This was our 3rd time to stay in this property and the upgrades are beautiful! Location quiet and family friendly! The fishing wasn’t great this time but usually we catch a lot when staying here! The property owner is fabulous and kind! We will be back!

We have rented numerous VRBO/ABNB homes over 15+ years. This is one of the nicest, most well-kept homes. I could live here! The master is HUGE, with phenomenal views of the bay! Night or day. The decks, front and back, provide great options for outside seating no matter the wind direction. The dock, lower level social space, and yard (fenced in for pups) are all extras you can’t find in most rentals. Additionally, we have found the furniture in lots of “pet-friendly” rentals to be sub-par…not here! The couches and chairs are comfortable and fresh!
Our guests wished for a larger vanity in their bathroom (inside) and the area (Rockport/Arkansas Pass) seemed to still be recovering from Covid/Hurricane Harvey, otherwise we LOVED this home!
Great local options: Los Comales (Mexican), and Pier 77 (seafood); Tackle Town (HUGE tackle and clothing/shoes selection).

We love this beautiful home and breath taking view. Very clean and relaxing spot. Enjoyed time with my husband, our 2 teenagers, my in law's and their kiddos. Saw dolphins near the pier. Would definitely stay again.

The house was more than we expected. The bottom garage area was super nice and spacious for bbq’s and hanging out while fishing. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very open.

The fishing off the pier was great. The place was really nice and the property manager was very helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place.

There was some construction underway at the house but the owner communicated all of the details and kept us informed of what to expect and what was being done. There were no contractors working during our stay as it appears we were staying between some completed work and some scheduled work for immediately after our departure.

Second time staying at this lovely home! We all enjoyed our visit and especially appreciated the starter supplies of toilet paper, bathroom toiletries, paper towels and hand soap!

We loved everything about this place! The location/view could not be better. It was clean and exactly as listed. The room downstairs was perfect for our teens. They had everything we needed, including kayaks. We would definitely come back here!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was gorgeous. And the dumb waiter a life saver. The kids really enjoyed the toys. The fishing was a bit slow due to the sea weed. But the ship channel was awesome. We saw regular fishing boats, yachts and barges. The barge drivers would even honk for the kids which they thought was “so cool”. Our only snag was can’t swim off the pier. But overall a great stay

My family of 6 stayed here over a long weekend. Even though it rained and was cloudy for a good part of the trip, the location and views from the house made it worth the bad weather. So cool seeing the canal directly out the front and bay out the back. Probably the best view on the street. Fishing was awesome although almost entirely Gafftop. Drinking coffee in the morning watching the sun come up over the glistening water was the most relaxing. Host was great and very accommodating, gave quick responses as well. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone, and kitchen fully stocked.
On a side note the best restaurant we all liked was Paradise Key, everything else was meh.

We had a good time at this place. I was surprised at how well stocked all the dishes and cookware was. The only complaint I have is that you can the bunkhouse is located on the bottom floor of the property which is not accessible from any interior stairwell above. it is not suitable for young children to stay in alone. Couldn’t really tell from the photos

We totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely waterside property. The home is spacious, spotless and welcoming. The area is quiet and close to all the lovely sites in the Corpus Christie area. We particularly enjoyed the back dock for fishing and bird watching. We highly recommend this vacation retreat.

A quick weekend get-away to this lovely property was perfect. Hard to capture the beauty with the photos; highly recommend taking in the sunrise on the private dock. Great place.if you like to fish, walk, boat. We’ll definitely keep this on our favorites list.

We really enjoyed our stay here over the holidays. The host responded quickly when we needed her assistance. We loved the location, and really enjoyed sitting on the dock every day, fishing and watching the boats and dolphins. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfy. We hope to be back again! We made lots of memories!

We truly loved this house and it’s location! The house had great amenities to include a fishing dock and cleaning station. The boys played corn hole and had a ping pong tournament. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space. We can’t wait to return!

Fabulous views in this very spacious comfortable home. The sunrises are stunning. Sitting on the deck being entertained by hundreds of sea birds, the occasional large barge, pleasure boats, and dolphin is priceless . The weather was not the best for fishing, however the kitchen is so well appointed it made staying in and cooking pleasurable, especially with the view across the canal. It was also alive with birds. We had a great stay and will return!

We have stayed in MANY vacation rental homes. We all agreed that this was the very first time that it was EXACTLY as described and pictured. In fact, the pictures don't do it justice. So comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, you need nothing but food. The highlight was fishing at night - literally every night we caught lots of trout and sheephead. We watched as the trout ran from the dolphins - they come up close to the dock. So much wild life and the sunsets/sunrise....gorgeous! Truly breathtaking. Ms. Camille is an exceptional hostess. We truly lacked for nothing. Thank you so much Ms. Camille! Hope to visit again next year.

We loved our stay. Beautiful place overall. Caught lots of fish off the dock. Small trout but so much fun. Left a couple items called owner immediate response!! Very happy. Will be coming back and highly recommend.
