Overall nice place to stay. We came for a ladies getaway. Balcony is great, pool area is nice, and loved the beach area EXCEPT that people let their animals poop down there. Who does that!? There's only a few reasons why I didn't give 5 stars. When we arrived we found most of the silverware and a handful of dishes clearly dirty, like previous guests didn't even try to make it look clean. This is a reflection on the cleaning crew not owner but makes you wonder where else the crew take shortcuts. There could've been a couple more rolls of toilet paper. We had four rolls to share between 7 girls for three days. The hideaway bed had a broken wheel so it couldn't be used b/c it was so lopsided and we had nothing to prop it up on. Lucky for the sofa sleeper and one girl that can sleep anywhere. The pad was worse than the typical crappy sofa sleeper mattress. Lastly, we never did find that second king bed. The set up is as follows: master- 1 king and one broken hideaway, bedroom 1- 2 fulls, and bedroom 2- 1 queen. I would recommend this until but for a smaller group than what is advertised.

My family and I stayed here the first week of May and loved it. The view from the deck is awesome. Sheila made everything easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable. We will definitely be back.

Unit has an awesome view of main channel - perfect for Shootout weekend!

Good - it fit 6 people comfortably. We did bring a couple of our own pots and pans which were helpful to use in addition to the ones provided, as we only ate at the condo.

Easy contact with owners. They were very helpful with referrals to rent boats and get a boat slip. Property was super clean. Overlooks cove, pool, and main body. Great porch to sit out on mornings and eve to watch boats come in and out. You can float on your own rafts in front of the property. Use aqu toys for boat rental. Super close and super nice people. Very close to a lot of the fun restaurants that you can either boat to or drive to. Would def stay in same unit again.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our time while staying in the condo! The location was great and the views were wonderful! The beach access was quite a ways away so we didn't venture down that far. The pool was nice as well.

We so enjoyed staying here. The location has to be one of the best in the complex.. There were no disappointments and all questions and concerns were promptly responded to by Sheila. We are already looking at booking again.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend for my friend's bachelorette party.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was great. Whether thoroughly enjoyed the pools and beach at the lake. All 9 of us slept comfortably! The only negative I can find is that we didn't have an ice machine in the unit, so we had to leave to get bags of ice for the coolers. Other than that everything was great!

The Ledges Condominiums property is well maintained. Our days spent there were very relaxing! We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck of this rental unit and watching all the activity on the lake. The condominium had a lot of room for our family of 5 adults and was well stocked with everyday items. It is also centrally located to the area's attractions. Our family highly recommends this location for your stay at the Lake of the Ozarks!

Condo was clean and well-stocked. Great location and excellent view of the lake. My only complaint would be that the blinds in the living room and master bedroom are falling apart and need to be replaced. Other than that, excellent rental.

The complex is large and parking is a nightmare when the place is busy. The beach area is a long walk from this condo. The condo itself is small but is convenient to the second outdoor pool. Over all it was an okay place to stay just not what we were hoping it was.

Loved the view and location! Owner was responsive and process easy overall. I would stay again. Parking can be tricky on holiday weeks with more than 2 vehicles. Overall great stay.

Sheila was helpful in getting us to the condo because we got a little turned around once we hit the area. This condo has a GREAT balcony deck with views of the sunset. It's a little hike to the beach and the beach is not all that pleasant, but we didn't spend much time down there. It's kind of a bummer that it's SOOOO hot in there when you get there. We had to turn the A/C all the way down and put the fan on constant run to cool it down to a temperature even remotely comfortable to sleep in. There is only floor space in the master suite, so if you have more than one kid that needs a pack and play or the like on the floor, expect to put it in the living room! We got there around 7 and it was very hot that day, though. This place is clean and well stocked with everything you need to have a family or two here for the weekend. We appreciated that there was a washer and dryer! Note that if you are taking garbage up- it's like a quarter mile, so make it worth your trip up the hill- LOL!! Rent a boat across the cove at Aqua Toys if you plan to get one.

Everything was great. Excellent view of the main channel. The condo was clean and in order. I would definitely stay again!

Couple of small mechanical issues with kitchen faucet, but other than that it was awesome.
