We can honestly say that we were expecting something to be not as presented on the internet, but that was not the case here! It was even better in person!
With two couples and two master suites, we were in heaven from the time we arrived until our departure. We just wanted to relax and have a change of scenery without going to one couple or the other’s home for an annual visit. This made all of us feel like guests and everyone pitched in with cooking, shopping and doing laundry. Wonderful to have everything so handy. What a great retreat!
Convenient to everything, I can see why this cabin is booked all the time! You really don’t have to go anywhere to have a great vacation. We didn’t eat out at all, and it did feel like you were in your own kitchen. We grilled steaks one night and they were great on the charcoal grill.
We will definitely think of Cabin 120 again, possibly during the Christmas season when we can experience snow that we don’t get often in South Texas. Would love to enjoy that beautiful fireplace with hot cocoa and Christmas lights!

Everything was perfect. Clean, nice location and comfortable beds. I would stay here again. We had 2 adults, 1 teen and 2 children. Plenty of room and everything that we needed.

5 mins drive to Branson Main Street. Excellent floor plan, had all we needed for 3 nights. The house book is an excellent resource. Other than helicopter noise during daylight hours, very quiet. The location next to trees, enhances the cabin in the woods motif. Would stay again!

Came to Branson to pick up a boat, cabin had parking for truck and boat which helped in picking it out. Bonus for being everything else we needed. Fireplace was a great accessory giving that it was below freezing temps most the time we were there. Coffee, dishes and towels were all there and clean. Very nice place. Would definitely recommend it.

This cabin was situated right in the middle of Branson with easy access to the outlet mall as well as many attractions on the strip. You would never know it, though, as it felt completed secluded and private.
Our hosts had it decorated for Christmas and it looked like something on a Christmas card! All of the pictures and the description of the multiple amenities were spot-on. We actually have already recommended this property to several of our friends because it was so nice and really affordable for a family. We are very appreciative of our hosts for the wonderful hospitality and prompt response to all our questions! We would definitely visit again!

Property owner was extremely quick to respond to any concern! Cabin was decorated for Christmas with too many details to mention. Lovely! Well equipped with dishes, all necessary kitchenware & appliances. Comfortable beds with mattress pad warmers. Nice screened sitting area in back. Two recliners in living room. Only complaint - - - toilet stools are very low so beware if you have back problems.

My dad passed away Sept 8, 2023, so begins the year of “firsts’”! Starting with my mom’s birthday. I needed a place with no stairs, level terrain and of course highly rated. Our cabin was PERFECT! We all loved it, the decor, central location, and availability. Mom enjoyed her stay and our trip to see Queen Esther.

This was our second trip and this cabin is wonderful. However, both times the carpets were disgusting. Last year, about the same time, we were told there wasn't time to get in and clean the carpets between rentals. This year Tammy had carpet cleaners coming in upon our departure after sharing pictures with her. We hope they consider new carpet in the near future but in the interim keep them clean. This could be an issue with our return moving forward.

Wry nice cabin but I had to leave early because I was so sick from dust or mold allergy. Others in party suffered too but not as badly as me. Very spare on linens. Had to do laundry to have clean wash cloth. FYI according to list measuring cup missing. We did not stain carpet or kitchen chair apholstery. We did not cook but no basic essential condiments provided.

Really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect, clean, and as listed. We brought my parents and the place was perfect for two couples. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the cabin. My son is in scouts and actually loved sleeping in the screened in porch. He loves the outdoors. We ended up buying an air mattress for him to sleep on out there.
My husband said he would love to vacation there again.

Cabin was clean and very organized. Instructions were list very clearly for everything including the coffee maker. I was so glad they had coffee because I accidentally grabbed whole beans at the store. I loved that there were family pi tures. I could tell the owners were proud grandparent. I am as well. Cabin was close to the main strip so night shows were not a problem. Excellent trip.

Cabin location was perfect. Close to everything but good amount of privacy. Home furnishings, decorations, etc were exceptional. Owners have made the house feel very comfortable and well worth the price. Next time we will likely book for a much longer stay.

We stayed for a week at the cabin. It was a great location, very centrally located. Was the perfect place for two couples. Everything was very clean and the most well supplied kitchen with every dish and piece of equipment you might need to cook with. We loved the place and woukd definately book again.
