I must say, our recent stay at the together resorts property was beyond disappointing. We were excited for a relaxing family vacation, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. The property had multiple issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.First and foremost, the presence of palmetto bugs was distressing and unsanitary. No one wants to deal with pests on their vacation. Additionally, the broken floor boards posed safety hazards, making it difficult to move around the rental without worrying about potential accidents.The broken toilet was another inconvenience that inconvenienced our entire family. It's unacceptable to have such a vital fixture out of order during our stay. Not to mention, the broken fridge doors made it challenging to store and access our food properly. As well as the broken projector in the media room.The state of cleanliness was appalling. The dirty carpet and furniture gave off a sense of neglect, and it's evident that proper maintenance and cleaning were lacking.The discomfort and frustration we experienced led us to cut our vacation short and leave the rental prematurely. It's disheartening to have high hopes for a vacation only to be met with such disappointment.I sincerely hope the property owner takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues for future guests. No one should have to endure such subpar conditions during their vacation. I strongly advise potential renters to think twice before considering together resorts until improvements are made.

The elevator didn't work and we had elderly with disabilities. The refrigerators didn't work causing a lot of our food to spoil. Our Thanksgiving dinner was incomplete due to the power outage and food had to be thrown out. The cable never work and televisions was another issue. The kitchen flooring was held together with duct tape, the table chairs needs refurbishing and the downstairs toilet didn't flush. Needless to say, our Thanksgiving was horrific!!!!!!! We were never offered to move to another house and when the manager said that she would come the day after Thanksgiving never showed up. The maintenance man came out two days in a row. Some family members left Friday. I know that the company wants to make money but if the house isn't up to normal standards, it shouldn't be rented until all issues are addressed.

The house is an amazing space. Perfect location to all attractions, beach, food, shopping. Property managers/ owners extremely responsive to many questions and any issues were addressed rapidly. Perfect place for large groups and families. Movie room, pool, spa and pool table added great value to our vacation. Will definitely come back.

Overall very nice and spacious which is needed for 17 people.. Loved the media room used for movies family made and an occasional hideaway when the noise was a little too much. That kitchen was used and it had everything anyone could want and top of the line equipment. Only neg. for me was toilet very difficult to flush regularly and hot water almost non-existant. Mine was bedroom on 2nd floor to the rt. of the stairs.

The location and space were superior for our family reunion. The house was very clean. We did have some maintenance issues, Issues resolved: property manager supplied ice since the refrigerators were not dispensing ice and there were no ice machines; a lock was provided for the gate into the pool; hand soap in each bathroom was provided since there was no soap in any bathroom upon arrival; one of the hot tubs that was nonoperational was repaired. Issues we discovered that we did not report: no batteries in several remotes, one dishwasher on side A not secured in place, missing towel racks in a few bathrooms; media room on side B not operational; duct tape was used on one of the refrigerators on side A to keep ice maker in place. Despite the maintenance issues, it did not stop us from having a marvelous time. Aside from the pool and beach, we really loved the kitchen; it was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils.

Everything from payment to unsure questions were all handled and answered accordingly in super fast time! Location was great plenty of parking. Cleaning crew was running late still cleaning after 4. TVs either didn’t work or didn’t have remotes. Hot tub and pool were not working due to missing parts wasn’t advised til we called after arrival. Place needs a little TLC. Door knobs loose or broke shower rods coming off wall. I rent homes all over USA look at my previous history it wouldn’t take but a little maintenance to fix. Tks Terry Dugan

Very Clean!!!
The house was cleaner than any other we had stayed at in the area. It was so nice to have a full bathroom in every bedroom. The kitchen is huge with really nice appliances, two of everything. All around a wonderful experience.

The property had a couple items of concern to me upon arrival, such as bee hive on the upper balcony and the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked, but after putting my own cleaning skills to go use it meant my standards. The property management came a couple days after I reached out about the bee hive and resolved that situation. Overall the rental meant my family needs and we had a wonderful vacation.

