The location, amenities, and accommodations, were great. Our host, Matt, went out of his way to stay in touch and insure our needs were met. Here’s an excellent choice for a couple visiting beautiful Vancouver.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot for us! The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice view of the street! It is in a great location being in walking distance of almost everything we do and felt very safe! Matt was extremely responsive and very helpful!

It was very central and the condo had a large balcony with comfy patio furniture and patio umbrella. The windows in the front were floor to ceiling so we had great street views. We had access to the condo pool and hot tub and sauna. These amenities were in the basement. The marina was just a few minutes walk as well as a grocery store and Starbucks. Matt the owner, was very nice and texted with advice re taxis from airport since we arrived in very late in the evening plus he met us to give us the keys and show us around the condo. He had coffee and creamers there for our morning coffee - very much appreciated until we found our bearings. He texted and answered any questions we had very promptly and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean. The bed very comfortable and clean. Though small the condo was airy and bright. We felt safe in the area and the condo had to be accessed through a locked entrance. We would absolutely recommend this place :)

Loved the easy access via transit and the swimming pool snd gym. All services close at hand.

Location was beyond awesome. Apartment had everything I needed. Loved people watching with a coffee in the morning. Unit was clean,clean, clean. I travel super light so the in suite washer dryer was awesome. 11 outta 10. Highly reccomended.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and found this to be a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and cozy with fantastic views of the city (5th floor views). At street level were shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Matt had a friend meet us and direct us to the parking spot. The parkade is very confusing, however we never used our car once we arrived, so it was not an issue. We will be back in the late spring/early summer. A weekend get away is not enough time to see and do all that Vancouver has to offer.

The previous reviews pretty much say it all. It’s a great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, sea wall and the Yaletown train station. Matt is an excellent communicator and was always available for questions. The apartment is a very typical 1 bedroom Vancouver apartment, the den is useful for storing suitcases but isn’t a sleeping area. The living room layout is different than the VRBO picture. There now 2 very comfortable armchairs and a not so comfortable sofa. Matt mentioned that he was upgrading the sofa and i think that would be a huge improvement. There were some slightly negative reviews on the kitchen. I found it to be pretty typical and was able to cook without any issues. The outside deck looked great but the November weather was a little too chilly for hanging out. I loved looking out the living room window seeing the street activity. The street noise Is no where as busy and loud as a downtown apartment but you are going to hear fire engine sirens so light sleepers be aware. We had excellent communication with the property manager, Matt. The apartment was just as described, very bright and clean. It couldn't have been in a better location, a half block from the seawall, above a great grocery store and near many restaurants. It was nice to be able to use the building hot tub also.

Just stayed for about a month. The location in Yaletown is superb. Steps to the train, the bus, the aquabus, and seawall. Close to restaurants, grocery and Costco! Matt the host has great communication and knows the area very well. The condo itself was fine for two people. It's a bit dated and there's an odd layout but you're not buying it. Just know it's not a luxury swanky highrise when you book. We were happy with our decision to stay here.
