Great property, lots of amenities, good location. Would recommend to anyone!

We were very happy with our stay. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the pool table, theater and hot tub, and everything was in good working order. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking Gatlinburg though we were high enough that there was no noise and very little light pollution. We were close enough to Gatlinburg that driving in for dinner was convenient. The road to the house could be a little interesting, especially at night. Driving a Jeep was definitely easier than an F-150. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the lampshade in the upstairs bedroom had many unknown stains on it and the toilet in the master bedroom ran the last night we were there. Very minor complaints. We were very happy with our stay.

Very nice property which accommodates a large group for entertainment, dining and sleeping. Very well stocked kitchen.

Cabin is very clean great for small kids they love all the games and theater room!!! Would go back!!! Saw some bears the kids love it.

My family of 9 fit very comfortably in this extra large cabin. All adults had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was fantastic! The kitchen was great for cooking thanksgiving dinner and had an extra long dinner table to fit everyone! The outdoor space was lacking unfortunately and had no place for a bonfire, but that was the only thing missing. Overall it was such a fun cabin and I highly recommend it!

Half the “perks” in the listing were not working. The large tv in the living room was broken and replaced with a tiny kitchen sized tv. The air hockey table had a chunk missing from the top and was unusable. The tv in both upstairs rooms either didn’t work or only sometimes worked. The water was out completely one day and came back brown and disgusting. The smart thermostat would let me change it but the temp never stayed on what I set it at. The front door lock keypad never worked. None of the cabins on the street are easily marked so in the dark it’s very difficult to find and gps takes you to the wrong street. It’s not easy to turn around on the roads either. The fridge never did cool properly and the offer the maintenance made was we can bring a loaner and stick it somewhere… where? We just chipped the ice away from the frozen over motor ourselves everyday. My son got the big tv to work, just needed a new hdmi cable. Apparently maintenance doesn’t know how to do what a 17yr old can do. Windows in the living room have no way to block the light so the room is unusable most of the day. Too hot and too much glare to do anything in there. The kitchen is fully stocked but so stocked that any food you buy to cook there has no cabinets to be stored in. Seriously not one single empty cabinet. We had the countertops basically unusable due to that being the only place to store the food. I spent WAY too much on this cabin and we ended up spending more dealing with the fact that nothing worked

Nice house, close to downtown, amazing view

This would be our 4th time back to the Smokies and 4th time renting a cabin. I must say this is by far the best Cabin we've rented so far! We felt right at home and relaxed, was definitely home away from home! We would definitely rent again! It is definitely true to its name saw bears 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Overall, this house was great and I would absolutely stay there again. Our kids enjoyed the many amenities including the pool table, hot tub, movie room and arcade. The location is great and was close enough to Gatlinburg to be convenient but far enough away to be immersed in the mountains. While not problematic enough to rate it lower than a 5 to me, be aware that you could easily struggle with the TVs and sound equipment if you don’t understand how the different units connect. The sounds bar in the great room didn’t have a remote and there were at least 4-5 extra remotes that were either duplicates or for units that were no longer in the house. The main remote in the movie room was unplugged and didn’t control the system after charged. The individual component remotes allowed us to enjoy the room though.

Everything was great, but the bedding. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable and bedspreads were dirty and smelled stale. Overall, great place!

Overall we had a wonderful stay! And will definitely consider staying in this home again! It took us several hours to get any of the tvs to work. The main issue was there is literally 4-6 remotes per tv so it was very confusing. Luckily my brother in law is very tech savvy and fixed it as soon as he arrived but it was aggravating. The hot tub was great as well. The layout was perfect for a large family.

The cabin was exactly as described. It was a beautiful cabin. Nice and roomy for everyone. We even saw a bear the first morning we were there! Property management was easy to talk to. I will use Jackson Mountain Homes again when booking next year. Thank you for a wonderful time

Beautiful place. Property was great. The view us breathtaking.. The cabin before this one can use better management. The family that was renting it when we got there left bags of trash and threw food across the street and attracted the bears every night and the smell and flies from the trash was horrible

What a great place. Even better than the photos. The property was very clean and very well stocked. Everything you needed in the kitchen and then some. Rooms are spacious and we loved the layout. We had so much fun with all the games, pool table and movie theater. Most of all we loved the view. The photos don’t do it justice. I highly recommend staying here.

It was awesome!! Saw lots of bears but from a distance! Cabin was beautiful, just perfect for our family!! Hope to return soon!!

The only issue we had with the house was the wifi. It took several back and forth emails to get a tech to come out and confirm there was a problem. It was never fixed during our stay. Luckily the cell phones get 5g service from the cabin, so we were able to manage. Great cabin and the kids want to go back.

Convenient local close to town, yet at the top of the mountain and we saw a black bear in the front yard one night. Highlight of our trip was time at the cabin.

The house is gorgeous and large. Right now there’s so much building going on on the road getting to it that it was difficult at times getting to the house, but eventually that will be better. Overall a great place with a fabulous porch that overlooks the Smokies.

Bear’s eye view was an amazing cabin! The view was incredible! The cabin was extremely clean and check in and out was super easy. We give it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely book again!

Great views. The family loved this place. Only issue we had was with the home theater. Had to call to get someone to come fix it, but they came within an hour of calling!

we would love to go back and stay even longer when they finish construction in the area. that prohibited us from getting down the hill for one day because the road was blocked. otherwise, we enjoyed our stay

Great time, beautiful home, just needs something's addressed. Oh and the windows in the loft bedroom and game room leak bad when it rains. We'll be back👍

We had a blast on this trip. The cabin was so fun. We really enjoyed this vacation.

Wonderful place, close to downtown Gatlinburg. The basic amenities available were we’ll thought out and lacking nothing.

Everything you need with an amazing view!

After driving 12 hours to Gatlinburg, Our cabin was changed an hour and half before check in due to structural damages from a failed inspection. We were given a choice of 2 other cabins to choose from. One was a completely cramped downgrade and the other, which we chose, was close to the size of our original booking. Our original cabin had an amazing mountain view while this one had a view of the highway. When checking in, floors were dirty with hair every where. Hair on bed pillows. Deck had candy wrappers. Piece of broken cabinet from the sink was propped against fridge. Appeared someone was in a hurry to clean and did a halfway job or just didnt clean at all. Second floor water line leaked through ceiling to bottom floor bedroom. And random smells of sewage occured. Maintenance didnt seem to care and said the water came from us getting the floor wet while showering. Highly doubtful considering none of us got the floors wet and what came through the ceiling equated to a large pitcher of water. Kinda hard to get that amount of water on the floor when stepping out of a shower. We argued this to the maintenance man and he said all log cabins have these leaks. Overall not a good experience and would not recomend this cabin or booking service.

The place was wonderful....very clean with every convenience that we needed. The cabin was very roomy so that we could all be together, but all had their own rooms and bathrooms for privacy. Incredible mountain views too! Perfect choice!!

Loved our time at the cabin!

We had a family get together, 13 of us that included 7 young people. Everyone thought the cabin was great and we all had a good time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness was because one the beds had not been made when we got there, but they would have sent someone to make it.