We went with a group of students for a weekend away before finals and it was phenomenal! The property manager was so helpful with every question we had and the house is gorgeous! The pool and grill make afternoons lovely and its so close to the beach! We are already planning our return! Could not recommend more for a fun weekend away

This was our first time renting a house away from home. My family and I never dreamed the house rental would be as amazing as it was. The space was beyond our expectations. My father enjoyed the elevator the most. My mother who is a caterer was in awe of the kitchen and the various amenities provided. My 8 siblings, brothers in law and sister in law and I enjoyed the massive kitchen table which allowed us to have every meal together as a family. My nieces and nephews loved the theater room and also having a bedroom with double bunk beds separate from their parents. We were all impressed with the location being across the street from the beach and in very close proximity of stores. There were a few items broken in the house upon our arrival but that did not hinder our super fun times. To sum it all up: We will be back next year ~ same time, same place.

Overall this is a great property. A few things that need to be addressed
We had some issues:
One of the Queen Beds didn't have a box spring but just a box in the middle of the bed
There were 3 refrigerators. 2 of them barely kept anything cold
The automatic door closer on the main level was leaking oil and a couple of us fell
The one and only jacuzzi bath tub didn't work
The night before we were departing a group came to take our patio furniture. When we questioned them, they "left" the chairs for us

The house was all it said it to be and more. All amenities for a home away from home, good entertainment elements with enough room for all, was a good place to relax and enjoy life. Loved it.

This house was large and lovely but very dirty. Let me start by saying the kitchen was wonderful! We all enjoyed the kitchen very much! However, the floors seemed as if they had never been cleaned. I had to wash my feet every night before bed. The master suite had issues-the shower never worked so we had to take a bath everyday for a week in the very large tub-thank goodness it had a hand held shower hose-the fireplace in the master suite would not work. We asked for these things to be fixed and they never were, there was an attempt at fixing the master suite shower, but no one followed up and fixed it. I wish we had been told we were getting the smaller pool as we had a lot of kids and it was a bit crowded. The elevator was hard to work and stopped working for us into about day 3. My mom has knee problems and the elevator was a huge sale for us on this house. It was very disappointing to find out the elevator was no good for use. The futons on the top floor in the media room were very dirty-when you lifted up the back there was food and hair. Also, could you please put at least shelving in each bedroom as there was nowhere to put clothing. All of us had to leave our clothing in our suitcases, except for the master suite, it had two night stands that we were able to put clothing in and a large closet. And it would be nice to have been provided a broom and vacuum cleaner. The carpeted steps were very dirty. We probably won't rent this house again. If I were to recommend anyone this house, I would have to let them know all the issues we had. Leaving it up to them to see if they still wish to rent this house.

This place was a beautiful disappointment. Nobody should have to pay for a couples retreat but then have to clean the place before your guest arrive. The floors were covered in dust and had dust bunnies all over the place. I had to vacuum floors,stairs and wipe down furniture. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was no broom dust pan or mop so I had to purchase those items including an iron to clean up before my friends got there. You would think at this price the home would be clean and inviting but that is not what we got. There was trash in the toilet, sand and water on the floor in the master suite. I have several coworkers and church groups asking me what I thought about this beach house and I hate to make a recommendation. I hope any future guest will have a much better experience.

Words can not express the gratitude my family and I have for Tim and Dina. This place is AWESOME!!! Nothing compares. I have a big family and we were all satisfied with our stay. Everything is there on the property and there is no need to leave! Pool was heated, ping pong, pool table and air hockey and arcade games just wonderful. Tim and Dina you guys really out did yourselves with this one!!

This was a perfect fit for our family! We loved this home that was spacious enough for our family
of 32. We loved the gourmet kitchen so much we never ate out! The pool, pool table and ping pong table was great to have, especially during the rain. We can't say enough about the owners Tim an Dina
who were so accommodating of our needs. The elevator was great considering we had a few elderly
and handicapped folks. Great home to rent for any group large or small.

We were looking for a place that would sleep 30-35 people comfortably. We found this house and it was absolutely perfect. Each couple had their own room. All the kids slept in the amazing Media room theater. The kitchen was huge with every appliance and cooking utensil we could possibly need. We cooked group meals every night and saved lots of money. We will be coming back next year. Thank you for a great experience!!
