Very clean rental and the management company was very responsive. The rental is close to a street with traffic so traffic noise is an issue. The weather was warm and it was uncomfortable in the living area although fans are available. AC available in bedrooms.

we were in town for my nephew's graduation and 3 people stayed comfortably in this townhome. it was quite spacious, with a kitchen which was comfortable cooking in. i slept in the primary bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed. however, my father and brother stayed in the other 2 rooms and did not have as nice a stay as i did. they said that the mattresses were pretty bad (the bunk bed room and the queen size bedroom).the complex is very quiet at night, which was lovely. if you are a light sleeper, the (infrequent) cars from the highway above might be bothersome, but the noise didn't affect us.

We decided to stay here again (9/2021) based on our previous experience. We enjoyed the facilities, location, and the weather was perfect. We like this location because it's close enough to main downtown areas at the same time away from the typical downtown noise. We recommend it.

My husband and I, our 2 year old, and my parents came to Durango for a long weekend and this place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for all of us to relax and spend time together. Perfect location away from the business of downtown but close enough to get to quickly and easily. Communication was easy and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

A lovely townhome with a terrific layout for our family of 5. The home was clean, well stocked, and had an excellent location to downtown and Purg resort. Bathrooms amenities were great and unit was stocked with some paper products and soap so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Fans in the bedrooms were great to have with the August heat (no A/C). For those looking to rent this unit in the summer just keep in mind with the windows open you do hear the highway/road noise. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions, checked on us and was very friendly. The property is beautiful. The Kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Beds were so clean and comfortable. Large soaking tub plus large walk in shower. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. This was our family vacation and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again!

The location and layout is great. Lots of stairs. It does not have AC which is common in this area but can be uncomfortable late afternoon or evening if it doesn’t rain so watch the weather.

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

Very roomy and well equiped. Closeness to US550 made it easy to travel into Durango or elsewhere although this closeness resulted in road noise audible within the apartment.

We had a great stay! Didn't realize all the stairs that were involved but they didn't cause a problem for us. The property was clean and when I had a few question Keith promptly responded to me via email. The property was a ways from downtown but nice to have trolley access.

Like others have mentioned - hard to see the outside building numbers with the trees blocking the view. Place was clean, layout is easy with the bedrooms upstairs, and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We did find ourselves awake at night with late night arrivals from neighbors in the complex, and our last night had hammer like pounding coming from the adjoining condo - we're speculating that it's a remodeling job. We would still recommend staying in this unit, and if we return to Durango, we would rent this it again.

This was a great property on the north side of Durango. The kitchen was equipped, the furnishings were great, and it was very convenient to everything in the valley. Good property for family vacations. It does have quite a bit of stairs so may be challenging if you don't handle stairs well.

If you aren't from the area it can be a bit stressful to arrive in the summer and figure out how to cool the upstairs. The smoke detector went off at 9 pm and we were able to immediately get in touch with a property manager who was very helpful. I loved the balconies and the outdoor grill. I would however like the listing to disclose that there is a balcony in the bunk room. Had we had smaller kids, this would have been stressful. Overall, amazing experience.

Beautiful home
We loved this home. It was big and spacious! It was located right outside of town which we enjoyed! There were balconies everywhere so u could enjoy the outdoors.
