The condo was quite spacious and well equipped. The beach view was beautiful and It was walkable to local restaurants and shops. The local property manager Raquel was excellent with travel support, in helping us arrange outings and with their knowledge of things to do in Costa Rica. Access to Crocs Resort next door was nice to have but it was very quiet. Los Suenos Adventure Park nearby was great for outings and surfing off the beach excellent. Our only drawback was, in our experience, the location did not offer a lot for teens and younger adults on site besides the pool.

The condo was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the photos were very accurate. The host, Rachel, was extremely responsive and very attentive.

Condo on the beach in Jaco with access to Casino. Shelley the owner and Raquel the local manager were great to work with. Had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the beach and the town of Jaco. Condo was well equipped and used the grill most nights to cook meals. Saw dolphins and scarlet macaws off the balcony. Great trip, would definitely come back!

Beachfront condo with access to beautiful resort next door. The condo was clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean view and ample security. Location is nice that it’s beachfront, however the sand and riptides in north Jaco beach are not great for swimming or surfing. The sand is full of small rocks that hurt your feet and riptide is so strong that it easily knocks kids over. The condo is located about a mile from the center of town which makes it quieter and feels safer. Taxi rides to town are cheap. Bring plenty of small bills for taxis and tips. Overall, wonderful place to stay!! We loved our time in Jaco!!!

The balcony here sells the place - the view is amazing. We saw scarlet macaws fly by every morning! The pool over at Crocs is a lot of fun, too. We stayed here once before, and came back to the same unit a couple years later - it’s that good!

Place was quiet, but not far from stores and restaurants. Large balcony with beach view and wonderful amenities. Owner was extremely helpful in recommendations to make sure our anniversary trip was a great experience. We will be back!

The condo was just perfect for us two couples. The view from the balcony is amazing! It really felt comfy and cozy overall. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big. The beds had clean, soft sheets and good mattresses. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. We really liked the location on this side of Jaco. The sunsets were incredible. We absolutely loved our vacation here and can’t wait to come back!

This Condominium was very nice and had everything you need. The view is beautiful as it is right on the beach. Use of the Crocs Resort pool that is steps away was a fantastic addition as well. David, the property manager, was very easy to contact and very quick to respond. Shelley, the owner , also was excellent. This was a perfect location for my family. There was very minimal people and we were able to enjoy quality time together in a beautiful location , while remaining distant and safe. I would recommend this rental to anyone and we will return.

Everything about the location, the condo, and the staff was great. My family and I really felt at home and there was so much to do in just a short drive or walk. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

We stayed for five days and enjoy the unit very much. D ocean view was wonderful, the place was quiet, the unit very comfortable and clean. We were able to be in touch with the managers of the property and they were attentive to our inquiries. There were a few minor maintenance issues, one was resolved immediately and the others were just OK to be with. The kitchen was well equipped, Plenty of towels and bed linens and comforters. One negative why is that the Wi-Fi signal will turn off every night at different times and sometimes for more than an hour. I reported the issue to the manager. Other than that we’re all we had a great time, we celebrated my mother‘s 84th birthday in the unit and she loved her time there. The best part was definitely the ocean view and the sound of the waves crashing . There is direct access to the beach and the center of town it’s only about five minutes by car or just a short walk away. I will definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants to enjoy the ocean breeze, a comfortable space and a quiet vacation. We also had access to the five-star resort and casino Crocs, the place was pretty empty and we were able to enjoy the Outdoor premises. They have a wonderful pool area. Costa Rica is Pura Vida!

This condo has everything you need to make your stay in the Jaco area very comfortable. The condo itself is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Location was ideal for enjoying both the beach and town. The balcony was ideal for eating breakfast, listening to the waves, watching the surfers or just kicking back to enjoy the most spectacular sunsets. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting this area of Costa Rica.

We couldn't be happier with this property from the location to the perfect communication with the property manager and owner! Having access to Crocs right next door was also a plus that we enjoyed. We were a bit concerned it would be noisy from being on the popular Jaco beach and next to the Casino but not at all! We even enjoyed sleeping with our windows a bit opened listening to the waves. The view was spectacular! We highly recommend this property!!!

We had an amazing experience staying at the condo! It’s a beautiful place with an incredible view of the ocean! The patio outside is very large and so beautiful! The condo is gorgeous and the master bed is very comfortable we felt like we were at home! Communication with the owner and Stephanie was very easy and we were given a lot of great information about Costa Rica places to go etc. Stephanie set up our travel from the airport and set up our excursion! The condo was beautiful very nice decorations very clean amazing view. Very safe to stay. The only problems I had was that the water pressure was very low but we were having problems with the guest bathroom where no water was coming out so I’m not sure if there was a problem that needed to be fixed. I would have give it a 5 if it hadn’t been for the water problems

Our family rented this condo for Spring Break ‘19. It was quite comfortable and the location could not have been better. It’s on the quiet end of the beach, but is just a short walk to town. We watched the sunset almost every night at Clarita’s- a beach bar and restaurant just down the way. The guards at the gate were most accommodating when we needed cal a taxi. Steve and Shelley (owners) were great and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends/family traveling to CR.

We had a great time during our stay in Jaco. The condo was really nice and very convenient to be able to use the Crocs property next door. We used the Crocs gym every morning and the spent time at the pool in the afternoon. There are a lot of activities in and around Jaco. We were glad we did not do the all-inclusive Crocs deal since several people said the food was not good. There are so many great places to eat in Jaco and only $2 cab ride away. Our favorite restaurant was Ohana Sushi and Tappas. We had a blast on the ATV Tour. The Manuael Antonio is a must see and would highly recommend paying for a tour guide through the park. The surf lessons at Tortuga Surf Camp were excellent and reasonably priced. Would also recommend Hugo Transfer CR for transportation - we had Victor Hugo take us for a day trip to Doka Coffee Plantation and drive us to Manual Antonio Park. Overall we would recommend this property if you are visiting Jaco.
