactly as described. There were 15 of us from 9 years old to 83 and it fit us all. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We loved the backyard And it is was clean!! Could have used a few more instructions on how to operate hot tub and sauna. But would definitely rent this location and from these owners again! Thank you!

This property is very accurate with pictures. The pool and hot tub and outdoor area was perfect for our family. The main living spaces for clean but the kitchen was not. We traveled as a family and plan to cook at home but the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils for a very dirty. When we took the trash out, the trash bin was disgusting. Overall we were happy with the house and amenities, as well as, the space. I would recommend the cleaners clean a little bit better before the next rental but the house Served it’s purpose. The hot tub and pool did not heat up manually so I would have to text the property manager. He was efficient and very responsive so he helped me with that issue. Again overall it was worth it

Had a great weekend at this property. Was here with a group of 12 adults for a nearby hockey tournament. Location is perfect, amenities are all as described. If you need to visit Anaheim or Disney and have a large group, this rental is for you! Amazing property!

The only compliment we have the swimming pool heater didn’t work and our teenagers looked forward to swimming while on vacation. The host was quick to respond and gave us instructions after the instructions were given it still didn’t work. Overall, I will again if I need to.

Lots of rooms and bathrooms for 15 adults and 9 children. Photos of house are accurate. Great location from Disneyland. We had difficulty heating the pool and the owner was quick to communicate and fix heating issues. Kids loved the pool area. We would stay again for next Disney trip!

The property was big enough to accommodate all 14 of us adults. The place was clean but you can see some age showing up on some parts of the house. The automatic lights in the bathrooms were a nice touch but turned off the lights and fan in the middle of the shower. A cockroach was found dying on the bathroom sink on the first morning we were there. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms, so we used an extra beach towel as a hand towel. The house had hard water and you can see the film left on the utensils. There was only one extra toll of toilet paper for each bathroom. It's more of a 4 star place in a prime location near Disneyland.

This house had everything we wanted. With a big group there were plenty of areas for smaller groups to hang out. The pool was a huge hit with the grand kids.

The house was big enough for all of us to move around comfortably. The pool and hot tub were amazing and owner helped us via text with any issues we had. My only complaint a toilet consistently leaked and we had to place a towel everyday.

As in previous reviews the pool was a hit with adults and children. We loved that all 12 of us could relax under one roof. Cooking meals was a life saver for our budget. We had a blast,

The property was close to everywhere we wanted to go in the Newport/Irvine/Disney area. There was so much space at the house for everyone to spread out that some of our family never wanted to leave during our week there! The pool, spa, sauna, game room, smart TVs everywhere, great large dining table for family to gather. We had and infant and 3yr old as well and the many room areas helped keep them asleep while we were a bit loud in the main areas. Great time!!
